My brother needed an estimate on his car. He was told to take it to Coburg. Luis helped him out. Quite the professional, polite and gracious fellow. We felt we were in good hands. A good guy. We were quick in and out. We will see what the insurance company has to say.

A BIG shoutout to Rob Holloway at Kendall Collision Center. This guy went above and beyond the call of duty for the repair of my 22 Supra. He not only shepherded the repair of the vehicle through the process but did an outstanding job of communicating the progress to me. AND he even went to bat for me with my insurance company! I d give him ten stars if I could!

Be prepared for a bit of a wait for repairs. My car got hit in February, fixed the end of May... Although they were able to fix the car faster and for much less than the original estimate. Convenient shuttle service to and from. Fast response when calling in. Super friendly staff.

Took my two month old car here to get fixed after getting hit by a stop sign runner and when I picked it up there was dirty rags in the car, engine grease hand prints on the interior fabric roof, small scratches on drivers door and window, interior panel broken, greasy smears all over the interior, gas cap broken, and the driver seat adjuster lever was loose. When I told the guy at the front desk he was very nice and said he would get it all fixed, but after thinking about it and wondering how all that could have happened to a car while in their care, I don t think I can trust leaving my car there again. I can only imagine that it was either a disgruntled employee, an incompetent and clumsy employee, or that s what the shop does when they know the bill will be paid by someone other than the customer. I can t think of another explanation as to why so much was broken/trashed while they had my car. I thought choosing the dealership shop to fix my car was the best choice since I wasn t paying the bill, but I definitely should ve chose a different shop, any other shop.Service: Body & Trim

They were quick to get my collision quote completed. I was warned however that getting the repairs I need will take a couple of months that's about how long the repair line is. But I got what I came for today, was in and out in 20 minutes.
