I found a vehicle, test drove it, and was told several times that "every thing that needed to be repaired has been repaired."I had the vehicle inspected and found that two major issues existed. Their own inspection list disclosed a third. These issues weren't previously disclosed, and they tried, in so many words, to tell me I was wrong. There was supposed to be a discussion with the GM regarding repairs needed or reduction of sticker price, but, of course, the vehicle sold the next day...When you buy a vehicle, you should be told everything that was found needing a repair, what was repaired, and what remains to be repaired or replaced. Only then does a buyer actually know what their real costs will be. Truth, transparency, and responsibility.Lastly, don't treat women like they couldn't possibly understand how to evaluate a vehicle and / or buy one.I feel like l've been saved from a huge purchase mistake and certainly a costly one.

I was treated with respect and courtesy. Jake was knowledgeable and very helpful. The other staff were pleasant and helpful. I love my car and I'm so happy I went to Eugene from Bend.

This is the absolute best place to purchase a car. I never typically care for car dealerships, but today Juan helped us out tremendously with not only getting us the best possible deal but also being insanely patient and meeting our needs. I highly recommend anyone who wants a hyundai to do their business here. We re thoroughly satisfied.

Came in at the end of June to check out a Palisade. Cowboy Tom shown me one on the showroom floor that was sold already (which was ok with me). The sales manager said they had 3 on a truck to be delivered but 2 of them were on a hold for the "bosses friend" to decide what color they wanted first. I left my info with Cowboy Tom and asked he call so we can atleast test drive the available one. After a month of no calls, I saw various Palisades on their lot in July. I left an intest card on the Shepard website. I even emailed Cowboy Tom directly through their sales staff link. Still nothing.I drove Albany Hyundai and got the exact Palisade I wanted right away. The reviews between Euegen and Albany don't lie. Maybe if I was a friend of the "Boss" I would have got better service. Pathetic.

The oil change was done and it did include a car wash, however, my multi-point inspection didn't give me any paperwork or information. The value of the inspection was the reason that I had my oil changed there and not somewhere else and being told "It all looks great" is not what I'm used to. Normally an inspection comes with a document that shows each section of my vehicle and its status and any needed work: how much is left on my brake pads? tire tread? How are my filters? Are my lights and turn signals working? How were my fluids (which also tells me if I may have a leak etc)?

With only 58 miles on it, our new Santa Fe hybrid needed a new electronic water pump, new 12 volt battery and a new battery in the key fob and after a week in their repair shop we discovered the window washer fluid was empty! Absolutely no confidence that something else is missing or defective. Very sorry we bought this.

I have been calling all over for hours trying to find somewhere to take my car that had a loaner and could start work on my vehicle right away, and I called and talked to Bobby at Hyundai who said to bring it in, and he would have a loaner for me! Saved my freaking life! Or at the very least, my sanity, or what's left of it! Will update when my service is complete, but woohoo! Thank you guys!

Not having Sherry as the service manager was a big loss. They charge $100 to change the cabin filter, made a mess communicating, and were drastically disorganized. Sherry always did a great job communicating clearly and thoroughly. Bummer.Update: Always love the PR move saying communication is the key to success, when they don t do it. They texted me identifying as an individual going back and forth about my experience. Then I got a call from the said person who was texting me only to have them say they had no idea who was talking to me. There was no communication internally about customer follow up procedures. She then asked me twice if my car was still at the shop when we were taking about my past experience . Both the person texting and calling said they would get back to me and never did.

The staff here (e.g. Bobby) are extremely helpful, friendly and skilled. The new facility (opened I think in Dec. 2023) is a bit further away than before but the dealership provides Lyft rides to and from the new location.I recommend Hyundai, and this dealership in particular. Hyundai provides the best "bang for the buck," particularly in the quality of its electronics and safety features.

Great experience. Did all of the negotiating via email and online. Worked with Jose Sanchez and his manager - they made it very easy!

Dan, the parts manager saved our vacation! We have a 2011 Eurovan and lost the keys 10 days before we were set to take off. To make a long story short, the only way to get a key for this year, make, and model is to order from Germany. The key arrived the day of our trip after being held up in customs. Dan made it a priority for service to program the key as soon as it arrived. We thought we were going to have to cancel our trip, but Dan saved the day! Much appreciated and leaving s positive review is the least we can do.

This was probably the best experience that I ve ever had at a dealership. Dominic was very personable and made us feel like actual people and not just another sale. He listened to any and all questions that I had and got the answers that I needed. I will recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for the great experience!!!

Over a month wait to get an appointment. Went in for engine knocking and misfires. They did $900 worth of maintenance only for my car to start misfiring as soon as i got my car home. Talked with the owner and he said there wasn't anything they could do besides run more diagnostics ($150) and put "his best people on it". Interesting that those folks aren't already working on vehicles.Take your business somewhere else if you don't want a total headache.

We purchased a new vehicle recently from this location and our sales person was amazing. If you are looking to buy a vehicle ask for Brandon. He was courteous, professional, patient, a true pleasure to work with. Mark was our financial specialist and he made the paperwork process seamless and enjoyable. Can't recommend this location or Brandon and Mark enough!

Val Petrukhin was very helpful and friendly in the process of our purchase at Sheppard motors. He made the process very easy and fast. Their finance manager Mark was also a very awesome guy. Overall it was a great shopping experience with these guys.

Had a wonderful experience at Sheppard Hyundai. Dominic answered our many and occasionally inane questions accurately and patiently. Electric vehicles have a steep learning curve but he made sure we older folks had the basics down before adventuring off in our delightful new car. Highly recommend Sheppard Hyundai, Tyler and Dominic!

UPDATE BELOW Trust is something that is earned. And when a dealer doesn't complete the items listed on the work order, even though the work order indicates the service was performed, there is no trust. I brought my 2022 Hyundai in for its first service. (Oil, Oil filter, Tire rotation and multipoint inspection). They did not rotate the tires. Did not call me when the vehicle was ready. The person who completed my paper work when I arrived was from the "Audi" staff and seriously seemed bothered that he had to check me out and complete my paperwork. I wanted to ask a couple of questions, but he said "I'm from Audi service and can't answer your questions". One trusts that the service is performed as stated, and when you find out that the service was not completed, all trust goes out the window.UPDATE:It is now Oct of 2022. My wife's 2022 Kona has been in for regular service and Sheppard Hyundai again DID NOT rotate the tires. Why do they not rotate tires, when it is part of the regular service. The front rotors on my 2022 Santa Fe failed. Some folks call them warped rotors. After a bit of haggling and a phone call to Hyundai, Sheppard motors replaced the front rotors under the 12month/12K mile warranty. My Santa Fe has 10K miles on it.While my car was in for the brake repair, Sheppard Hyundai managed to destroy the front passenger tire and put a big gouge in the same rim. REALLY? Sheppard Hyundai indicated the damage was done while driving the car onto the lift. I only found out when I called to check on my Santa Fe. They had to order a new tire and bring in a wheel repair guy. I think they should have just replace the rim (it was their screwup). Now I have a droning sound coming from the front end that starts around 35mph. It just never ends with Sheppard Hyundai Service. If there was another Hyundai service department close, I would go there. Finally and this is some good news. The Santa Fe (2.5t 8speed WDCT) shifting was just horrible. 2 to 1 downshifting send a shudder through the car. Shifting from 1 to 2 resulted in a very strong surge in acceleration. Sifting into reverse was always followed by a strong jolt. I have complained about this almost from day oneSheppard Hyundai applied the 22091-059H TCU update. Now a much better shifting DCT.So I called Sheppard and told them how great the update was and what was there response? "Hey can you give us a good review". REALLY? After damaging my car? And now I have a droning sound from the front end, and the tire and rim damage?Do they just not care? They know they are the only Hyundai dealer/service department around this area. It is a result of poor service that I question my decision to purchase our two new Hyundai cars.

After losing my lug nut key, I was unable to get my tires serviced and realized it would be very difficult to find a replacement, especially since I bought my Hyundai used from a local lot. I took a shot in the dark by coming to Sheppard s Hyundai hoping they could help me out. They took off the lock and replaced my lug nuts for no fee! Such a good experience the staff was very attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend them for any Hyundai help! Thanks so much guys!

They got my engine failure covered by warranty. It took a long time but they were up front about that. Customer service member Sherry is outstanding. Just so positive and helpful during a difficult situation.

We had an excellent buying experience at Sheppard Motors two weeks ago. . Our Sales Professional was Jake, and he made the process easy for us. Jake was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle features and answered all our questions with great, detailed explanations. We went on long test drive where we were able to test the wide variety of the Palisade s safety, convenience and info/entertainment features before purchasing. We would highly recommend Jake if you re in the market for a Hyundai and would like to work with a knowledgeable professional!

Omg, the sales people and finance people at Hyundai are totally transparent. They didn't tell me any lies, they didn't make any promises they couldn't keep, they just did a good job, gave me a fair price for my trade in and sold me a car at a fair price.Took a little longer than I thought, but that was my fault because I wanted to know the cost of all the options and all the different configurations before I made up my mind. My salesman, Abraham, was fine with it. He wanted me to get what I wanted. He wasn't worried about how long it took him and he didn't feel like he was wasting his time on me.

I had done a lot of research on EVs and knew what I wanted when i went to Sheppard. Tyler recognized this and worked hard to get the paperwork done in a timely manner. He is a very personable guy with a good sense of humor that genuinely wants you to have the best new car buying experience. 6/5!

Bobbie in maintenance is very condescending when talking to you. And when challenged with it, he then takes on the teacher tone to explain he is just "having a conversation " with you.. my car has been needing a replacement part for 3months. 3. Months... I made another appointment thinking that Bobbie had forgotten about me, as there s no communication about the service center still waiting on the part. When I arrived he had the aggrieved attitude as though I was ruining his whole day by suggesting that I "just come in" on the basis that I am unaware of the status of the part. To which Bobbie informed me "What? Am I supposed to call you once a month with no update? It won't make the part get here." Like... with? I realize my pittance sale of 26000 is nothing on the grand spectrum of that dealership's sales. But.. just wow. At the inconsiderate attitude and lack of courtesy from the service department... Some of us don't live in Eugene and have to make a 150 mile round trip just to get the work done, sir. So maybe.. just maybe some common courtesy would be appreciated. On another note. My salesman, Mark. Above excellent. Very communicative about everything. Even if it's just a question that he won't benefit from. The salesman shouldn't be geld accountable for the shoddy maintenance department representatives.
