This place is great. Customer service was excellent. The guys at the shop followed up with me and got me the perfect bike. No B.S. at this shop. They know their stuff. Highly recommended

I stopped by here on my way down to Mexico and they helped me find an obscure part to fix my bike. On the way back up they swapped out my tires, I arrived later than I thought and they stayed later to make sure I would get home safe. Highly recommended!

Grays got me as a customer. Staff was very helpful in my buying experience. The guy that helped me was a rider also so could answer any question I had because of personal experience with these bikes. He took the time to show me the features on the bike and made sure I was comfortable before I left. Thanks for the positive experience! See y all on the trails!!!

Went here with a friend he purchased a used beta. Gotta say sales staff was awesome. Clayton and James took care of all our needs plus some. Highly recommend also will be contacting them for my next purchase.

Had what I needed on the spot, and their customer service is top-notch. I will be using them for all my KTM needs moving forward.I even price checked them against some other online retailers and Ebay, and they actually came in under their prices, which surprised me for a dealer.

These guys are awesome to deal with! Although I didn't purchase the bike I wanted from them at the time, just because I didn't want to wait for delivery I plan on using this dealer for all of my maintence and parts needs. I highly recommend them. Great to deal with and are helpful and knowledgeable.

Don't bother paying for expedited shipping. I did and my order still took 8 days to get to me.Other than that, great experience. Won't find a better deal on the DNA airbox mod for a 390/401 anywhere else.

This is the best Motorsports dealer in Oregon. I have bought MANY bikes at various dealers and my two recent experiences were amazing. The crew are knowledgeable, honest, low pressure, and are competitive with pricing. Maybe you can save a few bucks by using them , but won t get the customer service and exceptional help with parts or service. Thanks Gray Area.

Took grandsons mini bike to get the chain repaired. Charged 117.00 put a note on the bill it had a flat and slime wouldn't help that!! Where has the customer service gone??? How about a phone call and FULLY REPAIRING the bike with YOUR know how??? So frustrating. The chain was on but not even tightened down!!

Brough rear tire in for tube change and balancing. Came back a few hours later and was charged $67. Wild price for a ten minute job. I am not sure how they have repeat customers.

Couldn't be more happy with the speed and smoothness of my transaction. Was quoted a great price, no need to haggle or hassle. Made appointment to pick it up a few days later and at the last minute my riding partner decided to pick up a new bike as well. They were able to prep his bike, do our walk through, and have us on the road in no time. Without a doubt I will continue to do business with them. Locally owned family operation with a shop dog, what's not to love!!!

Best motorcycle store ever -- Gray Area's bike showroom is clean & well stocked, the staff in every department are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The parts & accessories department is well stocked, too. I bought a new KTM plus found right size boots & armor in stock -- Gray Area is my new fav place to do business. Thanks, GA!

I bought a 2019 690 SMCR. I purchased the big boar kit as well as exhaust and proper suspension for my weight.Paxton and the crew are great! The clutch let loose because of the added power right after I did an oil change. They put an after market beefed up clutch ready to go the very next weekend. Paxton waved the charge on having to do the oil again and I am extremely happy with the service!Thanks guys!!!

I purchased a motorcycle here. I ve had so many questions about my bike, and so many little things I wanted to change out or add. I feel like I ask a lot more questions than the typical customer, and these guys are very patient and helpful in their responses. I appreciate this. Great customer service.

Hands down, best Motorcycle shop/dealer I ve ever been to. Paxton and Don are Top notch people and know their stuff. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. If you are in the market for a KTM or parts/service on your current ride this is the place to go.

These guys are great. If you have a problem they take care of you. I always trust them with the tires for my land speed racing bikes. No problems at speeds over 220 mph.

Came in as a wayward traveler. The guys were super a helpful, made sure I was set for the rest of my road trip and sent me off with some great info and stories. I bought an amazing bag on top of what service I needed just because they went so out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

I will never come to this shop for motorcycle work again. I brought my mt07 in to have the tires changed because I stripped a rotor bolt, they left the rear wheel alignment bracket so loose it fell off on the road and my bike got speed wobbles. This could have killed me and I will never bring a bike here again.

I was 7 hours from home and my ATV was damaged in a car wreck on our dune trip. The new owner Rich stayed almost an hour after they closed so I could get there and get the parts that no one else anywhere close had in stock. He even let me borrow tools to fix it in the lot. They also have a huge selection of KTM parts and merchandise. Its nice to see a KTM specialty shop.

I called them on Christmas eve with some trouble I'm having with my 2020 300XC. I think the guys name was Don. He stayed late and helped me on the phone through some weird tuning issues he had discovered a fix for. I should mention that I didn't even buy my bike here. He treated me like I had.

I went in knowing what i wanted to buy, the desired payments I was after and what I wanted for my trade in and they delivered. Everything went pretty smoothly and I left with a new KTM and a smile on my face

Great service and people, prices are a bit high and special order delivery slow, but I would prefer to support local shops. Would get 5 star if they could just stock more and or do quicker delivery on special orders.
