These guys are top notch for alignment work. They got me in n out in the time they stated n they were fair with pricing. Great location n love the old building n what they have done w it. I love my car n work on it myself, alignment is not my Forte. My point is: I built my car n didn't buy it n I let them touch it. They respected my car n the time n work n dough I've dumped into it.

They do a great job to fix your auto, took my newly purchased truck in. They performed a full check of the vehicle and found multiple issues. Sent a list of problems with recommendations. fixed the serious ones as per quoted price. Chris does a great job in explaining the problems along with solutions.

I recently purchased a Chevy 2007 HHR which turned out to have some major problems. I was recommended to take it to Jerry's and Walts. They were so through with their diagnosis and communication, that I knew what was needed and the progress was always passed on to me from Rick, Chris and the mechanic O.B.Fortunately I had a warranty which covered almost all of the required repairs.I recommend this shop and their amazing staff to anyone that needs quality repairs done to their vehicle.I will be back if repairs are needed.Many Thanks, James T.

Had my Prius go in because it was completely dead. Turns out there was more to it than met the eye, and they helped me every single step of the way with daily phone calls on updates. Price was good, I'll probably be going back for any other car-related issues. (Hopefully not too soon though!)

My wife was driving our fleet vehicle and had some car trouble. She quickly pulled into Jerry & Walts. She was upset and crying and was happily greeted by Amit & Chandler. They remained calm with her, quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to quickly and affordable fix the problem and get her back on the road. What I appreciate the most, was they allowed her to be emotional, and they genuinely cared about her and made sure she was no longer disheveled before allowing her to drive away. I can t say how much I appreciate that family courtesy they showed her. What a great mechanic company !

A honest shop that has treated my teenage daughter with the utmost respect and patience as she learns how to care for her car and manage the maintenance needs. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a mechanic with high standards of integrity and equally high standards for the quality of their work give Jerry & Walt's a try.

Jerry & Walt's did a lot of work on my daughter's RAV4. Their inspection report was the most detailed I've ever seen...it even included photos of the corrosion/brake pad damage/battery charge level, etc... Definitely a shop with high integrity. 5 stars!!

Jerry & Walt's has been our go-to for alignment service, but we will be using them for more vehicle maintenance. They were able to schedule our truck on short notice to "catch up" on maintenance items that the dealership had failed to do for some time.

I had a relay replaced for the low beams on my car which were not coming on. I was surprised that they had to do a $172 diagnostic test for a problem that my mechanic friends and a google search said could be figured out without such a test. It cost a total of $385 for a relay switch to fix the headlights. I have done regular maintenance with the business and did not need a diagnostic for anything else.So, my advice is to scrutinize there plan of action before having the work completed. I trusted them but now not so sure.Jerry and Walts figured out the problem with the over charge and graciously redid the bill. I had an oil change there today and very good service.

We have been going to Jerry and Walt's since we moved to Oregon in 2018. I don't remember who recommended them to us, but we took their advice and are glad we did. My Honda CRV suddenly broke down and I had to get towed to Jerry and Walt's on a Friday morning. My serpentine belt broke, and that was just the tip of the iceberg. Throughout the car repair, Chris was very helpful, checking in with us on what we wanted to do, explaining what needed to be done, what could wait, etc. We feel confident Jerry and Walt's is honest and provides quality work. I hope with the repairs and maintenance I had done, that my little car will keep going for another 135,000 miles! Thank you to Chris who was awesome throughout the whole process! ~ Mary H.

We have been taking our vehicles to Jerry and Walts since we moved back to Oregon several years ago. We have always had excellent service. This time my car died, and I had to have it towed in. Chris keep kept me informed throughout the process, telling what was needed, what could wait for another time etc. Although it was an expensive repair, I feel they were very fair and honest - and always have been with us. My car is running great again! Special shout-out to Chris who was awesome. Didn t try to upsell me and was very good at explaining what went wrong. Highly recommend Jerry & Walt s! Pleased with this third party experience and will return when needed as so should you.12/15/23:They simply do what is needed. Have been back thrice and I'll be back. They work on my '06 Scion and '08 Oddesy. Give them a try, you'll be pleased.

Oil change and as usual they did an excellent job. I have been using Jerry & Walt's Complete Auto Care for a number of years and I pray they don't ever go out of business! They are trust worthy!!! If they say something needs fixing you can rest assured it needs fixing!!!

These guys recently completed extensive repairs on my 22 y/o Subaru Outback: head gasket, valve guides, clutch replacement, and many other services. For a car that some would have simply sent off to the junkyard, these folks gave it a new lease on life. She's running great so far! Repair time was a bit long, but that is to be expected, considering the extent of work it required. Cost was quite competitive, in-fact, the best quote in Eugene, and it was complemented by a 36-month warranty on the repair! Now, rather than buying another used problem car, I've got a great running classic Subaru that is likely to last longer than many brand new vehicles. Professional and excellent customer service! Our car broke down 2 hours into a 4 hour trip to visit family. AAA towed our car to Jerry and Walts late in the day and the radiator was replaced the next day. The owner was kind enough to coordinate us picking the car up on our trip back that Sunday.

My catalytic converter was stolen over the weekend so I messaged Jerry & Walt's asking when I could bring it in and they got back to me first thing Monday morning and was able to take a look at it that same afternoon. By Wednesday it had been replaced and was ready to drive. An amazing turn-around time that I was not expecting but very much appreciated!

This was my first experience with Jerry & Walt's - they were recommended by the place I bought my tires for a front end alignment. Their office staff was helpful and efficient, and there was a comfortable, quiet waiting area. I asked for an additional service (checking the torque on the lug nuts, so I didn't have to go back to the tire seller), which was cheerfully accommodated.It turned out only minor adjustments were needed, so the service took less time and cost less than expected. Their service also includes a vehicle "wellness check" of major systems. (I liked my score, but of course not everybody will!)From start to finish I felt thoroughly confident that this was an organized, professional operation. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend Jerry and Walt's again.Service: Wheel alignment

Jerry and Walt's Complete Auto Care took fantastic care of my mom's car after it had been sitting more than 10 months without being driven. Their staff is friendly and professional. The information provided on the work was quite detailed. And the quality of work is excellent. Beware! On July 28, 2022 I took my 2018 Toyota Rav 4 to Jerry and Walts for the 30,000 mile service check up. I generally use the dealership in Eugene, but someone recommend this shop and I decided to try it. Big mistake.I dropped off car at 8:30 am, and because I was in a hurry to get to an appointment I just asked to have the windshield wipers, front and back, replaced, and to have the tires rotated. I wasn't offered a description of what the 30,000 mile service entailed, or what it would cost. My error, and it will never happen again. And the person who was getting my information should have at the very least offered to go over it with me.I was contacted about 4 hours later and told it was ready to pick up. I thought that was strange since I was told it would take all day when I made the appointment.When I arrived I was shocked to find that they were charging $614.46! They had replaced the windshield wipers, cabin and air filters, and changed the oil (no charge). They also did a "wellness inspection-visual only" which was done electronically. When I expressed my disbelief the woman taking my money became defensive and told me that the technician had to look at everything. She finally asked if I had AAA, and gave me a discount of $43.49.So I was charged $434.88 for labor and $179.58 for parts. The wiper blades had an additional charge of $47.14 for "wiper blade shop supplies" in addition to the cost of each blade.When I arrived home and told my husband what had happened he called and told them to remove our other 3 cars from their database because we would never return.How sad that a business which used to give good, reliable service is now price gouging. Why they have any positive reviews is a mystery to me. I called the Toyota dealership on Goodpasture Island Rd. where I usually go, and was told that they charged $304.77 for the 30,000 mile maintenance. Please do not trust Jerry and Walts!

I've had positive results from this shop. I followed one of their newer mechanics, Michael, from another shop when he moved to Jerry and Walt's. He does quality work with honesty and fair pricing. I've met the owner a few times. He also seems like a wholesome fella with good intentions. They run a well organized, clean shop. I don't go out of my way to write many reviews but I feel they earned a good word. I recommend them for anyone looking for automotive repairs or maintenance.

The best all-around auto diagnostic, maintenance, repair, and replacement service one can ever find. Our used car is a new car with its replacement engine, and with steering and suspension in full repair. Jerry and Walt s is my automotive shop of choice! The staff is amazing and the service is wonderful. In this time of a pandemic virus, I felt that The staff at Jerry and Walt s has gone the extra mile in order to provide excellent hygiene while dealing with repairs and service. I noticed how they are protective of their customers and staff by seeing how they wear gloves while greeting you and keeping the safe 6 foot distance. Then when going to get information from my vehicle I noticed how they put what looked like a steering wheel cover, seat cover and floor mat in the drivers area. I also noticed how they wiped down my steering wheel and column controls with sanitizing wipes. They also sanitized the door handles and door switches at that time. I am really happy that they care to go above and beyond to ensure cleanliness at this time of uncertainty and worry. While I was inside, I consistently saw the staff sanitizing most of the hard surfaces around the shop and also the entry door handles. Thank you Jerry and Walt s automotive for remaining open in this time so we could get our vehicle serviced! Oh and Buck is amazing! I think he is the shop foreman guru! He sure knows his stuff! Keep up the good work over there guys! You were great as always!
