George helped me figure out why my check engine light came on. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I'm definitely going to make this my new mechanic. He took the time to come stand in the rain to check my car at a moments notice. It's so nice to have an honest nice mechanic that will stop what he's doing and help you.

From Canada and experienced car trouble here in Eugene. Dinging bells and "Engine off now!!" warnings. Open Saturdays by appointment only yet I was brought in immediately!Upon arrival, Bruce had already ordered the part that was needed. He checked the car and confirmed his diagnosis. I'm not knowledgeable and could have easily been taken advantage of, especially considering I needed to head back to Canada Monday morning.Bruce was respectful, took the time to explain what was going on,and competitively priced. Total cost of parts and labor: $58.00. I feel safe and have peace of mind. Thank you!!!

George is the best in town. Honest, and fair rates for quality work. Been here 8 years, tried many others and none compare. Period. The wife of the mechanic I used to go to told me about this place and she brings her own car there. That says it all.

Wonderful experience here! Staff is friendly and funny, prices are super affordable. They genuinely care about you and your vehicle, not just wanting your money. George here is absolutely terrific. My new mechanic for sure.

Amazing people. Subaru car care shop wanted over $500 for parts and repair to something they incorrectly diagnosed after I told them it wasn't the issue. One call and swing thru CAR HELP they had a reasonably priced switch on the way didn't charge me to find correct issue and all in all end of day parts as well was $100. My engine light kept coming on. I had brought my car to another Repair shop and they charged me over a hundred dollars to not fix the issue. George to a look and noticed my ground on my battery was a little loose. Charged me $25.00 to replace the cable clamp and all was good after that. I love a person with common sense to get it right. And they are open on Saturdays. This place rocks!Services: Electrical repair, Battery

These guys are great! I Couldn't get my van to start, I also noticed that my oil was empty so I assumed that I had a siezed up motor. I got it towed to their shop, the mechanic inspected it for a few minutes, he ended up getting it started by pulling on the ignition cable, fired right up. He was very communicative, I had some other minor issues and questions and he was able to give me a lot of good information. In the end, they didn't even charge me since it was a quick and easy job. I highly recommend car help.

My husband and I have had our vehicle in a couple of different times for issues, and each time we have received professional and thorough service. Both George and Bruce are very knowledgable and honest. I will trust them with any future repairs!

I had George replace the timing belt, clutch and have the heads machined on my 2007 Forester. The price was very reasonable and the car ran fantastic when he completed the job. My car was clearly at its end but I was not ready give it up for sentimental reasons. Others said it was totaled (engine). Perhaps it was the shaking of the whole car, smoke, inability to gain speed and very loud noises. But Bruce said let me take a look and fixed it. Two years later! I'm still driving! It's never stranded me. Although now hope to buy a different car. I will pass this running car onto somebody who needs it more.

These guys are amazing! I delt with George, he did a wonderful job, he was honest and didn't try to over charge me. He flushed my transmission fluid and in a couple of days he will change my cv boot. Definitely call this shop!!

This place is great!! I live in Drain and my regular mechanic is in Yoncalla. I drive to Eugene every day for work. I had car troubles and had to have my car towed. It turns out it was the alternator. I had it towed to a different place other than Car Help. I was quoted an outrageous price to have my alternator replaced. And was also told I needed several other things done to my car as well. Jeff at Car Help went to the other auto shop and picked my car up for me. He had the alternator replaced in a matter of 2 hours and the price was less than half of what the other guys wanted to charge me!! He also checked out the vehicle and no other repairs needed. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

Came from Bend to look at a used car in Eugene. Picked CAR HELP for a pre-purchase inspection based on reviews and I m glad they did! Adam pointed out a handful of things I would ve missed and help paint a picture of the life that car really had! Spent $100 to save over $6000! That they re all friendly is icing on the cake, Thanks again guys!

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working staff. Always getting the job done efficiently, quickly and for a very reasonable price. Move to Eugene about 4 years ago and they are the only people I let touch my car. "I suggest anyone who's part of "O.S.C" to go there as well you'll get a 10%discount!."

The folks at Car Help really took care of my car; they went out of their way to get me back on the road quickly and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend them if yourey having car trouble in Eugene!

Hard to say, had the best price, found the problem they think...a week later vehicle wouldn't start again. Offered to check it out...not a fancy looking place but I think they're pretty good. My friend who we were helping..not sure what she did.

I went from taking my Beemer from Eugene BMW to Car Help. Sure was glad for the recommendation. The work is twice as good and the final price half as much.This is where I take my BMW.

It might be good for you to post on here that you're not open on Saturdays. Just called, and the person who answered said they aren't open and that I would have to wait until Monday. Not impressed.
