I've had very good help on my previous visits and the service writer this time was the same. What wasn't good this time was the 3 1/2 hours I waited for a battery, cables, and 2 bulbs to be replaced.

They will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The manager Dan made sure that we had a great experience. If you have any issues he will promptly resolve them.

The service team and technician were excellent in customer service. The technician didn't have enough time for our transmission to cool entirely to run the tests he needed so suggested we stay the night in town. Ended up being fun unexpected excursion watching the ducks and geese playing in the creek behind the hotel. The tech figured it was one of the original suspected components failing, but didn't want us throwing money at something that wasn't the problem. So his honesty was definitely appreciated. Their shuttle service was also great and we got to know about a couple of their excellent employees and possible tour destinations for future trips.

Everyone here is so helpful, attentive, and friendly. Took a shuttle to grab lunch while my battery was replaced and a few other things were checked out. Great communication while I was waiting for my vehicle offsite. One of the best and easiest transactions I ve had at the dealership.

Great service for sure! Had an awesome time doing a plank competition with one of the employees lol definitely recommend them and I'll be back for other needed service in the future.

Waited 4 hours for an oil change and tire check. They didn't even come and tell us when it was done!! We were just sitting in the lobby waiting until I went to see what was going on. Very frustrating experience!

Bough parts for my crosstrek and my girlfriend went and picked them up. They helped her load everything in the car.
