Called about some bolts that just wouldn't give up the ghost, and were preventing me from being able to put on a new catalytic converter. Goofy was not only willing to help me out same day, he also got the new cat on for me, and installed a some steel meshing over top to help prevent someone from stealing it.Both cat and mesh were already with me in the van, and I was very happy with how quick he was, and how willing he was to help me out. I also appreciated that he was super friendly despite my NUMEROUS interruptions of "Oh, could you also..". I was also quite happy with the price it cost.10/10, would recommend. I'm VERY happy with Goofy's Mufflers

So this guy is taking no responsibility for welding my flex pipe to my SCR even though it wasn't like that, there was a clamp there according to the dealership and now they're not taking any responsibility for it.

Yesterday I dropped off my Yukon. They finished it the same day, early. I like the way they offer a mid-grade and a high-grade parts option, since not everybody plans to keep the car forever. Very impressed with the service. The mechanic showed me the parts he removed and explained what caused the problem. He showed me photos of the undercarriage from different angles to explain in detail what was done and another repair the car needs. I am a first time customer from out of state, so I don't know them and have never used their services before. Goofy's has my family's lifetime business.

This is a great shop that does great work. Exacting and with a lot of attention to detail. I brought them my '01 Mustang and had them install a true dual exhaust with X pipe, cats and mufflers. I also had them put custom shorty headers on at the same time. They not only installed it, they installed it perfectly and _better_ than it would have been done, if I had done it at home. The exhaust pipes are expertly fit within the underside recess, and joints where the kit would have wanted me to clamp pipes together, Goofys welded the fit together instead (far better, and those welds are beautiful). The exhaust set up looks better on my car than it does on the online advertisement for that exhaust kit. It sounds incredible and the car is running much better than before. They even addressed a cracked spark plug I was unaware was even creating a problem. Top marks for this shop. I'm going to be wearing this silly grin on my face for weeks. I could not be any happier. Well worth the money I spent.Service: Exhaust

I took my car (2006 OBXT) in to have work done and asked for something specific. We merely spoke on the phone since I had to drop off the car for the day. Jeff knew exact thing I asked for and did work of the highest quality. Highly recommend these folks for your exhaust needs!

What a great shop. As long as I live here, this will absolutely be my go to. One of the last honest shops with integrity for sure.I had an inspection done at another location that wanted to change me x5 and marked each item as "urgent", where as this shop let me know about the same concerns, yet explored options with me, time lines and costs.I felt I wasn't seen as just a $ or up sale.10/10 - Great experience, good people.

Make sure you shop around for quotes. This shop is quite a bit more expensive than other shops. They quoted a muffler delete at $675, before the type of metal used for the piping was selected. Plus the price of tips. I got the same work done elsewhere for $410 plus materials.

I think i got ripped off, over half a grand for pipe and muffler, i wanted it to be loud, breathe better and rumble. But instead it just sounds a little deeper and about as loud as the original. They tried selling me a tip for 150, i found the same exact style but better brand named tip online for 35 bucks. I also wanted the pipes a certain way. Every time i expressed what i wanted they just said its better this way or that way, disagreeing with anything i said...idk, Way over priced for what you get i should have shopped around. The girl at the desk was cool though.Oh also, my manifold is leaking and there was no mention of that except it looks good Service: Exhaust

They recommended a flowmaster super 10. Went with that. Found my receipt in my truck months later and it says "look a like flow master super 10"....for 675, why not the real thing? Is that why its not as loud and deep as it should or could be? if they would have said its a knock off, i would have said put on the real thing or just buy one myself and have them put it on. Wonder if its even a cat back set up now. Gotta take a gander.

Wow what an incredible job! I will always go to this shop for help! Brittney at the front end has been one of the nicest people I have ever met in the automotive world and was more than inviting to understand me as a customer.I needed a new exhaust system for my 1986 MR2 and they were quick to schedule an appoint and see me in. Along with, they called to check in with me as they worked quickly on the new system and in the end, the new system was so professionally done, leaving me and others extremely impressed. Jeff and his staff are amazing...super friendly and helpful! They will make sure your work is done right and you are satisfied. I had a few noise issues with a big block 8.1L stock replacement, not any fault off the installation, but Jeff was great to make it right and handle all warranty issues. They are fast too! I ve had friends go for custom work on trucks and classic cars. They said Jeff is the best in town and I have to agree!

I bought a off the shelf exhaust flex pipe. It had a 3 inch braided hose and center pipe. Worked great easy welding steel.

They are literally the best place I've ever taken my car. They're on time, super friendly and they did an amazing job. They were the only place that would give me a quote over the phone so I knew they wouldn't jack up the price once I towed my car there. They did exactly what they said they would, did an amazing job and got it done before I even expected them to. 10/10 would recommend and return if life threw any more wrenches in my path. I usually don't write reviews but this time I had to because they were so amazing. The owner is honest and knows his stuff. Call him up and make an appointment to jack up your car and he will answer all your questions. I will definitely keep him in mind next time I need work done. Highly recommended...

Wonderful place. I took my prius in to get a CAT replaced and put a CAT shield on. They originally said it take a few days (it was on Fri). They called me a few hours later to say that my car was done. I had to wait a few days to get it due to payment issue but they were willing to lock my car up until then to keep it safe.I had no issues get the car back once l got the payment from my insurance. Overall good experience!

Very nice. I went in with my expectations not so high. I was pleasantly surprised with his quick service, and expert advice. I went ahead with his suggestions, and I couldn't have been any happier. The exhaust work was top notch, and worth every penny. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Goofy's, he is a master craftsman in his element.

I went by this business by referral from another muffler shop. I needed a one foot section of 1.75 inch tube, outer diameter, bent to 90 degrees. This is maybe a three minute task, including tool preparation. Wholesale cost on the material is maybe two dollars. The owner quoted me $75. I try to support local brick & mortar businesses, but when they price their goods so high, I just move on. To make matters more ridiculous, they wanted me to wait several days to perform. I found a supplier on the Internet who sold me the equivalent of five items, shipped next day air, to my home for half the price. On a good note, the woman running the front office was very nice.

I would love to give them 10 stars! These folks have integrity, efficiency, skill, and kindness. My car ended up needing more work than I expected, and Jeff turned what could have been an extremely stressful situation for me into a blessing. He kept me well-informed, worked hard to get it all done in a very timely manner, gave me a very good deal, and saved the old parts so he could explain exactly what needed done & why. He even arranged a ride back to his shop so I didn't have to walk a mile in the rain to catch a bus. I highly recommend Goofy's Muffler! You will be very well taken care of!

My RV started getting louder and louder, and when it got to the point that I needed ear plugs just to drive it, I knew it was past time to bring it in. I called around to some dealerships and Goofys came highly recomended. I made an appointment at Goofys and they diagnosed the hole in my exhaust quickly. Because my RV is old went ahead and got a new muffler and some hangar work done. I couldnt be happier with the results. Vehicle sounds better than new, more quiet than I can remember. Friendly people and great service.

Our vehicle was in and out quickly, the process and needs were explained clearly and the we felt like the pricing was extremely fair. These guys were above and beyond. They took in my truck on a whim when my alternator died at the worst moment possible. They were able to get everything taken care of same-day and were extremely professional and kind about the whole experience. I absolutely recommend them and the fine work they provided.

Came in from out of town, called in the morning, they got me in quick and had my car ready by mid-afternoon. Good price for front brake service. Staff was friendly. "Goofy" himself actually did the work on the truck, and took some time to talk with me about it when I came to pick up, which is a nice touch, and showed he enjoys what he does. Recommend calling him if you need service.
