Tyler was great to work with. Stopped by and he made everything quick and easy. Picked out new tires and wheels for our GMC within 5 minutes, scheduled for install a few days later. Give this guy a raise, he definitely deserves it

Fantastic people and service. Had a nail in the tire and still had a 2 hour drive ahead of me to get home. They stayed late and fixed the tire for free. Will definitely be coming back here whenever I need new tires.

Bought 12 Michelin Agilis tires from this location for my work vans. Called in today for information on a Michelin recall for this make and model of tire and didn't receive the help I needed. Before the end of the business day, Mgr Mike called and answered all of my questions. His assistance saved a customer relationship. Thanks

A simple, streamlined tire shop. Unlike some of the competition, they focus on just tires (I think wipers are a newer thing). No alignment rack, brake shop, or other potential money pits. No harassing me about replacing parts that I don't need, or am not prepared to spend $$$ on. Been going here for 10 years for all of my vehicles, and have no plans of changing. Thank you Discount Tire!

I purchased a new set of tires from the Discount Tire store on 11 ave in Eugene, Or. I purchased the tires and made the appointment online. When I arrived the sales person greeted me immediately, confirmed my order and gave me an approximate completion time. The car was done early, the tires are excellent, the facility was clean and pleasant. The sales people and technicians were pleasant and professional, the price for a great set of tires was reasonable. I am happy to recommend this store to others who need tire work. Excellent job, great people! Thank you.

Got winter tires for under $800 for all 4 including installation. It was double the price at Les Schwab. I ordered online and set up an appointment, checked in on my phone, and it only took them 30 mins to install. No hassling me for extra things. These guys are friendly, hard working, and fast. I would recommend discount tires to anyone. Great experience.

After the folks at C&L told me my tires needed replacing, I started looking at discount tire, and C&L reccomended them as well. I'm glad I went there. I was even able to request specific tires through them. They really do try to save you money. Affordable, fast, and professional. I will definitely go there again anytime I need tire service.

Wow . Discount Tires in Eugene is an amazing place. I needed a new rim and they helped me with a replace, helped me get a refund in a tire I just bought a few days ago and provided my with excellent service.Big thanks for all their help!

We stopped there to see about having a tire patched. The guy came out to the car to look at the tire and give us an estimate. We thought the tire had a "lifetime warranty". We were told that the tire was past its useful life and was no longer under warranty. The tire still had a lot of tread on it...I thought it looked almost brand new. Turns out the life of a tire is ten years and the tire needing repaired was 20 years old! LOL!!!! The guy was very nice and professional while he explained that they couldn't help us even though the tire had been purchased there...20 years ago. The business was very busy and from my brief visit, I would say they are helpful, polite and professional when dealing with people. Even people they can't help. There was no heavy sales pitch or anything that made me think I had bothered them with my problem. I would recommend them and would go there again with a tire issue.

Truly thankful for their amazing service! It can feel intimating going into any car service place alone as a women and being talked to like I don t understand, but this place provided great services, fair prices, and did not try to upsell or pressure me into purchasing anything extra. Maybe don t make appointments if you re just going to make the person sit and you deal with all the walk ins. I ve Been here since 1110 for my 1115 appointment that over the phone was told would only take 30 min to complete. Now I m being told it s going to take 2 hours. You should deal with your appointment customers first. I am now stranded here for 2 hours with my elderly dog.Update : it s been over an hour and my vehicle still isn t even in a stall. What kind of customer service is this?

I've never had a bad time at one of these locations. Was picking up a cheap used set of snow tires from a guy in Eugene since everywhere is backordered, had him meet me at Discount Tire and I called and set an appointment to get em mounted as I was starting my 2 hour drive down.Great service, was in and out in maybe 25 minutes on a busy night. 4 tires not even purchased at location mounted and balanced and old tires disposed for $88 out the door. Frankly they could charge $125 and it would still be worth it but don't tell them I said that.

These guys rock. Their customer service can not be matched. Their ability to fix your tire and get you out the door in record time keeps me coming back. Recommend this shop to all my friends, family and coworkers. Thanks Discount Tires for all you do.

Wouldn't recommend going there, first time they tried cross threading my caps onto my rims. Second time I felt vibration from unbalanced tires, went to les schwabs to have then re balanced. Turned out to be an out of round tire. Mind you the tires are 6 months old with less then 10k miles on them. Took it back to get the 2 out of round tires replaced and instead they stacked a bunch of weights on my rim to make it balance out and said that the tire is fine. Wasted time and money going there, id recommend going to les schwab instead.In the end wyatts tire helped me out with new tires and were awsome the whole way. Recommend them over everyone, including les schwab over price.

Cooler weather set in and my tires needed some air. I usually always go to the other guys down the street, but was passing Discount Tire on my way there and decided to stop. I had the best experience. Zack was polite, helpful, and offered to do an inspection and text me information about my tires. Plus I liked the machine they use that show me a readout of my current pressure and what they filled them to.

Wow this Discount Tire has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. We were traveling from out of state when we got super low tire pressure on one of our tires. I spoke to Josh on the phone and he was so kind and asked us if we were okay and that they would be happy to fix our tire. When we got here Chase helped us out and he also was so friendly and told us not to worry they would fix out tire up so we could be back on the road! Within an hour and a half we were back on the road and continuing our vacation.Thank you all so much!!

I went there for a new set of tires. They were backed up due to a machine going down but they were great with their communication. Trevor checked me in and was great, he was under quite a bit of stress with dealing with customers who were giving him a hard time but he made the best of it! I can t remember the name of the other person who helped me but he was super nice and had great knowledge. Overall 10/10! Thank you so much!

I had the pleasure to work with Joe today. My forgetful self misplaced the online rebate folder, but he came through with the info I'd need online anyways! I've had no issues with the tires whatsoever, and have only compliments about the speedy service as well. Highly recommend discount tires as well as Joe if you run into him!

Well, they put my toe on backwards for starters, then under inflated them and told me the light will turn off after a few miles. I work at damerow Ford and I go to school for automotive at pcc, I know my vehicle. They also dented my cross member bushing and are now trying to tell me that it's been like that. Irritating. They used to be really good then went downhill after management changed. DO NOT GO THERE

Always have gone here for my tires within the last couple years. Great experience every time! The boys that work here are amazing, they get my car in and out with new tires in less than an hour! Great prices and great customer service! Very highly recommend this place if you need new tires!

Great place! I had not been in for a couple years. I had a blow out on the freeway and came in on a donut in a different car than I had last time I was in. They sold me my replacement tire and gave me their warranty on all four tires even though I had not purchased them there! I'm very happy!

The staff here is very courteous and helpful to customers. An older lady came in asking to get new tires and the tech went out and looked at her car then brought her back inside to show her a tire tread chart and explained that she didn't need new tires just yet. Very impressive. I also got a great deal on new tires and I'm very happy with them. Thanks guys!

Appointments don't mean anything. I made an appointment for 2:15 for a simple nail in the tire repair. When I show up and check in I get told its going to be a 90 minute to 2 hour wait just to get my car in the bay. I asked the cashier why it's such a long wait if I had an appointment. I was informed everyone has an appointment and an appointment is just to get in line. I am sure the same cashier if he made a reservation at a restaurant and had to wait 2 hours for a table. I was informed unless you make an 8 am appointment its going to always be atleasy a 90 minute wait.

As others have said, an appointment means nothing- don't waste your energy making one. I showed up with an appointment for a simple tire rotation and was told it would be 90 minutes before they could get to me. I definitely had the sense of being jerked around by the "fake" appointment process. I know the poor guys at the shop don't make these policy decisions, but it is maddening to schedule something with them then drive out there on time and be told that they can't get to me.

First time I just walked in and had to wait for an hour. I was told that it's faster to make an appointment and have a guaranteed slot. Then I ran over a screw and needed to get my new tire repaired. This time I made an appointment. Instead of waiting an hour, I waited for nearly 90 min. They got a 2nd start because they actually did a good job on my tires.

Took a flat tire there, expecting to pay to have it repaired and mounted. After checking all my tire air, grinding hub plate and fixing flat,No-Charge.. I was amazed.They also have a great selection of tires/wheels.
