Justin communicates really well when other issues are revealed with your vehicle. He was very gracious when our car broke down on the way to his shop. He even called a toe truck for us. Very happy with my experience

I can't tell you how many mechanics I've been to in Eugene and by far Justin at JLG is the absolute best! He's honest, very knowledgeable on any type of vehicle and he won't try to add on unnecessary things you don't need. I will never take my car anywhere else. If you need a great mechanic who you can trust with your vehicle, Justin is the one. Thanks for everything, I'll be back soon!

JLG automotive has the best service, is very personable and flexible. Justin is very knowledge and is honest with what was happening with our Lexus and knew exactly how to troubleshoot our on going issue. Service we did not get from the dealership. Justin did a fantastic job. He was professional and very competent. This is the first time I used his services. I had a very tricky intermittent short. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a more than fair price. I not only found myself a technician I can trust but a friend in the industry. I was quoted $4500 for repairs by a mechanic shop in Eugene that I'd been using for years now. I brought the truck to Justin for another opinion, and he told me I didn't need a timing chain or camshafts, changed my oil, and off I went. My oil was low - that's all. Cost me a $220 for diagnosis and oil change and saved me $4300. I thought my truck was totaled but Justin saved me.

The most knowledgeable and fair mechanic in the Eugene area. I am new to the area and went to four other shops none of which found the answer to why my truck was missing. A couple of them did nothing and stayed true to estimates of $150 to do nothing. One shop give me a very nice quote with $3,500 worth of work that needed to be done none of which would have fixed my truck!Thank goodness a friend recommended me to JLG!! I highly recommend them!
