I drive all the way from Sweet Home to Eugene to get my oil changed by the crew off Coburg road. They always make me feel like a priority and always mention they want me to feel safe on my long drives home. I recommend Jiffy Lube off Coburg to all my friends and family! They will take good care of you!

I've had a few run-ins with rude techs at other locations, but here everyone has been consistently respectful and professional.Prior, I dreaded taking the car in for oil changes because of "jerk" behavior. I've never experienced that at this location. In fact, one of your techs chatted with me about a flat and gave me a great recommendation for a used tire dealer. I will keep coming back here because I feel comfortable and respected. Thank you for that!

First time I ve ever been to a drive through oil change store :)Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and quick.From the time I showed up till departure was around 30 minutes.Staff works together well and that in itself says a lot to me.Definitely will return when I need the help

The employees that helped me were very nice, knowledgeable and honest. My car was finished quickly and they sent me off with the work they had done and any suggestions for keeping my car running smoothly for the future.

The fellas topped off my oil level in between regular oil changes. I know my car burns a quart of oil 2500 miles before I'll need an oil change. They were terrific, and checked my tire pressure too. That's why I keep coming back to Jiffy lube. Thanks guys!

Josh was an amazing technician. Everyone was super nice and insightful to my vehicle needs. Made the proper recommendations and timely service. I will definitely will be coming back for my next service for my 05 Ford F-150. Thank you Coburg Jiffy Lube.

The air filter was put in backwards and it caused something to get to the sensor and I had a vacuum leak. Luckily it was an area right before I got on the freeway because my car wouldn't run long enough for me to move 1 foot let alone enough for me to get off the road. It could have been really bad if it happened on the freeway. I called the location where I had the oil changed. Michael came to my rescue and he knew instantly what the problem was and fixed it. The young man who had removed my filter said it was the first time he had worked on a Nissan. We all make mistakes so I ll give them this one and because Michael was so friendly and helpful I gave them 5 stars. I will go back.

I've always received great oil change service here. The team is friendly and has helped me troubleshoot weird things my car display was doing that other places couldn't figure out. I'm super grateful for their help and excellent service.

This was my 3rd visit, I'll never go anywhere else! On this visit I was helped by Calvin, Ashlee, Aiden and Carl, all outstandingemployees. I had an oil change and new battery, and prices were very reasonable.All combined, service, professional friendly staff, andproduct, I couldn'thave done better anywhere else, and I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone. I love the guys at Jiffy Lube in Eugene on Coburg. They always help me out a ton, do great work, and go above and beyond. One of my windows was broken stuck rolled down this last time, and one of the guys helped me get it back up since it s so cold outside. I ll always come here for my services! I couldn't give Jiffy Lube five stars because of the way I was treated by the manager, but the four stars is for the corporate office. I had a battery installed and then three weeks later, I discovered that it was a bad battery. Because I was out of town, I had to get a new battery installed by another mechanic. When I tried to take the bad battery back to Jiffy Lube, I was told, quite rudely, by the manager that I couldn't get a refund because Jiffy Lube only exchanged bad batteries and didn't give refunds. I went onto the website where I found it quite easy to explain my situation to the corporate office. That was on a Saturday. By Monday, with no hassle at all, I was able to return the bad battery, and my refund check came a week later in the mail. Nobody's perfect, but Jiffy Lube takes care of its customers.

Great customer service and care given to my vehicle. Extremely thorough and attentive and even cleaned my battery cables, replaced two rear bulbs and told me I needed rear brake pads

I had a brief communication with Zach about my car and he asked me to come over next day. He looked at it and offered his service and professional service for no charge. It is truly impressive in the current times when he could have easily made easy bucks he decided to do the right thing. Thanks Zach . I have had many positive experiences with Jiffy Lube over the past 18 years of my visiting them in several states across the USA. Whether it is a regular oil change or a quick stop to get topped up for an ongoing long travel, they an A-excellent for everything they do.

The team was short staffed this day; however, they were thorough in their service including fluid check, light check, incorrect tire pressure adjustment (my oops), and wiper replacement. Undercarriage plastic cover was not initially put back, however tech noticed this prior to me leaving and fixed it immediately.

I like this Jiffy Lube, very friendly staff and very quick. Plus Trader Joe's is across the street so you can shop while they change your oil.

I was happy for the oil change however I gave only a 3 because there was oil spots left on the front of my car and oil smudges (finger prints) left on car doors handles.

It cost me $115 to get a basic oil change. I came back twice to get it right. The first time they left the oil cap loose and I found this out when enough oil covered the top of my engine and then leaked down on the exhaust. When I told them what happened they were not even phased. They finished the oil change and left the screws loose that hold up the plastic undercarriage shield and it fell down on the freeway. I took the piece off on the side of the road. I was in a nice shirt. I am here at the Jiffy Lube and when I explained everything to the Manager he was very complacent. They informed me that the store is privately owned and there is no one else I can talk to. I tried to call Jiffy Lube customer service and they told me to refer back to the store. I hate China.. but that $35 oil change at Walmart seems like my next move. How sad.
