The best automotive shop in Eugene! The whole experience was amazing! Sean and his people are really friendly and makes me feeling so nice to talk with them! At the beginning, Sean told me about the job details and price on the phone when I was trying to make an appointment, and the price is pretty fair and not any overpriced. Also, I thought that the job for my car which is installing lift kits and wheels and tires will be done like a couple days, but they just started to do the job when I first bring my car to the shop, and I never seen it at any other shop. And they only use one day to finish all the jobs, and Sean gave me a lot of advice to adjust the fitment. By the way, I highly recommend this place!

I cant believe I've not left a review for this guy yet. (Sorry Sean!) I've been using him exclusively for years and I couldn't be happier about the services hes provided for me in that time. The owner/operator of this business has been someone I have always found to be friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to deal with. He's always been honest with me about the work hes done and up front with me about his limitations (nothing on him as it could have been a dealership issue). I've been going to Sean for years for all my automotive maintenance and repair. I've referred several friends and family members over the years who have always been very satisfied with the prices and quality of work performed at Duvall. Will continue to bring my vehicles here for service for many years to come. Highly recommend!

This shop came recommended from a very trusted friend to work on my precious classic Cadillac. I was treated very kindly by staff and quoted a fair price. Will update if quality of work isn't up to standard, but I have full confidence in this shop and feel very comfortable rating five stars even though my car hasn't been finished just yet. Grateful to find a great local mechanic!

Honest and friendly mechanic. I first took my car to Sean over a year ago along with a $5k dealer estimate of all the things that needed doing. I gave him carte blanche to fix what was on the list. He came in WAY under budget, fixed what was necessary, eschewed what was needless, and let me know what things could wait. His communication and customer service is excellent and his record keeping top-notch.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

You guys are the best! Brought in some hubs/knuckles off a 15 Explorer from Canada (corrosion much?) that were a royal hassle trying with my own tools, did some research on shops in the area and after just the phone call I had with Sean I felt right at home. Reminds me of my family s auto machine shop back in CA.Amazing people, great prices and gets you settled in a timely manner. If you re in doubt, trust me and show them some support! Couldn t have been happier with the results I saw.

Had my catalytic converter stolen and Duval Automotive got my car in and fixed up so quickly! A lot of shops couldn t get me in until the end of the month. I was scheduled for the end of the coming week at duval, but they managed to squeeze me in sooner. It was also a painless process for them to coordinate with my geico insurance. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly and competent mechanic on site. Sean fixed my grinding brake noise in literally 5 minutes. Will definitely be looking up Duval next time I need any work on my truck done.

I came to Sean Duval through a friend of a friend not really knowing what to expect. From the start though Sean was extremely helpful and had superb communication. My truck wasnt an easy fix and Sean didnt give up. He tried all possible external tests and presented me with his findings. He communicated the issue to me (someone who knows nothing about cars and can get anxiety from going to a mechanic) in a way that I could understand and told me what the next steps were as well as an estimate for parts and labor. After dismantling the engine he was proven right as to the root cause and was able to fix the issue. Seans estimate never changed on me and it was more than fair. After reassembling my vehicle and test driving it another issue seemed to surface as is the case with many older vehicles. Sean made sure to take care of the issue before returning my vehicle and didn't suddenly charge me some kind of hidden fee. Sean was exceptional throughout the entire process and I plan on coming back for any further automotive needs.

I have known Sean Stores for a while and he is a very honest man. Always trying to help others. His rates are better than paying another shop 90.00 an hour. These guy's know their stuff and I will recommend my friend's and others to go there!

Sean is a very honest and knowledgeable mechanic, repair quality/price and other services offered like Pre-Purchase used car Inspection probably one of the Best in Eugene. I definitely endorse this indipendent mechanic shop!

It s clear at Duval Engine Rebuilders that doing what s in the best interest of the customer is their main focus. They truly care and it shows. The genuine service coupled with quality work makes Duval Engine Rebuilders the only place in Eugene I ll take my vehicle.

I recently took my SUV into Duval Engine Rebuilders for a starter that went out, my SUV has had an issue with the starter going out in the past so I had a warranty from the last time I bought my starter. Sean at duval was very sympathetic toward my substation, he even took my starter out and let me go get the new one so I wouldnt be out any cash in the process, something he did not have to do, but I am sure grateful he did. I have taken all of my vehicles into Duval and they have always taken care of me! Thank you Duval!

Great service and great people. I wasn't familiar with the Eugene area but someone recommended Duval and they didn't dissapoint. The team is very friendly and helped me get back on the road.

Only place I take my vehicles. Worked on everything from my 17 f350 to my 16 amg e63. When people ask me where to go, I tell them to see Sean at Duvals!
