I was worried about the big chip I had in my window everyone said it would always be seen. I took my vehicle to then and I was in a hurry they not only got it done super fast for me it tool me a while to find any flaw in the windshield I would definitely highly recommend them. Plus great service at a great priceJon

Fast friendly service! They had me in and out in less than an hour on the day I called them. Super easy to go through insurance and great work in repairing our cracked windshield! Highly recommend!

They repaired our windshield chip on the day I called. I live 50 miles away and needed the repair during a a business meeting in Eugene. They were so friendly.They were much less than safelite and you actually spoke to a person. Highly recomend

I can t say enough good things about this amazing shop! I had gone to 2 other places looking to get a complex chip repaired before I finally found Eugene Windshield Repair. The other places were rude and seemed bothered that I was asking questions. They just wanted to replace the whole thing so they could bill the insurance even more! The moment I called, this place was different. Amanda, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. When I arrived, Dewey was the pro that helped me. He answered every single question I had, took time to explain his work, asked another colleague for his input and really heard me out. He took extra time out of his day to work some magic (he did so much more work than was required) to repair that complex chip so incredibly well, I was blown away! My car is essentially my work office and Dewey and the rest of the team treated me with respect, kindness and some of the very best customer service I have ever had. I left repaired and relieved! Super friendly, and was able to get our car in the same day. Service took about an hour total, and they worked with Statefarm to get the glass repair covered. The technician took the time to explain the repairs.

I had a neat surprise waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment! The windshield repair was very fast, no more than 45 mins for two spots. Paperwork was minimal, but I spent a good amount of time with the receptionist because they helped me with good advice and references for other businesses. The repairman was a good person as well. Highly recommend their services for anybody in the Eugene area.Service: Window repair

I stopped in on the spur of the moment when I saw their sign. I wanted to get a chip repair before it turned worse. They took it right then and had it done in less than an hour. This company was terrific to work with! They got me an appointment the same day I called. They took care of my insurance to cover the cost of the repair, we re friendly and quick. Absolute Wonderful service and couldn t be happier. Fixing a rock chip is already a frustrating task to do but they made the whole process painless & easy! Walked in without an appointment. Even with one person ahead of me and they still got it done in under an hour. They even gave me a complimentary drink card to HumanBean while I waited. Once ready, they identified another chip that I had missed and fixed it free of charge! My windshield looks as new & the cracks were filled smoothly without any further damage. I have gotten my windshield repaired two times from here. Both separate incidents that chipped my windshield. I called them and asked a few questions, and the receptionist was extremely nice and knowledgeable.I made a same day appointment, and when I arrived at their location, they promptly tended to my concerns. Straight forward and honest about what it would take to fix my windshield. Both times I went there, they had my window fixed flawlessly within 30 minutes.The receptionist and the technician were very friendly and informative. The waiting room is comfortable, clean and welcoming.This is my place to go for windshield repair. The cost was very reasonable, and they had me in and out of the building in under an hour.If you have a chipped windshield, look no further, this is the spot!

What an awesome experience. Not getting a rock chip in my windshield, but the repair part. Michelle, Dewey, and John were awesome, very professional, and took the time to fully explain how they were going to fix my windshield. I was honestly blown away by how fast and painless the process was, and the results are fantastic. I hope I never NEED to see them again, haha, but if I do, I know I m in good hands. I chose to contact Eugene Windshield Repair due to their excellent reviews online. I emailed and got a quick response back. It was extremely easy to schedule and they got my car right in. (That was a relief as I was concerned about the chip spreading and it had taken me a bit to sit down and do something about it!) Clearly, they have earned their reviews! Quick, easy, knowledgeable and efficient.

We caught a rock from a truck right in the center of the drivers side windshield. When we brought the Jeep down to Eugene Windshield Repair they assessed the damage and quickly repaired the chip. They got us in on the same day and are extremely helpful. We highly recommend this place for any windshield problems.

Hands down the best place to come if you need your windshield repaired! The time between noticing the crack and driving away with it completely fixed was less than two hours! Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful, informative, and not at all pushy. Dewey, who is absolutely amazing, came out to take a look at the crack and explained the process and let me know there was about a 50/50 chance they would be able to fix the crack, since it was a bit bigger than what they usually deal with. I was given a card to a shop that would do a complete replacement, and they let me decide what I wanted to do. I'm so glad I decided to stay there because not only were they able to fix the crack but it looks amazing. I can hardly even see it. It's been over a week now, and there has been no movement at all. I will definitely go back if I ever have any other problems! Fantastic service and excellent results. Thank you!

Great, quick service. Crack is undetectable as seen from the inside (to me) and barely noticeable after repair from the outside. They were kind and explained every step throughout the process. Recommend to anyone who wants their vehicle taken care of. I know now where to go!

I got a huge chip in my windshield the day before leaving for a long out of state road trip. I called one shop and was told they couldn't fit me in for a quick repair for at least four more days. I called Eugene Windshield Repair and they made an appointment for me the following day, first thing in the morning. Not only did they repair my windshield quickly and expertly, they vacuumed the interior of my car! And, they give me a gift card for Dutch Bros.! The staff was friendly, personable and professional. Amazing customer service from this shop. I've already recommended them to my friends.

Honest people highly recommend. I recently noticed a rock chip on the used car we purchased a year ago. I took it in to have the rock chip replaced. After looking it over, the technician informed me that it had already been repaired previously. (I had just never noticed it) He offered to clean it off and apply a resin free of charge to make it a bit less noticeable. Above and beyond customer service!

These folks are the very best!!! Fixed my the rock-chipped windshield on my Mini Cooper to a point where the damage is completely invisible. A few months later my other car got a small chip and I took it straight over to them.They took a look, said it was really minor and not actually large enough to fix. However they did some treatment to the damage to prevent any risk of it worsening over time, and all at no charge.Amazing service - I'm a "forever" customer here!Service: Window repair

Michelle was such a sweetheart. She took care of everything for me. I was seen immediately that day after I got off work and they explained the whole process to me. Their work turned out great! I will definitely choose them should I ever get another chip in my windshield. They're simply amazing!

We called ahead and they were about to close but they insisted to get us in to fix our windshield because it was going to frost that night. It was a multiple impact crack and they didn t want it to expand. They stayed 20 minutes after hours for us to just arrive!! Highly recommend this place. Such sweet and caring people! And the windshield look great! So thankful!!

My grandson drove down from Washington State this morning and a semi kicked up a good sized rock and left a nickel sized chip in the windshield. Needless to say, he was pretty bummed. John and Derek took EXCELLENT care of us! They were spot on with this repair, and very timely too!
