Phenomenal experience!!!This is a smaller family owned RV repair shop , and they are absolutely fantastic.I needed some work done on my trailer before a trip up to Idaho. All of the other shops were booked out. Carrier was able to get me booked for about 2-3 weeks out.. My trailer also has a warranty on it and they were able to you work with the warranty company on the things that were covered under warranty.Tony, one of the techs was great to talk to. He walked around the trailer with me and went over my concerns. They are super knowledgeable!After coming here, any further service I need on my trailer will be completed at carrier if possible. The communication was great during the repair process. They would call you with any additional items that they thought I might like fixed or taking a look at. They make sure to do a really good job and treat you well. You certainly can tell they are passionate about what they do.Highly recommend! 5 STARS!!!

Helpful RV services and repairs. It took less than a week to complete the repairs. They also offer a free inspection service once a year.

So glad I found Carrier RV, they were amazing. Already familiar with my tent trailer that had a broken roof lift, other places I called weren t very confident. Also, Carrier was available to get started in less than a week when I called, and they got the parts and fixed it within 2 weeks so I could take it on a big trip! I don t think anyone else in the area could have gotten this done for me!!

Great as always! It's a family owned business with years of knowledge of all types of RVs from little campers to busses. We have taken our 05 Country Coach to Carrier for over 10 years. Never been disappointed. They do excellent work. Everyone is courteous and professional. They're rates are reasonable and fairly applied. You won't be disappointed!

We have been coming to Carrier for RV work for many years and have always felt comfortable with the work. They have been honest, sometimes recommending something cheaper than we had planned, and it has all been good. We expect to keep coming back.

We have been coming here for RV maintenance and upgrades for about 16 years. Great people, very good work, not afraid to tactfully tell you if something you want done won't be worthwhile. If they don't know how to do something, they're fast to recommend a business that does. They have W/E hookups if you are staying there and can handle pets being inside your RV while work is being done.We highly recommend them and tell people about them frequently.

I hired them to do a pre sale inspection for me, as I am 2500 miles away from Eugene. Teresa, who I spoke with several times on the phone, during this whole process, was rude and condescending. I waited 3 weeks for them to inspect it. As I set the appointment with her, she kept trying to talk me out of buying an rv in general. As I had been looking for a particular brand and model for 2 years and finally found it, I just needed an honest inspector to check out the mechanicals. Finally, the report was emailed to me and it was just a checklist of what was in the coach. I asked her point blank: is there any water damage or signs of water damage?? Each time, she said no. And not one comment on the report. So, going on this report and a FaceTime from the seller, I bought the coach. Upon delivery, I saw that there were water stains on the headliner and the ac unit was leaking water into the coach. I called her a couple days later and asked her why I wasn't told about it when I asked, point blank, that very question 3x!?? She said, well, it looks like it was repaired. I said that I had paid them to let me know these things and that she was very dishonest!! Since the deal was done, I had no recourse with the seller. Don't use these people for anything. Unless you want to be lied to and scammed. How they stay in business is a surprise. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM YOU TERESA!!! YOU SCAMMED ME!!

Excellent shop. They have done work on our RV for many years. Always outstanding quality work,reasonable prices. Teresa,Tom and Tony really go the extra mile . They have many times saved us $ with recommendations. You can trust these folks. Never a problem and work always done as promised. Won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I went to Carrier & Son's to fix my 5th wheel drain valve and the treated me very well. I drop my trailer off and 1 hours later my trailer was done. They are a great price compared to other shops. I would recommend them to anyone and I will use them again when needed in the future.

The folks at Carrier worked on our 2002 Newmar Mt Aire a couple of times in late 2018/early 2019. The owner, Tom, has an incredible knowledge base of just about everything & Tony kept in contact with me as necessary to clarify our work. They did a great job on everything from replacing rooftop heat pump units, to re-aligning slide outs, to replacing an interior ceiling panel which req'd dropping wall cabinets to access the area. They even let us boondock in their parking lot since we had to pick up the coach after hours and leave the following weekend morning.

Valve on black tank broke so I couldn't dump whiletraveling. Another shop said it would be a month to get an appointment but carrier got me right in and replaced the broken valve, washed out the tank and secured some broken straps on the tank. Tony was super awesome!!

These are the nicest people we've every had to help and service our RV. We have traveled across the USA. Had problems with our long slide, front awning, and radio ,back up camera. They got us right in and changed the oil. Thankfully they could help.

This company went out of their way to be helpful. They are fast, efficient, skilled, cost effective and friendly. I have used their services for close to a decade without a hitch. After having Carrier RV repair my greywater tank I was out of town and needed to call them with a problem I had. After a call back from Tom, I was able to go to a local RV parts store and find the part I needed and fix my problem. Many thanks.
