Wanted a depsoit for the parts needed for a tune up. They had my bike why need a deposit that was the total cost of the parts. Picked it up and it ran worse. Ride to work got off work and it wouldn't start. Took it back four more times for the same issue. Got a few weeks of ride time once usually though just a few days. The third time it was returned with a new problem. The last time it stopped running they wouldn't return my calls. 90 dollars a hour to do nothing correctly. Never called to say they would do me right or refund or anything. No surprise there I knew the minute I walked in and saw how dirty and disorganized it was that I should have gone somewhere else. Small claims it is I guess since they won't call me back while my bike is still not running.

I brought my newer Yamaha in for a valve adjustment and Mo was very transparent with me through the whole process, which ended up taking quite some time due to trying to source shims that would actually work with how tight the clearances were and how thin the OE shims already were. Will gladly bring bikes back here in the future!

Worked extensively with me on my old motorcycle, it had a lot of problems and there was some confusion but they helped me find a fix that was right for me price wise. I was very impressed with how involved the whole team was when I visited both times. Awesome shop!

Took my 2008 Goldwing in to have the tires replaced, brakes, oil change etc. (We supplied the parts). Was told it would be 300-400. Months later was called saying was ready and the bill was 1,100 on top of the 300 we already paid. The bike was a disaster, abs brakes no longer worked, speedometer no longer worked, bike all scratched up, missing fork cushion... The said they ordered a part to hopefully fix the abs brakes (which they broke) and after months later had us come back in charged us for parts and labor but did not fix the problem. Horrible. We have found missing parts on the bike, cut wires and a complete nightmare. They should not be working on newer bikes as they stated they don't have the equipment/knowledge to do so. We are out a total of 2,640 and a mess to fix! Shame on you!!

A reluctant 5 star. Only reluctant because they are a small new shop and I kinda wanna keep them to myself. But they brought my Vino scooter back to life when a much larger shop couldn't. Service was friendly and more than fair. Just a fun group of folks who are passionate about these bikes. They worked until all the gremlins were worked out.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Engine repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Rad mechanics that do quality work. The Owner was really cool to talk to and their prices are lower than most, if not all of the other motorcycle mechanics in the area, I will definitely be taking my bike back on the regular.

Have an old honda that no other local shop even knew what it was, meanwhile Gremlin has 2 spare motors for it. Not much more needs to be said.

We were stranded in Springfield with the parts needed to replace a failed chain and sprockets on our motorcycle, but no tool to rivet the replacement chain and none to be found within 100+ miles. Spoke to a mechanic who provided helpful advice that solved our problem and got us back on the road and home safe.
