BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a used 2023 Tundra from Kendall last year and to say my experience with this dealership has been great would be an overstatement. From the beginning the process was leaving a bad taste, from the salesman selling to someone else a truck I said I would buy to the way I was treated by the finance department and so on. I also noticed when I got my truck home and washed it for the very first time that there was damage to the vehicle that was not disclosed and seemed that the dealership went out of their way to hide. I reached out to the dealership after I thought about this and was contacted by Gary Newport. Now Gary did his best to make it right, he had the damage fixed and extended the Toyota Care for me for the inconvenience.Unfortunately Gary does not have control over the incompetence that his employees displayed on a daily basis. The body shop had my truck for almost a month and when it was ready to be picked up the body shop forgot to hook up all the components for the passenger side door so nothing worked and you could not exit the vehicle. Absolutely unexceptionable in my eyes, and because they had to paint not just the door with damage, they had to blend it in with the rest of the passenger side. This I expect is why the Limited badge on that side fell off two weeks after I got the truck home. When I came in for service to get the oil changed and a couple recalls done I asked if they could put it back on. The service department guy I was assigned told me it was the body shops job and I d have to check with them. I was very upset, they re telling me that these trained mechanics can t figure out how to stick a badge on.The next issue I had was the time it took them to service my vehicle. I was there over 8 hours and I had an 8am appointment time. That seems a little excessive for an oil change, a computer update and whatever they did for the fuel line recall. During my time there nobody came out to talk to me about me service or update me. At hour 7 I was finally updated that they had just finished the oil change and was started recalls. So at this point I m pissed off beyond belief. Wasting an entire day because for what ever reason these guys can t complete a simple task like this.Now I complained to the sales manager on duty and asked about trading my truck in and buying a brand new truck they had in the showroom floor. These asshats had the audacity to tell me that my 2023 Tundra was only in fair condition because of the problems I have had. Problems they created and are now trying to pass on to me. I will never do business with another Kendall dealership ever. From now on all my business will go to Lithia or other dealerships that are not owned by Kendall. And I advise anyone looking for a vehicle to do the same. They will cheat you and take advantage of you.

Customer service like it should be! I don't write many reviews, but my used car shopping experience was smooth and hassle free. Shout out to my salesperson Cory Nelson and Ryan Sears from finance, who took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase...stress free. Came in from Bend and it was worth the drive. I'll be back and appreciate the excellent customer service.

I shopped all over Oregon to find the Rav4 I wanted, but kept coming back to Kendall Toyota for the service. Triston actually made an effort to find the exact Rav4 Prime I wanted elsewhere, and worked a dealer trade to bring it in for me. He was knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process, and made buying my new suv a fun experience. Thank you Kendall Toyota, and thank you Triston!

Took my 2017 Tundra in for service this week, and I could not be happier with the service. Master tech Jonathan helped me from start to finish and got my issue resolved in ONE DAY from the time I made an appt to the time I got my truck back. This was the best dealership experience I ve ever had, which, depending on the dealerships you ve been to may not be that high of a bar. But Jonathan and the team over at Kendall set the bar high. I will be back for any future service on this vehicle and if the sales team is anything like the service team I will most likely buy our next vehicle there. Thanks guys!

We couldn't be happier with our experience buying our new car! Our sales agent, Alan Austin, helped us through every step of the process and kept us posted on things while we were awaiting the car to arrive in Eugene. Having owned my previous car for 14 years he took the time to help me with all the new features step by step, getting things set up so I'd feel comfortable with all the new technology. Kendall Toyota SucksI brought my wife's car in to replace a damaged tire and scheduled maintenance.The website said I needed to make an appointment.After a day wait and no call back I called, and they said just show up.7am drop-off today, had to wait till 8 for a shuttle home because tire service take 5-6 hours.Got a call at 10 that tires aren't available, and they could get them soon, but I'd have to leave the car there. I decline. And they say shuttle should be there soon to pick up.Shuttle to get my car arrives about 2. Hours late.So I pay 600$ for scheduled maintenance and still have a flat tire.Person said someone would reach out to me 4 days ago. Nobody has reached out.

I purchased a new truck from Kendall Toyota back in 2022 and scheduling any warranty and recall work is a nightmare. I have tried to get my truck in for a handful of Toyota recalls, and Kendall cannot seem to get me scheduled. My sales experience back in 2022 was good, but their customer service and Service department are subpar (to be generous). I wholeheartedly recommend Lithia Toyota instead.

I shopped all over Oregon to find a Rav 4 and also received a quote from the Costco car from Kendall's competitor. what a joke all the other competitors. They live up to their bad reputation as car sales people. Kendall Toyota of Eugene was the most professional, did not pressure me, returned my phone calls, answered all my questions. Everything fell in place perfectly and they even beat the Costco price from their competitor in Eugene, Oregon. The internet sales person, Cameron offered to help me with my android auto as well as helping me put on my metal license plates when I received them. i will definitely use them for my 6 month services as well. They also pick me up at my house to pick up the car. amazing from start to finish. I would not say that for the other 6 car dealerships I worked with in Oregon. The one that starts with L and the one that starts with T were horrible. I could not believe them.

After a very rocky start with the sales team and a few months of searching for the correct vehicle, made a purchase of a quality used vehicle.price negotiation was like pulling teeth from an alligator but in the end managed to get into the vehicle that I wanted, at a high but reasonable price.

Lacking customer service - had a scheduled visit to check out a specific car and the individual I scheduled with was unavailable (sick, no fault of his own of course), so I was scheduled with someone else whom the friendly non-sales guy near the front helped track down, but they were not available either. Staff scrambled and had a portly Chad looking guy "assist" - fella just kinda grunted, walked past me without introducing himself and didn't bother shaking my hand (basic customer skills here) as he walked towards the vehicle in question. Said guy just kinda shrugged, didn't answer much, and didn't seem at all interested in making a sale. I didn't bother at that point and walked across the street to another dealership and bought a new car the same day from someone who provided great service. Can't say I'll ever recommend or bother returning to this dealership again.

UPDATEChanged my review to 4 stars.I was contacted by the dealer, seems like my paperwork for reimbursement was just at the bottom of the pile. No harm no foul. In the end it was a pleasurable experience.Bought a used 2020 f250 back in November 2023. Being used it has some cosmetic blemishes but was assured that it passed the multi point inspection and was mechanically solid. On the way home, I live in North Bend, the vehicle shook and vibrated between 50-57 mph. Talked to the salesman, that night,and figured it was probably unbalanced tires. New tires, so that made sense, took it into a tire shop the next day for a rebalance. Come to find out, not only were the tires out of balance but also it needed something replaced on the steering rack. According to the tire shop, this issue was blatantly obvious upon looking under the vehicle. $390 later I had my new to me pickup back.I have contacted the salesman/dealer multiple times inquiring on the reimbursement for the fix. Received the runaround the first 2 times and on the third, no response. I believe they should cover the fix since this is a safety issue and should have been addressed before it went on the lot for sale.I have purchased many used vehicles in my time and have never had an issue with getting things straightened out, especially a steering issue the same day it was purchased.I ve waited this long to review because I was sure the dealer would make this right. They didn t/ haven t so here you go. When I m back in the market for another vehicle, I will pass on all of the Kendall lots and encourage others to do same. A real let down on what could have been a pleasant experience.

Courteous and friendly service. An easy car buying experience. Our salesman, Armando, was thorough and helpful as was the finance manager we dealt with, Nick. We bought the car my wife fell in love with at Kendall Toyota. We walked away happy with the deal and the treatment we received.

I have been asked to edit my review, so I will say that the regional manager is very nice, she put me in touch with much more helpful people than before, but!!! The vehicle they gave me, they said the greyed out buttons that were supposed to work with the app for a remote start, might take a few hours to work properly, and the system doesn't work at all. So, while the district manger is nice and helped improve the situation, and there's no way she could know about the display issues, the rest of the crew still lied about the vehicle. They knew it wasn't working properly and totally overcharged me, though their newer vehicles were selling for less than this used one.I still will never do business with them again, and I highly recommend you find ANYONE else to do business with. Mazda is very nice and helpful, I recommend them.From the customer service up to the regional manager, this place is the absolute worst.The GM told me himself that they drop the prices of their cars every Friday, then refused to honor the lower price, after dealing with him for three weeks.They absolutely do not care that they're the worst, they pay their employees horribly, and treat the customers rudely, patronizingly, and condescendingly.The GM said, "I can sleep at night knowing I'm a nice guy, and gave you the best price."These people are snakes. They don't try to help you out, they just grin and expect you to take their abuse.If you can do business ANYWHERE else, I hope you do.Kendall doesn't deserve the business.A nice small family owned dealership would be better.BMW is great, I suggest you do business with them, if you can, they're friendly and helpful, and much more worthy of your business.I will always tell anyone I know never to do business with Kendall. They are the absolute worst!

We had a great experience with Kendall Toyota which is over 250 miles away from where we live. After shopping our local dealers we contacted Kendall. Kendall was able to beat the best local dealer by over $2k.Will Baas did an awesome job, he was responsive, transparent, and provided great service. Even coming in on his day off (In an ice storm) so we could pick up the vehicle. Will definitely use Kendall on our next Toyota purchase.

Maintaining the service of your favorite Toyota vehicle is so important for the cars health maintenance. Being new in town, it s so important to find a dealership you feel comfortable with and trust. BINGO! Kendall Toyota is the winner! They have an amazing service department and Leann was so helpful meeting our service and maintenance needs. Email exchange in which I provided firm offer for a truck. Don't want to accept? That's fine but have the courtesy not to ghost people, or insist they have to call and talk to someone, You can use email to sell cars, especially when someone indicates they are willing to purchase a car.

I have purchased several cars over the years and really hate the whole process usually. Last week I traded in my 2020 Tundra and had a great overall purchasing experience. They worked with me on my trade in and got me into a very nice Camry....met all me needs and budget.My sales person was Dax Colbert. Kid was great!! Friendly, worked for me to get the deal I was asking for, communicated well, and stayed late to make sure I was comfortable and that I was familiar with my new car.

Toyota is a good brand, Kendall is a good dealer, but my salesperson was great! I bought mine on Black Friday, but my salesperson brightened my day.Buying and selling cars can be a stressful, unpleasant experience. I thank God for a painless, pleasant experience. In addition to the VIP treatment they gave me all the hot chocolate I could drink to stay warm

I bought my car here 7-8 years ago and have only brought my car here for maintenance and service. The sale was smooth and ANY time I came in for service, I have been treated with over the top customer service. Two weeks ago I was there for an oil change and my experience was horrible! I decided to call to speak with a supervisor and was told they were busy and would call me back. Never got a call. I initially left a one star review with zero comments and as seen below the owner said Gary would reach out, that never happened. I really thought my experience must have an off day but reading through comments I m not the only one! While this is very disappointing, I will not return for anything and felt compelled to finally share my experience so that hopefully the management will make positive changes for others!

This was hands down the easiest, straightforward, and even enjoyable car buying experience we ve ever had! Communication with Jesse was prompt and consistent without being high pressure. We thought the car was fairly priced, so didn t feel a need to haggle or negotiate. Since we traveled a long distance to the dealership, Jesse made sure our tank was full for the drive back home, just as a courtesy!If we ever need to purchase another vehicle, we ll go here first, the drive is worth it to have a positive buying experience.

I personally have had a great experience with everyone I have dealt with at this dealership. Cory was great as a salesman and very personable. Jazzmyn and Kyle in service were also super nice people and very helpful and genuinely showed that they care about the customer through their great personalities.

Good morning- My wife and I are super disappointed that I had to call Gladstone Toyota to ask about our warranty and then corporate to ask why the extended warranty was denied (because the car was still under it's original powertrain warranty!) for you to realize that our service was covered by our warranty. Had we trusted you, as we should be able to do, we would have been out quite a bit of money. We also learned, under the plan we have, that anytime our car is going to be serviced for an extended amount of time we should be offered a loaner vehicle and that has only happened once. We live in Eugene and want to continue servicing our vehicle at a dealership, but after this last week I'm not sure that we will use you.

I worked with Micaiah and Chance in purchasing a Rav4 Prime, which can be a bit of a unicorn car to find at MSRP these days, and I had a great experience here. I shopped around several dealers regionally, and not many offered these without markup over MSRP or forced dealer add-ons. I was able to get exactly what I was after without any forced addons I didn't want. Micaiaha was patient with my many questions over the few weeks while the vehicle was in transit. Chance helped finalize the deal on the day of pickup and was great to work with as well. If google allowed half-star ratings, I'd maybe knock half a star because the EV battery was drained when I picked up, and since it's usually common practice to provide a full tank of gas upon purchase of a new vehicle, I figured the battery would be charged. It wasn't a huge deal, and I probably should have just asked to have it charged for a while in between test driving and finalizing paperwork, but it did detract a little from the day one excitement since I was looking forward to testing out the EV mode right away. I would maybe encourage the dealer to provide their new plug-in hybrids with a full charge as a courtesy going forward to enhance the experience. It's not worth me knocking a hole star for, though, so I'll give the benefit of the doubt with a full 5 stars, and I'm still very pleased with my purchase and experience.

Chance, Micaiah and Court were a great team to work with at Kendall. From initial contact and working with Chance and Micaiah to wrapping up the purchase with Court, they all made it very easy to work with.Flew in and got picked up by Chance and was out of the dealership within a couple of hours and back home in Cali all in a day.Would highly recommend reaching out to these guys if you ever need a Toyota in the future. They also have some pretty cool lifted Tacoma's that are nice to look at in their showroom. I've heard that they do all the lift work in-house, in case you're interested in a nicely modified Toyota truck.
