Kendall Ford of Eugene has been less-than-stellar for my 70-year-old mother. She was having some issues with her electric Ford Focus battery, which was still under warranty. She made an appointment with Kendall and dropped her car off for a battery replacement. A week later, she called for an update and was told that they hadn't had time to look at it. So, she made another appointment. Another week after her 2nd appointment, with no update, she called and was told that the car just had some code errors that they fixed and it's ready to be picked up. Unfortunately, the car still isn't fixed and it's been difficult for my mother who lives by herself and only has her 1 car.In trying to contact my mother's Service Advisor, I was told he wasn't available. So I asked to speak with the Service Director, Wayne Carpenter, and he wasn't available. Finally I asked to speak with the General Manager, Trevor Foster, and he wasn't available either.Kendall, you might not want to fix my mother's battery issue because it's covered under the vehicle warranty, I understand that. But it's poor form. I want to meet the people who said "Our mission at Kendall Ford is simple: To deliver an unrivaled customer experience."

We dropped our vehicle off 6 weeks ago and it still has not been repaired. We have been passed to 3 different techs with little to no communication. The service manager promised to call with an update and did not. We have gone in and left messages with no follow up. After speaking to an employee in the shop, we learned that the original diagnosis was likely incorrect and we did not need the expensive repair they recommended. I have filed a complaint with CUDL and would not recommend this company to anyone.Update: 3 weeks and I have still heard nothing from the Customer Relations Manager as stated in Kendall s reply. At this point, the lack of communication and follow through is no surprise.

Terrible, awful. Had a brand new clutch put into our Ford Ranger about a year ago by them. Every few months the pedal goes out and we have to take it in. First its one thing then its another then they don't know what is wrong with it. This last visit, they have had our truck for a MONTH. We were finally told they figured out it needed the clutch pedal assembly. Parts were ordered last week and we were to get our truck back on Friday. Well......now not all of the parts came in and they say another week. I'm not a mechanic but it seems a clutch wouldn't be super complicated to figure out and fix. Getting ahold of our service advisor is impossible. He is always working 'away from his desk'. Once we get our truck back we will NEVER EVER use Kendall Ford again.

Can t talk to service advisor, can t talk to service manager, can t talk to the GM. Called for days was told they were always unavailable. Had to take the car in on two separate occasions, because they could never look at it even though I had appointment. And in the end never fixed the issue. Horrible customer service. Terrible management.

when some one has to wait a week and a half to get an oil change. that does not work to well. So I went some other place that could get it done in a reasonable time frame.NOTE--this issue has been handled by the dealership!!We wrote the review above after being told that Kendall Ford could not do a timely oil change. BUT--a couple days ago, we received a call from a service manager, who has made everything right. He offered a free oil change, and he quickly got us in for another issue we were having with the same car. That issue was resolved promptly. We are very happy with the way Kendall Ford recovered from our original concerns.

Made an appointment to get my sunroof fixed and when I showed up at 7:15am, both the service writer and the manager incorrectly insisted that I had been called to inform me that they couldn t fix the sunroof today which was the whole point of the appointment. Turns out they don t have enough staffing to get it done. The sunroof guy just had a baby and according to the service writer, it s currently a shit show. I appreciate the honesty, I ll be taking my truck elsewhere.RESPONSE: No thanks. Kevin and Trevor were the two I was referring to. Had they apologized and accepted responsibility I wouldn t have had a problem. But they tried to shift blame on me, on the guy who had a baby, on staffing. I don t need to call you back. You already dropped the ball twice. I ve already established a relationship with Roberson. Take care and best of luck in the future.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I ve experienced in the service center. We had them replacing a water pump that was under warranty and didn t have it back for a month. Todd the service manager is very hard to get ahold of and is unprofessional when you finally get ahold of him. We had our car back 2 days and it started pouring white smoke, took forever to get a call back and now it s been back down at the service center for 3 days without a word about what s going on even after leaving messages. Mainly came here for the works oil/filter change and the rest because I have Ford points. Haven t had any problems good service although October 2022 it took an hour and one half to get the job done. I was told this but was still surprised when it happened because in the past it hasn t taken this long. Still, I will come back as long as I have Ford points.Service: Oil change

Todd Hurley service advisor, was phenomenal. Went out of his way and provided the best customers service. Would absolutely recommend him. Stayed late to take care of issues and made the situation right. Working with Kendall Ford Service, has been the worst experience ever. My first appointment fell through the cracks and never happened. A month later I had my 2nd appointment, they gave me a rental car and my car went to the body shop to be painted. A week later I'm told they ordered the wrong part. 3rd appt they installed the correct roof rack rail and rear wiper. 4th appt they fixed the wiper that didn't make contact with the window. The whole ordeal took 4 months to complete. I wasted so much time and was totally stressed out the entire time.They were very apologetic and made things right in the end, however it never should have happened.

You have had my 2017 Escape for 3 weeks now. It has barely 52,000 miles on it. The only thing wrong is The Sync. I want my car back yesterday Trevor! An update this week would have been nice.

20min wait to be helped. I was not told about the $160.00 diagnostic fee over the phone when I made the appointment. I probably would not have dropped off my car if they had told me about the fee before I got there. My service advisor at the counter was friendly and apologetic.

I don t know what is going on at Kendall. I called to get a price for an oil change on my 2019 F150. I was told they couldn t find the price but would I like to schedule the service. Price first please. Ok we ll have service call you. Two hours goes by & no call. I go on website & set up chat ask web chat person same question same answer: can t find price; would I like to schedule; we ll have someone call. How hard is it to give the price for an oil change. Called to schedule and appointment for repair service on Aug 9, for a vehicle purchased there and they indicated no appointment available until November. Seems unreasonable to me. Will buy elsewhere next time.

Had a low tire and stopped at Kendall Ford to see if they would check my tires for me. They immediately took my vehicle in and checked all of them for me. Very helpful and pleasant.

Beautiful dealership put a lot of money into the show... wish they could have put more money into training for customer service... went in just to see what kind of tool i need take out my seats... or rent a tool... was told that I would have to pay a technician to look at it and take out the top back seats... left and went straight over to the Lexus dealership next door and someone came out for free told me what I needed... that is what I call excellent customer service... I will not buy a Ford from here ever... Pingrey Ford in Yakima is the place to go for any Ford issues

Communication with the service managers is horrible. Impossible to reach them when calling, and wait hours for a return call when I leave a message.
