I went in and talked to Julian about what they can do for me and he was very helpful.I have not had any work done through them but they're very personable and wanted to give them that credit where it's due.

Not anything close to a good experience with Classic Collision of Eugene. I dropped my car off on Feb. 15th for a bumper and trailer hitch replacement, I got it back April 12th. They had completed it before then and tried to give it to me 4 different times but the quality of the work was so bad I would not accept my car. Mostly, due to the paint quality, or lack there of. Upon pick up, items they said they would replace, they did not. The bumper did not line up properly line up the same on both sides of the vehicle. My vehicle had over spray all over the paint and glass. My detailer had to spend hours removing the over spray and re-buffing the car. Oh, and lastly, my moth tabs were stolen off my car while it was in their possession. All and all a horrible experience, Do not trust your vehicle with them!!

Terrible service! My vehicle has been there for more than a month, I was told by Nancy (the receptionist) that one part was shipped and got damaged, and then, the part supplier had to ship it over again, then, the part was damaged again! Then, I was told by their messaging system saying the vehicle is ready to be picked up on 2/6, today is 2/7, I called, now Nancy is saying there are other parts that will not arrive until the end of next week! It is just ridiculous! Insurance only paid the rental car for up to a month which was expired on January 19, 2024.....In short, my vehicle is in Classic Collision since December 19, 2023! It is hard to believe them any more after repeatedly being promised but nothing happened.

I made an appointment two weeks in advance to have my windshield replaced. On the day of the appointment I arranged to have it towed in but classic collision said they couldn't take it because they were at capacity. Why didn't they notify me sooner? Worst customer service ever and the receptionist is rude on the phone to boot. I called another place and they were able to order the replacement windshield and replace it the next day!

I called today just to see if they were back logged, so that if I get insurance claim through them would go in a timely manner. Well whoever answered the phone was a complete jerk. She talked down to me. And I was never asked any probing questions. And I have a easy 20k repair and if I get treated fair I refer people. Now they will never see a dime from me or get referrals. The office girl needs a lesson in customer service. People who have had a car wreck are having a bad time and to be talked down to and disrespectful. Nothing about that is ok. If I was your boss, I would have suspended on the spot with how I was treated.

Amazing service and professionalism they repaired my other half s car after it was damaged by another driver. Beautiful workmanship and guaranteed for as long as you own the car! Definitely recommend!!

This place will have my car for two months now. No communication or updates about when my car will be done. Just an estimate date. My date changed twice. I called 5 days before the second pick up date i was told and the receptionist read off what was on computer and thats it. The day of pick up my date changed again to another two weeks out without notice just a text message saying another two weeks on the morning of pick up. When I called, I was told parts were on back order and they just came in but no one said nothing like that the 5 days before i called in. I plan my life and schedule hoping to have our main transportation back. I have been patient and understanding the whole time but its also rude to assume my rental is being paid for when every insurance claim is different and my rental Is NOT being paid for as i am paying for it and I shouldn't have explain that over the phone to classic collision. I also shouldn't have to explain my life and why its important to communicate professionally about my car being done. I would not recommend this place if you expect to get updates about your vehicle or expect them to have it done in a timely manner. The guy also stated my car was a top priority but I never got any updates about my vehicle being extended out or why or back order parts or just consideration that i have to plan a rental car and a pick up date and among other things like my kids schedule and husbands schedule my life pretty much without my car the day i was told i was going to have it back. I do plan ahead with a busy life i have. Thanks classic collision.

I got in an accident and my car was towed here; I had no idea what to expect but on one of the most stressful and overwhelming days I've had in the last handful of years, they made everything easy and simple. They communicated with me regularly to let me know the status of my repairs (supply chain delays for 4 months!) and I always felt taken care of, tended to, and in the loop. The people I interacted with were all kind, friendly, and understood that they as a company had the unique opportunity to turn my terrible horrible no good very bad day into a better one -- and they absolutely did. I have my car back now, all repaired and shiny, and I would go back here for all my car needs if I could!!!

They had my truck for almost a month before they were finished. They got bothered by my phone calls to check on their progress, turns out they ordered the wrong part but took off and threw away what needed to be replaced so I could not drive it to take to a new collison place to be repaired. When I finally got it back the day after I was supposed to leave for a camping trip they acted as if they rushed to get it to me. What rush?! You had it for a month. I have never waited so long for a repair and all that was changed was a chrome bumper, no paint work or anything. Bad customer service. Go anywhere else.M &G down the street is wonderful. Don't let your insurance company convience you this place is just as good, they are not!

First off, let me say, I have never been into McCollum auto body, because I live 1000 miles away, but my daughter who is up there for college sure has, a few times...This company has been more than helpful. They have taken care of my daughters car not once but 3 times, each collision was someone else's fault... This company has the best customer service and their repairs have been flawless...Being so far away I was a bit concerned to make sure my daughters car would be taken care of and not just thrown together. I'm very picky as I restore old cars and build hot rods, and their work has always been top notch. What's more important is that they spent the time to explain to my daughter what was needed and even called me and emailed pictures so that I was up to date on the repairs...Heck they even called to make sure there was nothing else needed and we were satisfied...I would give them 10 stars if I could..UPDATE the new company that bought them no longer honors McCollums lifetime warranty on work, not to mention I waited on hold 13 minutes and was met with very poor customer service . Too bad as McCollums was great a few years ago..

I just got my car back from them after having the windshield vandalized by a Tweaker downtown Eugene . They did an amazing job with the body damage repair in the windshield repair my only bone to pick with them is the third part it out to a cleaning company that was supposed to clean the shattered glass from my windshield being smashed in and they ended up taking down all of my decorations on my hood and my dash inside my vehicle took apart the whole dash but didn t actually vacuum any of the broken glass out when I pulled my car out of classic collision and turned on the vents there was shards of glass, shooting out of everything nothing to do with classic collision but they re third-party cleaners I have a lot of work to do.

A complete nightmare of a company. Our nieces car was worked on by Classic Collision. The parts looked used and the vehicle made a lot of strange noises. This week the motor literally dropped out of the bottom of the car. We paid for our niece to have it towed back and the Receptionist threatened to sue the tow company and refused to have it returned to their shop. You'd be better off using a hot glue gun to fix your vehicle.

Very professional and transparent which is fantastic when they are working on your primary source of transportation. They work timely and tirelessly to get you back on the road as safe and as quick as possible. Love these guys great atmosphere and kindness all around.

Just picked up my car on 07/15/2022, probably the best auto repair I have ever seen. The three stage white paint on my Subaru was flawless. Classic Collision told me the job would take 2 weeks. I gave Classic Collision all the contact information of the 3rd party insurance adjuster and the insurance information of the party that hit me. They were to do all the leg work negotiating their assessment of $2000 dollars over the original assessment. I was told the job would take 2 weeks.A month and a half later I follow up with my 3rd call and they say the car is ready. I show up and give them the insurance check I hadn t cashed and as soon as I got in my car they came out and say, sorry, the car isn t ready . Apparently the car had been done being worked on for 10 days with no communication to me that the insurance of the at fault party wasn t paying the outstanding balance. I had to leave without my property.I picked up my car today after doing their job of making the other persons insurance pay. They failed to mention before I showed up my battery was dead and wouldn t charge anymore they jumped me and said where it stops is where it will sit until you replace the battery. The nice ladies that brought out the jumper box were confused why I hadn t been told by the boss about the issue. Maybe the fact it sat idle for 30 days never being started could have contributed to my failed battery? Thankfully west Eugene has plentiful Auto Part stores, I could spend $200 dollars to drive a functional car homeI was rear ended by a distracted driver. I had no choice but to fix my truck. One of the line items on their description of work sheet has replaced license plate cover . They moved my broken rear license plate cover and bent license plate to the front . Electrical wiring wasn t hooked up. New damage on the front bumper that wasn t there before. I couldn t even trust they returned my rental car for me so I had to call the fine people at Enterprise (Garfield location) to confirm.DON T GO HERE! I was patient, cordial, and communicative; they were elusive, secretive, and withholding. The paint looks nice though.

Someone hit my parked car. My insurance recommended several places. I chose McCollum based on the reviews. I was not disappointed.Extremely attentive and courteous service. Regular text updates. They sent the paint job back once to be sure it was perfect. It's as good as new. And they vacuumed and washed my car on top of it all.Can't speak to cost as I wasn't liable in the accident, but the work and communication were fantastic.Service: Body & Trim

Seriously, one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Every staff member I encountered was so nice! My car looks better than it did before my accident! They made this whole process easy and stress free. They set up my rental car for me! They took care of returning the rental to Enterprise too! The Detail for Life was an awesome and unexpected bonus! This was my first repair at McCollum and it was a fantastic experience. The customer service was exceptional and the communication from beginning to end was on point. I was never left wondering what was going on. My car looked brand new after they detailed it inside and out (which i was not expecting,) so that was a pleasant surprise when i got my car back. It's like the collision never happened! The repairs were done phenomenally and in a very reasonable time. Big shout out to Trevor and Anthony for making the experience stress free and exceeding my expectations!Thanks again guys

The repairs on my car were incredible! I was worried about the paint not matching the rest of car or the finish being different, but the car looks amazing. No scratches, cant tell there was ever damage, and it looks brand new! The only negative side was how long it took. To be fair there was a decent amount of work that needed to be done to fix my car, I was hit by another car. With all of that in mind I am still giving this review 5 stars for a couple reasons. 1. My car looks actually amazing. They even vacuumed the inside of my car??? It was such a nice surprise when I came to pick it up!! 2. The shop had great communication with me through the entire process, I was really not expecting to have THAT level of great customer service but even the front desk people were incredible. 3. They made it easy to get it fixed, no loop holes, or sudden price changes like other shops. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop for anyone looking to get work done on their car. I will be returning if I need any future work done.

I really want to give them a better review.The work seems to have been done well cosmetically, and the car drives well. Part of the work from the accident I was in was to repair the windshield washer mechanism. They didn't put in any fluid so I haven't been able to check that yet.The windshield was cracked in the accident and even though I asked them to repair that as well, and they said they would, the repair wasn't completed.The biggest issue though is that they said I had to pay the deductible which I had already paid. I did pay them because I felt that my insurance company probably hadn't told them that had already been paid [and I wouldn't get my car otherwise]. Nearly a month later and numerous phone calls and I am still out $1000!!!Update: 2022.06.29USAA did contact the shop. USAA and I were both told that the refund was requested in early June and could take up to 30 days to credit to my account.Service: Body & Trim

McCollum is very friendly , informative during the process, reasonable in price and do a quality job on your vehicle.. They make it easy by taking care of all the insurance issues , keep you updated, providing a no cost loaner car if you need one. They were lovely to work with. I enjoyed their bright and friendly personalities, smiles and professionalism. They kept me apprised the whole way and were courteous at every moment. After a small accident they repaired my car to its former glory and cleaned it inside and out. This shop takes your money and then does not do any work, but have a million excuses why. Nancy the secretary is unprofessional and downright rude...Chase the parts purchaser says he is under no obligation to relay the status of returning my refund since they did not do the work but kept my car for a month and returned it not running right.. They are crooks, unprofessional and downright dishonest. They have kept my insurance money for 3 months, after several inquireis they cannot even tell me one fact about getting my moeny back to me. But they cashed it. I have called the police but they said it is a civil matter. Don't take your car here! They will feed you story after story.

What can I say other than I will not go anywhere else in the future because my time spent with McCollum was absolutely outstanding. My vehicle got broken into and stolen. I found it a day later with the deck ripped out, including my AC and all that. USAA recommended several places in Eugene to take my vehicle to get repaired and based on the already good reviews, I went with McCollum Auto Body. Right away, I was treated like a valued customer. Trevor handled my vehicle and communications with me and my insurance agency. Because I was using a rental the whole time (which was better than my actual car and my insurance was paying for the rental, I didn't mind how long it took them to repair my car). I'd rather have them take their time as opposed to give it back quickly, only for me to return it because of incomplete work. Trevor communicated with me every other couple of days to inform me the progress of the vehicle's repair and new parts being ordered and coming through. Again...top notch all across the board. When it came to installing a new deck/stereo, they even called me to ask with decks I'd like to chose from. I didn't not expect this; I was expecting they'd just pick one but I was very happy to get the call for me to choose one that fit my interests. Lastly, I was able to drop my rental off with them and they would deal with getting it returned to the rental lot.Great customer service, great communication, great overall service. I cannot imagine going anywhere else and I recommend all of you to choose McCollum if you're looking for a place to get your vehicle repaired too.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

I took my SUV in this morning for repairs. My car hasn t been fixed yet but I had to write a review immediately for their amazing customer service. I came in early but they took care of me immediately. Their rep was so kind, even offering to help me transfer my 2 car seats to my rental car. You just don t find this exemplary customer service anymore. Will definitely come here for anything car related.Update: Got my SUV back today and it s perfect! Better than it was before the accident! AND, the extra step of washing and detailing it made my experience even better! Will never go anywhere else for auto body work!! Top notch customer service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They got me in same-day to get my front plate replaced. They said it would take about one hour but had it all finished within a half hour! Apparently the manufacturer of the piece had neglected to include the screws and attachments so they found the right ones at the shop to ensure it would fit properly and was secure. It hasn t caused me any problems since they fixed it. They are all very reasonable, professional and hard working.The only thing I will say, and this is extremely minor, but both times I was there, they pushed the seat very far back and I wasn t expecting it when I got back in so I kind of fell into my car. If they could return the seat to a more neutral location when they re done, it would be perfect for someone with shorter legs like me :)Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job bringing my car back to it's original look. The repair took s but longer than anticipated, but this was due to the difficulty in getting parts. Nancy was great in communicating.
