I can not say enough good things about Haslip Transmissions. Eric is AMAZING! My son was visiting friends in Eugene over the holiday weekend from Southern California. The car was having shifting issues & his check engine light came on. He went to a Station to find out what was wrong. He was told it was the transmission. We called Haslip Transmissions after searching the web on a Sunday. Eric answered the phone even though his shop was "closed" and he offered to help. He met my son, test drove the car and diagnosed the problem. My son is safely on his way back to California thanks to Eric.

i was having issues with a built transmission in dodge ram. Took it back to original builder with no results after a month. I called Eric and he said bring it over. Eric had this truck for a week trying to replicate problem. After a week it finally screwed up (intermittent problem) and he called with solution. We spoke, I said fix it. So far I've not experienced the original problem after a month of getting it back. Definitely would recommend Haslip transmission. Reasonably priced, communicates well, quick turn around.Service: Transmission

I took or Suburban to Haslip for transmission rebuild. The owner, Eric was very helpful to get it worked in and spent extra time working with my extended warranty insurance company. His efforts got the repair fully covered. He kept me up to date and discussed the process and repair details with me. I was very happy with the experience and it drives great now!

I had hoped I made the right choice for service. And I DID! My 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac has lots of boat towing and trailer hauling miles and was starting to have transmission issues going from 1st to 2nd gear. This is the first major transmission work I would have to do.After driving a few hundred miles after the rebuild I am pleased by the smooth shifting and no problems. I just had my post automatic transmission rebuild inspection (free after a couple of tanks of gas) to make sure everything looked ok.I definitely recommend Eric and Haslip transmissions for your transmission needs.Rick R.Service: Transmission

Eric was awesome. Estimate was accurate. We were taking the kid to university from AZ. Transmission died halfway there and had to tow it. Called Eric and he helped us unload it and let us park it until we unloaded. Said would take two weeks. It took one. Only had it a couple of days, but Eric was honest and upfront. I've had bad experiences at the chain transmission shops. Glad I went local! Thanks Eric!!!Service: Transmission

Eric, the owner, and his crew are absolutely top-notch. They have consistently gone above and beyond to take care of our fleet of older vehicles. They knew we needed to get one of our main shuttle vans back on the road, so Eric worked into the night and over the weekend to make it happen. Very reasonable rates, and they stand by their work!

We needed the trans rebuilt on our dodge 3500.As most of us, we checked online for reputable businesses. We looked at other trans shops but decided to go with Haslip because of their 5 star rating. I called Haslip and Eric answered, very professional and easy to talk with. He kept me in loop throughout the whole process, always giving me updates. I got to say they didn t disappoint. Great service and customer experience. I highly recommend them!

I had my car towed from a shop out to Haslip Transmission after a nice conversation on the phone, no sales pitch or wrangling, just seemed very sincere and genuine and won me over before I had even met them or looked online for reviews.He came up with a fix that was literally $4000 less than what I was expecting based on a full transmission overhaul, and it just shows his willingness to be creative and try less expensive and pragmatic approach based on my needs and I really appreciate that. Highly recommend them, great ernest business, no salesmanship, will definitely be bringing business back in the future And recommend in my own friends and family.

Eric gave me a quote to repair my transmission. He looked up my car and the recommended repair hours. He challenged the length of time they were estimating and reduced it for the estimate. He could have easily justified the hours, but was confident it could be done in a shorter period.Previously he had repaired a different car. He was able to complete per the communicated schedule. The work was great and haven't had any issues since.I will use Haslip Transmissions the next time I need service.

We've used Haslip Transmission for issues we've had with some of the vehicles at our Dealership. Eric and his staff are always willing to help out any way they can. I strongly recommend Eric and Haslip Transmission for all your transmission needs. You won't find a nicer guy to work with. 5 stars all around!

Did a great Job on my 1995 Accord; Eric and Roger made that job look like it was a breeze.My Transmission shifts great! I highly recommend taking reliable cars or trucks with bad transmissions to Haslip. Keep up the Good work guys!

My family has brought over a few cars for repairs in the last year. We have always felt valued and well served. I especially appreciated the timely updates, prompt service and honesty. Transmissions issues suck so it's nice to have a good place to go.

First off. I called all over about my 06 Jetta that was having shifting issues. VW dealership waned to charge me a ridiculous amount to replace an entire section of the transmission and several other places wanted to charge me a ton for the same thing. I called Eric at Haslip and he diagnosed the issue before I could even finish describing the problem. He had a cheaper and more successful way to fix the car. Almost 50% cheaper. I went with Eric. Very professional, had my car finished in about 7 hours and it is completely fixed. Runs smooth as ever. Don't look anywhere else if you have transmission issues.

Haslip transmissions did a excellent job rebuilding my transmission. Allso flushed lines. Eric recommended I come back after 500 miles to review how everything was working. They were very professional.

I'd like to give a big thumbs-up to Santa Clara Transmission in Eugene, OR. Last week I bought a used transmission to replace the noisy one that I've been babying for the last month. The used trans was worse than my original one, so I took the opportunity to have the original one rebuilt before I returned the used one. I called Santa Clara Trans and spoke to Tom, the owner. He listened to what I had to say and gave me an estimate that was more than fair. At this point, let me say that I'm no stranger to rebuilding a manual trans, but I don't currently have access to a press or gear puller to get this job done. One day after dropping it off (out of vehicle), it was ready and is quiet again for less than the price of the crapped-out used trans. I picked this place due to their excellent (and plausible) online reviews. 2 big thumbs up!

I have been to countless shops and I really like this one. They didn't treat me like I was wasting their time like a lot of shops do, they got the job done on time and it didn't cost more than was quoted. I would definitely recommend them.

Pleasant and knowledgeable, rebuilt by Silverado transmission on time and on price and did a follow up check and adjustment at no extra charge.
