This is the best kept secret in Eugene. I've always received excellent service here and I trust the proprietor, unlike other shops on Franklin St., where I felt taken advantage of as a single woman. I will continue to bring my business here due to the fair and lower prices, excellent and fast service. Thank you, Joel!

Top quality work at a decent shop rate. Been going to Joel and his guys for six or seven years. I used to get quotes from other places but he was always the lowest. Never tried to sell me more than I needed and always completed the work when he said he would.

I wish I could give more stars. Joel is the very best mechanic in town and now that I know he is here, I won't go anywhere else. He fixed my 4Runner for nearly half the price as I was quoted elsewhere, he has impeccable customer service and he is very knowledgeable. When I asked if he could explain the work he had done for me, he even drew diagrams for me so I could picture it. Can't praise this place enough. Tell your friends- go to Joel.

My brother recommended for Joel from Econo Auto Service to take a look at our 2014 Chrysler. Joel gave us professional advice how to proceed the most efficient way and save financially as our engine was on it's last leg. Joel is a very honest, straightforward and down to earth person with integrity. Our car is running beautifully. Thank you to all at Econo Auto Service for fixing our car. Joel is a kind and honest man who gave me clear hard advice and didn t make repairs to a car he did not believe would be worth the investment. He likely saved me thousands of dollars when he could have easily taken advantage of the 300 check engine light codes. I know when I have a car that isn t hammering on death s door I will take it to him for all repairs big and small.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Called them out of the blue since the 4th of July holiday weekend was coming up and my other goto places were too busy. They worked it into their schedule and turned it around in just a few hours. I will definitely go back again!

Joel (the owner) is the best. I've taken my cars to him for years and he always does exactly what he says he's going to do. His pricing is unbeatable and his work is outstanding. They are the only ones I trust with my cars. I strongly recommend them.

highly recommend his work. i have taken all our card to him for years now. we have owned 3 Acuras, and a Tahoe he has worked on all of them we never get those calls about what might need to be done or could work better if it was done. he is honest and only recommends what REALLY needs to be fixed with GREAT PRICES!!.

My brother's car broke down on the way home from visiting me, with his wife & 8 year old daughter with him. Needed an alternator. 45 minutes later, he was back on his way home. Thank you for taking such good care of my loved ones! A good mechanic is like gold! Wish you were in my town!!!

These guys ROCK! Broke down near Eugene in miserable weather halfway home on a 5-hr return trip. Baby Face Towing normally has another repair shop they go with, but as they couldn't fit in an emergency repair, Baby Face Towing called around 'til they found someone who could get our alternator replaced on short notice - so kudos to Baby Face for that. That's where Econo comes in - they had us back on the road within an hour. Thank you so much Joel!
