Great place, with efficient honest service! The staff is friendly and upfront. I ve had the pleasure of working with Sergio, Brandon and Drew a few times. Those guys are wonderful. Highly recommended this Jiffy Lube location!

I was blown away by the service here. I had to get new spark plugs, a coil, and an oil change. Mark was an absolute delight and made me feel so comfortable. As a woman, I have been bamboozled, disrespected and unnecessarily charged for things by just about every other place I've been to and this was not the case AT ALL with Mark and his two techs. 10/10. Mark, you have restored my faith in auto mechanics. You will definitely see me go here again for any upcoming work I need done.

Mark and the crew are top-notch employees. They are professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and just all around great guys! What's even more important to me is trust. I trust them to care for my car. My FIAT loves them!

After a horrible experience with Firestone, I drove straight over to Jiffy Lube. Despite arriving a few minutes before close, they were welcoming and willing to stay late. Very professional team, and quick service.

They had me at, Hello, literally. Whoever it was that answered the phone call (the day before I came in for service) made me feel like my car would be in good hands at this location. I want to take this opportunity to thank the exceptional team at the 7th street location. I don t always feel very comfortable when I leave service places because a lot of places talk down to me, and treat me like I m stupid and know nothing about cars. I didn t feel that way here. They asked me questions, listened and gave me what they thought would benefit my car. Suggesting what was within my budget. No upselling, no judgement, no snide behavior. Their customer service was to Infinity and Beyond. I appreciate that so much. I ll continue to come here.

I was travelling through and needed an oil change so stopped here. These young gentlemen (Aiden?) were so professional and pleasant. They didn t have my filter in stock so they called around and then ordered it in and I barely had time to get a coffee form down the street before they had it. If I was from this area, this would be my go to for a quick oil change. Just top notch customer service.

Is always nerve wrecking to come and have anything done to your cars at Jiffy Lube. You get a friendly and professional staff that would help you and guide you.

Great service, quick and efficient. Would say though there was some confusion as the pricing, was not told the full price of everything, only the price of a discount...so I thought the discount was after $85.00/ making the cost $65.00...but actually the full cost was $106.29

I had a flat tire on the coast and none of the shops had what i needed in stock. Sergio went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get the right tire for the best price. I highly recommend this location. They care about people more than profits.

I brought in my car for a transmission fluid top off, which for a Chevy Cruze requires a complicated process involving removal of the drain plug on the transmission itself while adding fluid from the top filler port. Other lube shops could not do this, referring me to transmission repair shops. Jiffy Lube's Brandon and Drew performed the operation cheerfully and professionally. Then, a surprise: No charge, even though I'm not a regular customer of Jiffy Lube. I'll be back with future business. (In fact, I did come back later for a full transmission fluid flush/replacement. Of course, they did charge me for that service.)

Just experienced the epitome of going above and beyond for your customer at Jiffy Lube #1407. I had just hit the 100k mile mark and had a lot of service that needed to be complete on my car, and unfortunately, this happened the day before I was to start my drive from Eugene, OR, to Phoenix, Arizona, to visit family for the holidays. Mark and Brandon were just phenomenal throughout the whole process, being both friendly and professional. I was also thoroughly impressed with Marks determined commitment to sticking with the original quote he gave me, even when he had justifiable reasons to raise the price (ie for the transmission fluid change, he quoted me for a automatic transmission when I had a CVT, which is much more complex and fragile, and thus more expensive to service). To put icing on the cake, even when I told them that they could finish work on my car in the morning, since it was going to take past closing time to finish, they insisted on staying late and finishing it that day to save me the complication of picking up my car before the long drive. I'm also happy to say I'm writing this review post 1200 mile drive, and it was an absolutely smooth ride thanks to Mark and Brandon. I'm very thankful for their good work, and will definitely be coming back to this JiffyLube in the future!

The service was great, the waiting area was clean they offerd coffee. We didn't have a very long wait. The oil was changed the radiator was flushed and all the other fluids were checked along with filters. We are going to have a few things done next month as well.

I am a full time contractor who flips mechanic specials on the side. I've been so busy lately I decided to hit the jiffy lube when my XJ valve noise got a little louder than usual. She burns about 1/4-1/2 a quart between oil changes.The folks here got me all lined out pretty quick. Right when I thought they were going to ask for payment they asked if I knew my oil pressure sensor was broken. I said no and they showed me. They asked me if i wanted a quote to fix it.It was at a 90 degree angle from its normal position and hanging on by a thread of casing. It's location is directly next to the oil filter. I popped it off and showed the woman that there was no dirt on internal sensor, indicating it had just then been broken. She didn't say anything and walked away.I saw a gentleman talking to other customers without a Jiffy shirt on so I figured he was the manager. He was actually the owner and I told him what was up and he investigated. Nobody wanted to admit they had to crank on the filter to loosen it and accidentally broke the sensor, and the owner didn't seem to believe me that it didn't come in broken.I have an odb reader in the port at all times and read the codes while I was sitting there. Just the standard code my CAT has been throwing for a couple months. No pressure sensor codes.So while the disbelief and unwillingness to admit fault made the experience akward, the owner didnt bat an eye at comping the part and having his team install it.Thank you! 5 s!

Got a transmission flush and oil change, staff was very friendly, manager walked me through each process and service was fast. Was driving out of town the following day, and my 5th gear kept slipping into neutral every 30 seconds or so going 70 on I-5. Had to turn around, drive it in 4th gear an hour back, and cancel my trip. Called store first thing the next morning and they got me in immediately. Manager said they probably didn't top off the transmission fluid all the way, redid it and sent me on my way. Gear stopped slipping. Owner gave me full refund for the error later that evening. Giving 3 stars because although everyone was very friendly, especially the manager and owner, that human error could seriously mess up a person's car and ruined my planned trip, costing me much more in reservations and lost income.

Basic oil change and found a tail light was out. It's nice to have that safety check. Bad bulb or something, went back the next day, and they fixed it right up! They actually thanked me for bringing it back in and letting them take care of it. I'll continue to return.

Techs did not replace the lights they charged me for. They struggled with them for 45 minutes. Did not reset oil or low coolant warning lights.

Surprised they do breaks! They were quick and no appointment needed! The guy was able to answer questions and didn't try and sell me extras. I appreciates that.Saved me money by not changing breaks that didn't need to be. Compared to nearby Midas for example.
