So i take my car in for service. I'm told and showed on a "report" that my brakes, front and rear have only 3mm left and need replaced. They quote over $600 per axle. Here is a picture of my "3mm" brake pad. Looks more like 8-9mm (i measured). Can you say shady, unreputable, money grubbing service center? Never taking my car back there, and am sending a complaint to Hyundai America.

I was skeptical about coming here but glad I did. My first visit didn't go well, with the service counter associate being confusing and only sorta helpful but I made an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I talked with Perry, who was clear, concise, and abundantly helpful. The parking for service is small and always full but Perry more than made up for it by having my car in and out as quickly as possible. Great Job, Perry. Thanks for changing my mind about Kiefer Kia.

I thought my credit was bad and when they checked on there end it was better then I thought. Then I thought "Oh wow I can get a newer car" but they brought me back to reality and didn't try to sale me a car I couldn't afford. I am very happy with my choice of car and the sales team!!!

I went to get my car checked up, and they were a delight! The waiting room was a nice place to stay while they worked on my car, and the employee that helped me, Perry, was wonderful. They promised to be around an hour/hour and a half, and they met that promise. As well, they gave me a really helpful status report that showed me what other parts needed replacing, which is great for someone who isn't the most familiar with cars, such as myself.Overall, I'm very glad that I chose Kiefer Kia to get my car checked out! If you have a Kia and you live in the Eugene/Springfield area, I highly recommend going to them!

So I ve been searching for a while online for a good used car. Went online and saw Kiefer Kia - Eugene and saw some nice cars. So my best friend and I went down and saw Igor at Kiefer Kia - Eugene on West seventh. They showed me several cars and I finally chose instead of a used one, I chose a brand new one and it s gorgeous! I have never been treated so nicely and so quickly in a car dealer ship before! The whole buying experience was wonderful. I was treated like a queen and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful new or used car.! Thank you so much Kiefer Kia - Eugene! I've had wonderful experiences with Kiefer service department. They always coordinate a ride home for me when my vehicle needs service, keep me informed at every turn, and never push anything on me. I also really appreciate that they wash my car every time and send me a video of the service work they are doing.

I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership. Marco did a great job. He was attentive and informative. He was able to grant all of my requests. The mechanic was also great. I think his name is Ryan. He provided me with a couple great suggestions and he did a thorough inspection of the vehicle before I left the lot. I m loving my new car! We had an excellent experience. We were greeted upon arrival by numerous service personnel. Tyson ended up being the person who took care of us. Tyson was clear and concise as well as very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained all the work to be done on our Kia EV and said he could arrange a ride for us (for free) to anywhere we wanted to go, which ended up being a restaurant close by. During this time, the car was taken care of, as well as, quick washed and batteries charged up to get us back to Coos Bay. All in all, a great experience. We will definitely return to Kiefer Kia for further maintenance and our next vehicle.

Before I discovered keeper Kia I had gone to a different dealership and after about 2 weeks of not hearing back from them my mother had suggested I go to kiefer Kia and look around. And after that I was able to pick my car up the next day!Their team was very kind and extremely quick helping me find a car that was reliable and fit my budget in such short notice. It didn't just feel like a transaction, it felt like they genuinely wanted to help me. And their finance manager was hilarious! I would and have recommended this dealership to people I know that are looking for a new car! Wonderful people, wonderful cars! Thank you so much!

Check in was easy. The service writers are polite and cordial. Though we did not get the car finished because the wrong part was in a box labeled as the part we needed, we left knowing they did all they could to make our appointment pleasant. Damian felt our pain. We will be back. Hopefully the part will come soon. This was not a deal breaker for us. Keifer Kia did their best.

Had an amazing experience with Kimberlee on Saturday. Test drove a few cars but instantly fell in love with the 2023 Kia forte in fire orange. She was great to talk to and super nice! I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle here.

I went in yesterday in hopes of trading in my car. Everyone was super nice. Abby was really kind and down to earth. I ve used Kia in Eugene for the past 2 times, and went in this time really thinking I was going to be able to trade in my Nissan kicks that I m very unhappy with. I miss my Kia I had before and was hoping to trade it in. That didn t happen. I understand that I have negative equity on my Nissan, but I thought we could at least come up with some sort of deal with a trade in. I ve never been denied before in the past. Now, I m left with a car I hate. I went in feeling pretty confident, left feeling defeated and discouraged. I thought they kinda left me with no options. Again, I understand it s no fault of theirs for the negative equity on my Nissan, just was hoping for a better outcome other than, oh, you can just sale your Nissan or find someone to take over your payments. Yeah, no one is going to want to do that. I used to really have huge positive things to say about Kia. And I still do. Just kinda felt like they could have made more of an effort to help me get into something other than what I have now. I still recommend them to family and friends, but I guess I ll have to try elsewhere which really really sucks.

Service provided was respectful and professional. Staff was responsive and worked hard to get me into a vehicle that was reliable and within our budget.We had one slight hiccup with documentation for financing but other than that it was a smooth process.

11/4/23 Update: Kiefer Kia is resolving all issues so far.10/24/23 Update: Sales team is alright, but we were sold a vehicle that we found out after a couple days that the driver's tail light and front driver's light wasn't working properly. Scheduled an appointment with their service department. They had the vehicle for 2 days, and the problem still exists even after being told the issue was fixed before coming to pick up the vehicle. Rather disappointed at this point.Swift and easy process. Will was my sales guy and was very nice. Had a very good experience from us trying out the vehicle all the way to signing the papers. Forrest was amazing and got me approved very quickly for a loan. Went home in my new vehicle the same day. They made us feel at home, and there was no pressure, just very upfront and honest. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends. Thank you Kiefer Kia!

The experience could not have been better. Robert my sales person picked me up at the airport after finding the exact car I was looking for. He took extra pics that I requested as well before the 800 mile flight. Dealership was veryhonest with their original photos.Car made the trip back with zero problems.

Honestly, they made me cry. I went in feeling destitute, after a bankruptcy, credit issues, no money to spend and no trade in!But they somehow looked beyond all of that! They treated me with respect like I was a valued person. I found the car I liked and was willing to pay the asking price, but they lowered it for me! Then they told me I could buy it with zero down and small monthly payments!It was all so unbelievable. I was a little suspicious! But thanks to them, the loan was approved and I am driving my new (to me) Nissan Altima! I could not be happier! The tears they made me cry were tears of joy! Thank you Kiefer Kia for making the impossible a reality!

This dealership went above and beyond the normal level of customer service. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and they were able to find the car in transit and made it work so I could get it. Did take a few days in transit but they kept me update the whole time. When the car arrived I wasn t able to make it in during their normal hours so they stayed open a little later so I could pick it up. Met me out front walked me to the car went through all the features. Was a great experience I would recommend for everyone to come for their next car.

These people are so nice and go above and beyond to find the right fit for you. I had a very specific and hard to find color of kia I wanted and within a few days I got a call that they actually received the one I truly had my heart set on, they made an appointment for me and my very busy work schedule! They didn't try to rush me into buying the car or trading in my other one. This was only my second experience purchasing a car and by far was way better than I could have imagined. I was truly nervous about trading in my first car but they understood and reassured me and I can truly say I am so very happy with going ahead and doing the trade for my new 2024 Kia forte GT

Update 5 months after purchase: About a month after purchasing the check engine light came on. I took it in for service and was told the code was for emissions, but not to worry about it. I noticed the light was still on and they said it wasn't a big deal since it was running fine. Four months later (5 months since purchase) my car won't start and they can't tell me why. The person I spoke to said it wasn't cooperating with their test and he can't even tell me if it's covered under the warranty we purchased. Which means I can't get a rental covered under the warranty. When I expressed my frustration at having issues after purchasing my car so recently he told me "I've never sold a car in my life. That would be sales." As if there is a huge disconnect between the two. The salesman told us that the cars are cleared by the service team before they can be sold.The sales person was really nice and they had a good selection even with my modest budget. Only docked a point because we told them my husband wanted a Kia specifically and that I was really interested in a Soul, which I knew they had in my budget from the website. The list of cars the sales person presented us with had 0 Kias which also meant no Soul. When we restated our needs they did end up meeting them and we now have a 2015 kia soul!

Purchasing a new car was truly something I was dreading. That being said, I can't say enough good things about all the Kiefer Kia team. Sales Manager Zach, Dylan in Finance, Dan in Service were all incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating. My particular thanks to my Sales Rep, William Earls. He was attentive before, during and after the sale. He was easy to communicate with and would get back to me quickly with answers to my questions. I love my new Sportage Hybrid! I'm still learning it and Will is there for all my questions. I definitely recommend the Kiefer Kia Team!

I had no issues buying vehicles here (thank you Kim), but our experience has been that their service department is not reliable or fair. Two times we took our vehicles in for service, waited several hours, and then found new issues with the car after service. First time they scratched our new $50,000 Kia and only offered a pen to repair it. When we picked up our other car for basic service last week the high beams were not working anymore. I asked for help and was informed they would charge us to look into the problem. They offered no other alternative. My suggestion, go somewhere else to buy your car if you want proper service.
