Horrific service department. I originally bought my Chevrolet ZR2 from a dealership prior to moving here and had an amazing service department to work on warrantees and Chevrolet certified services.I have worked with this Kendal for almost 3 years, due to needing a Chevrolet certified dealer to do warranties and whatnot. To echo what others have wrote the service advisors are downright condescending and rude. I've worked with 4 of them now. The only good one whom was respectful and provided timely service was Tracy. Most recently, I went in for a diagnostic appointment for a check engine light and the advisor tried to "mansplain" all of the possible things that this could be. It took me almost an hour to schedule an appointment for the middle of January, despite multiple attempts to stop the conversation by requesting for him just to schedule me.As for the service itself. Its mediocre. For the most part, the job has been done, the shuttles were nice, and mechanic staff easy to talk to but I have experienced at least 2 instances of them not doing what was documented on the invoice. When I brought it to their attention they corrected it, by making me bring it back for a separate appointment both times. Obviously, I'm glad that they addressed the issue but having to take additional time off for them to correct it wasn't my favorite.Needless to say, I will be hard pressed to buy another Chevy while living in Eugene. The other option is the Guaranty Chevrolet in Junction City.

Came in to get something fixed that should be covered under my certified preowned warranty and they said GM wouldn t cover it. So I called the dealer I bought it from to get some resolution and they haven t communicated with each other to try and solve the problem. I m disappointed with both dealerships Wilsonville and Kendall.

Awful. I went in for a transmission check and the guys in the reception made me sit for a whole 30 minute's on the waiting area while they were on phone supposedly serving the other customers. This is despite the fact that I was the only customer in the reception area at this time. The only reasonable explanation, I could think of is, this was due to my skin color. They cares less about it. It's sad.

Ladies, find a man in your life to go in for you if you have to go here. The service guys are terribly condescending when you try to tell them the issue. They will charge you, not fix it, then you're going to have to go back again and get treated terribly all over again. The cafe is never up and running. Grill is down every time. If you ask how long they will need your vehicle, just assume all day. Find a ride. Supposedly there is a shuttle to the mall. Good luck finding assistance to get it. This is the way.Services: Transmission repair, A/C installation & repair, Brake service & repair

Lost my keys and turned my life upside-down for a few days so I decided to give Kendall a call. They had just one left, lucky, Right? Wrong!So, I'm home with my new key and, it doesn't work... I called Kendall parts dept and they immediately ordered a replacement, free of charge. I didn't wait long as I found my first set of keys hanging under my hat, right where its supposed to be... anyway, Kendall GMC, Cadillac & Buick was on it anyway.They replaced my key "plus one!" Two is better than one anyway.Sooo, long story short.. Kendall GMC, Buick & Caddy was the Least problematic point of the whole mis-adventure. Everybody I talked with at Kendall has an Uplifting attitude and positive presence and waisted no time no energy on less.Thank you Kendall..

Replacing a seat handle that fell off on a brand new chevy Bolt EUV car. When making the appointment I explained how this car needed to be on the road at 9 o'clock AM. Making an appointment 7 AM on Monday morning. For what I was told should take 30 minutes. Upon arrival was told techs don't come until 8. There were 3 customers upon arrival. I was the only one with an appointment time. As both customers came and left before me. At 8:50 they had not started on the vehicle. I took the keys and left unhappy.

Make sure before you give the authorization to do repairs you check pricing. They tried to charge me $2,500.00 to replace 4 shocks. I checked two other auto repair shops and the price was less than $500 at both. When i questioned it they told me that they were not quoting the same shocks. I asked what brand and model number and looked them up on line. I could buy the same ones for under $300. Once again I asked about the price and was just told that is what we charge....Worst price gouging I have ever seen. UPDATE, i also asked for a tune up and fuel system cleaning.....the failed to replace the fuel filter and the cap and rotor. Wont be back......Service: General repairs & maintenance

Would give O stars if possible. We took our Chevy into the service dept 3 times for the same problem, they charged us over $1200 to replace RANDOM PARTS that DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. After keeping the car another week, they told us they didn't know what the problem was. We had to have our car towed to another repair shop to get fixed. Don't waste your time and money. Go anywhere but here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Kendall you were going to charge me way over priced even though I didn't even need most of these items for the things you were going to charge me for was done way cheaper and understood my situation got the things that you were going to get me for more and way less. Parts department has an absolute gem by the name of Darlene. I've been running in circles online looking for a part number on an old '94 rig, and she found it in a snap!Kendall has a remarkable asset in her, and I hope they appreciate her.
