We got an amazing car! Alex and Shannon were great sales people. We loved working with them both. April in financing was fantastic! It was refreshing to not have a stuffy, rigid finance person. All around great experience. Would definetly recommend!

I bought a 2024 CX 5. Everyone was very nice. They even offered me pizza while waited. Kylene was nice and seemed knowledgeable. I had an issue the next day with the app but Parker was a big help

Thank you so much to Trevor, Fadi, & the entire team at Kiefer Mazda. After months of research & staring at this gorgeous CX 5 I came for a test drive. They were able to put together the term length & monthly payment I was looking for. I decided to go home and really think about it. There was never ANY pressure to get the vehicle or trying to get me to stay and convince me of anything. Based on that experience alone I was already so impressed with them I knew when I was ready this would absolutely be the dealership to get my business. Overall we had a good experience. We enjoyed our salesman, Parker, nice young man! Nice, clean showroom. Overall nice people. Did not like the pressure of the finance dept. trying to get us to buy an extended warranty. He didn t seem to want to take no thank you for an answer. We love our Mazda CX-5

Great customer service, all tried to help work a deal, were sweet with my daughter who they all loved her visit. . Only minor personal issue is feel I m being way over charged or I didn t fight harder . But happy with my car! Happy for the change. Shannon was wonderful! Feels good to have a new reliable, long lasting car for us. It s amazing! Glad we got this car here!

Heather did a good job and was knowledgeable about the Mazda lineup. I felt she listened to my needs and paired me up with vehicles to test that fit those needs.I didn't feel pressured at all and though the sales process was long, (part if it was do to me switching vehicles after we started the paperwork process). I felt that Kiefer was fair in my trade in value also.I have enjoyed my vehicle a lot so far and don't regret buying it.

I waited until my first service to make a review and honestly couldn't be happier.Heather is phenomenal in sales, as she clearly, honestly, and intelligently making recommendations based on your needs. Heather is the kind of professional who wants to listen to you and work with you.The Service Team at Kiefer Mazda is the best in Eugene/Springfield. They send you a video of the work they did along with a clear explanation of all of the inspections they made.When you buy your car here and come back for service, you will be happy you chose Kiefer Mazda.

Working with this dealer has been such an awful experience. I've waited for years to write this review. My car is out of warranty, and I have no reason to ever step foot in this god forsaken dealership.In 2020 when I purchased the car, I ordered several accessories and packages.First, I ordered a dent and ding warranty package. The warranty is contracted to US Dent and Ding repair who has no technicians within 100 miles of Eugene and hasn't for at least two years.Second, I ordered an appearance package. Kiefer and Mazda Corp could not actually obtain a spoiler due to supply shortage. By summer of 2021 I gave up and imported a Japanese AutoExe spoiler. During the installation procedure a Kiefer tech broke some of the mountings that connect the stock spoiler to the body. The tech turned green Loctite without warming the area up. I did provide a copy of Mazda's install instructions showing the tech where to heat up the Loctite with a heat gun, but sometimes things are lost from service writer to tech. Mistakes happen, this is all fine and a normal part of automotive service.What was not fine and normal was the Lead Tech calling me and claiming that I was on the hook for a $800 stock spoiler because green Loctite was in his words permanent. The lead tech really tried his best to make me into the problem and it remains to this day one of the silliest conversations I've had with a service writer. What's ironic about it all was I was at a job working with red Loctite which has a release point of 500�F. Obviously I asked them to pack my car up. I took to another local tech and paid extra for them to fix the damage caused by Kiefer.Since then, Kiefer has done their best to dodge every warranty claim I've had leaving me out in the dark with multiple useless warranties. Despite the awful relationship with Kiefer Mazda, the sales rep is always trying to sell me on a new car at a $6,000 higher OTD price with a straight face.If you go here for service avoid all the snake oil add-ons, they sell - such as the products by "BG Performance". There's nothing in the service schedule that recommends dumping cheap detergents into your oil.

We bought our 23 CX-5 in December and I had gotten around to reviewing yet but we had such an amazing time here, Heather is THE BEST. My husband had to work while we were trying to do all the paperwork and they were so patient and willing to help in anyway possible to make it happen so that we could get the car we wanted! This team rocks!We also have been taking our 2017 Mazda3 here for service for 2 years and minor repairs and have never had any problems!

I can't say enough good things about our experience at Kiefer Mazda. My wife and I had actually walked out of a dealership the day before due to frustration with the runaround we were getting. We had our minds made up on a certain model car we wanted and were ready to make a purchase. That night when I saw one on Kiefer Mazda's website, I emailed and made an appointment to see it the next day. Our whole experience was like a breath of fresh air, there was no b.s. & no runaround. We told them what we were trying to accomplish as far as the price & our trade in value. Within 15 - 20 minutes, the paperwork was being prepared. Kudos to Audrey, Shannon, April and Mike for making this purchase the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. That says a lot coming from this 65 year old guy who has bought a few cars in his day! My wife and I both highly recommend Kiefer Mazda if you are in the market for a new car.

Audrey helped us get our dream car. She was very friendly and accommodatng the whole time. We originally spoke to Trevvor over the phone. Nothing but a great experience from him as well. Everyone there seemed very friendly. If we ever get another car we will come back. :)

Sub par service overpriced and use of scare tactics not appreciated.Long waits, no real customer service.Sun Auto . I should have gone there, but I mistakenly thought I d be in better hands with my Mazda at the dealer.I will not only not go there ever again, I won t be purchasing another Mazda . Over charge for a service and treat people like that you may make the sell, but you loose a life long customer.Word of mouth still means something., as does being decent to people not Mazda if Eugene s forte

I spent months searching for the right vehicle for me. Bryan reached out to me via text after he saw my application online. He was respectful and patient with me through the entire process, even knowing I was deciding between the Mazda CX5 I ultimately purchased and 2 other non-Mazda vehicles. His no pressure, positive attitude, plus the finance manager actually coming to speak with me in person was really what ultimately won me over. My new Mazda is amazing, I know Bryan will answer all my questions about the features as they come up and I am super happy. Buying a car is so stressful and I am thankful for Keifer Mazda, Bryan and April in financing for all their hard work.

I m posting as a warning, especially to other women. A second opinion mechanic said they put a leak stop goo in the radiator system instead of fixing the problem.My 2020 mazda had no issues until Kiefer did a 50,000 mile maintenance flush. Then it developed troubles with the defroster which got worse and worse and it turned out that the heater core was damaged and leaking into the floor of the vehicle. It overheated and stranded me on the side of the road.It was agreed that Kiefer would forgo the 2K in labor cost since they had just been in the system. It took three weeks. I borrowed a friend s car.Two months later, same thing happens. This time I need a loaner car. They have 4 on the lot but they can t figure out how to check them in so they can check them out so they tell me I m out of luck. I m just stuck there because they can t figure out their own system. After some back and forth and a suggestion that I just drive the car back home with no defrost during the ice storm and toxic exhaust pouring out the vents and risk the transmission by overheating, I demand they find a solution. The maintenance manager storms off to talk to some other higher up and comes back in a huff and tells me I can take a car home off the lot for the night but he doesn t owe me anything and he s just being nice. Lot s of dealers don t even have loaner cars. Then I get driving advice when I get the key like I don t know how to leave space between myself and the car in front of me thanks guys.Two weeks later, same problem, same part. I told them I wanted to trade it. I was done messing around with it. They sent me to the finance department where I was again treated to misogynistic attitude and there was no leeway on my trade value or the cars on the lot. The prices are what they are I took my Business to Lithia and now I m a Nissan person. Never trust Kiefer Mazda again.

Kylene was an exceptional sales associate. I never once felt pressured and her knowledge and professionalism was above and beyond. Her communication with me during the purchase process was also exceptional. April, the finance associate, was also very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I look forward to doing business with them and the dealership in the future.

Keifer Mazda was extremely helpful with their service. I came in with my new Mazda CX-50 and unfortunately some of the lug nuts were loose. I had no idea and they informed me quickly and timely. My problem was fixed within 30 minutes. I was in and out. Not only that James gave us fantastic service. He was extremely kind and understanding of my problems. Would 100% recommend taking your car here.

I found your listing for a used 2024 CX-90 Hybrid and called Saturday about the car. I spoke to Shannon but I wasn t able to come to Eugene Saturday. I made an appointment to meet Parker there Sunday at noon. I called and spoke to Parker Sunday a little after 10:00 and told him I d be there about 11:00. I have to drive an hour to get there. So I did. Right on time. When we got there, Parker told me that unfortunately the car wasn t on the lot. Apparently, someone named Bruce is a manager in your company and chose to drive the car I had called about home the night before. I asked if Bruce could bring it to the lot. No he couldn t because he lived too far away. Which I can sympathize with because I had to drive an hour to get there myself. Why didn t Parker tell me that when I called earlier? I guess he didn t find out until after I called. Why didn t he call me back and tell me? Good question.Parker did his best with this situation. He offered to have us complete all the paperwork and we could come back and pick up the car tomorrow. He even offered to deliver it so we wouldn t have to drive back down. As you might imagine, buying a car sight unseen was not okay with me so we declined. While there were other managers in the building, not one came to talk to us even though they were aware of what was going on. They left Parker, obviously the most junior person there, to deal with this ridiculous situation. Really weak leadership from your senior sales people. We asked Parker to give Bruce a message to call us today to discuss what, if anything, would be done.You might be shocked to know that no one called. I was not. I would have been shocked if someone, anyone, had called.So I have come to a few conclusions based on this. One, your dealership is not interested in selling this car in which case you should take the ad off the website. Two, your staff s communication is really bad. Because I clearly made an appointment with one of your sales staff to look at a very specific vehicle and yet later that day, someone grabbed the keys and left with no plans to return in time for that appointment. Or maybe three, the appointment was communicated but Bruce didn t care. Which sort of lines up with my first conclusion.Now, you might be considering having someone reach out to me. No, thank you. I won t be buying a car from you. I guess you re in the business of selling cars but it was hard to tell based on my experience. You might want to talk to Bruce though - I mean, he clearly likes that car. Maybe he ll buy it.The reason I keep putting his name in quotation marks is because there s no Bruce on your website. Maybe he works at another Kiefer dealership. Who knows. I don t care.

I bought a new Mazda CX-30 from Kiefer Mazda in January, 2024. I traded in an older model Corolla and got a fair trade-in value for it. Bryan was my salesman and I found him helpful, knowledgable, and patient answering my questions. He also covered all the essential "how-to's" when I picked up the car. Additionally, I appreciated his help in setting up the MyMazda app on my phone. April, the Finance Manager, was efficient and also patient when explaining the many pages of the car price, the warranty coverage, the extended warranty coverage that I purchased, the loan application, and lastly that they would go to the DMV for me. My car buying experience lasted just several hours. In that time, I observed that the other sales staff and receptionist greeted everyone in a friendly manner. I had a positive experience and I would recommend the dealership to friends looking to purchase a car.

I had an excellent car buying experience at Kiefer Mazda!Trevor Gargett, the sales consultant I spoke with, was quite helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the Mazda lineup, super friendly, and easygoing. Trevor took the time go through everything with me at my pace, which I really appreciate. I also had a really great experience with Dave Fleissner, their finance guy, who was accommodating and understanding.Seemed like the whole team was bustling while I waited between keys, forms, and financing stuff. It looked like a good crew. At the time of this review they had just recently moved into their new location, and it was pretty nice.In all it was a great buying experience, and based upon the level of service I received I would definitely recommended stopping by if you were looking for a new or used Mazda.And of course, I love the vehicle! I drove away in a CX-5, with Turbo, and so far I couldn't be happier. Smooth ride, nice interior, and all the modern features one could expect. Looks like Mazda did a beautiful job yet again!

Yesterday, we took our 2021 CX3 in for an oil change service.This is our 5th maintenance service, and have 24,391 miles on our odometer.We were handed a copy of the 30,000 mile interval maintenance service being offered, for our information for the future, I guess.1.The odometer reading on this form showed 27,000 miles on our car! Wrong!2. We were informed that the total of all the listed services on this 30000 mile maintenance would amount to about $800!!3. One of the items on the list was for performing automatic transmission fluid service, which would cost about $275.We have a SkyActivG engine, which, according to Mazda, has lifetime transmission fluid, requiring no maintenance unless it should need replacement. I needed an explanation!I told this to Dustin, and he said that this was the 30000 mile service program that is registered to our CX-3! We showed him, online from Mazda, the confirmation that a SkyAcivG engine has a lifetime transmission fluid, requiring no maintenance. He did not want to read it, nor spend time confirming our questions...4. Dustin also told us to follow the owner's manual that was given to us with the car. In looking through the entire manual, there is NOTHING discussed regarding the maintenance of the transmission..5. To top the morning off, we could not pay for the maintenance service that was completed...credit card issues. We had to leave our credit card number with him, and he would send a copy of the transaction, including the receipt of payment, to me via email, which he verified the correct email address. As of now, I have not received copies in my email!6. Oh, I forgot....the car was not washed.Unfortunately, we do not have any confidence and trust in Kiefer Mazda to handle our service needs for our car, and will look elsewhere.

My husband and I loved our entire experience here at Kiefer Mazda! The entire staff was amazing and friendly, especially Heather who helped us from our 1st phone call all the way through the entire process. She was helpful, personable and made us feel comfortable and not pressured during the process of finding a car for the right price. In this market it s already difficult to find something but Heather made sure she understood our needs and let us know what she had available to us. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are so happy we left with a brand new suv!
