I brought my car in for an appointment at 11am today. They told me it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours max, which was fine with me because it was my day off and I wasn't in a rush. I called around 3 pm to check in, because I hadn't heard anything back yet and I never got a response back via text from the mechanic working on my car. At 3 they said it would be ready in 30-40 minutes, it was just going to the car wash and they would definitely call me when it was ready. I never received any call. I ended up just going over to pick it up around 5:15, right before they closed and it was ready. The front desk lady was the one to go over the inspection with me, which is okay, but she didn't go into any detail (which I can understand because she isn't a mechanic). The service was done, but I wish the communication was better and I wish that a mechanic could have gone over the inspection with me so I left feeling comfortable and confident.

Service told me I needed to talk to parts to see if the parts were in or needed to be ordered and then I had to be transferred back to service to make the appointment. Never ever have o had to do something like that when trying to get a car serviced. Then I was told an outlandish price for the work. I was told my axles needed to be removed to change lug studs. That's not true. That's a difference of $400 + dollars. From what it should cost. The flange behind the gun is even contoured to allow access to remove and replace the studs, without removing anything but the wheel and rotor.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a brand new Kia from here in 2021 and bought the oil change/maintenance package, which added a few thousand to my car loan. I cannot ever seen to get an appointment for an oil change or service on my car due to my work schedule.I ve called and explained my work situation and repeatedly get the most RUDE people who aren t willing to help me. They told me I would have to go somewhere else and pay for my oil change out of pocket, which why would I do that when I bought the oil change package? When I asked where I was supposed to take my car they said that s on you , all I wanted was to know what other dealerships my maintenance package was accepted at. I will NEVER recommend anyone here and I will be getting a car from another dealership. This one is a waste of time and money.Service: Oil change

Took my car in will actually had it towed in started giving me trouble was not running right within 2 days they contacted me and the very next day they fixed the problem I was able to pick my car up within 3 days. And I know they were pretty busy I would definitely recommend them
