They were able to repair my flat at the last minute before they closed, and provided quick, professional service. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The cost of the repair was incredibly reasonable, and I am so fortunate that they got me back on the road quickly. I always prefer doing business with locally owned shops versus large chains, and I will definitely be returning when the need arises!

I've been using these guys off and on for tires for the last 17 years and I've had nothing but great experiences. Great prices, excellent service. I just wish they did alignments and engine work because I'd take my cars to them for everything! Good job guys.

Called around and got the best deal in all of lane county from big b. They are a local business and everyone that works there is very nice! Been here multiple times for friends and family but never for myself. This was my first time getting all 4 wheels done. And I ll be headed back!

Carter and the staff are amazing. Needed some used tires just to hold me for a few months before I up size. They found me a set of all four tires for super cheap that were almost new. Carter talked with me while the tires were being put on. Definitely recommend. It was also nice to see they have Christmas gifts for kids. Straight up awesome ppl.

The price of tires has gotten ridiculous but the people at Big B Tire are helping. This company is local as far as I know, but they are helpful and reasonable. They've been around a long time. They will be my first choice when it comes to tires.They also give discounts for the elderly and veterans.

Highly recommend Franklin Blvd Big B Awesome deals. Super kind employee's. Nice waiting area wity tv and plenty of seating. Surprisingly cheap and really cute sun catchers and other nick nacks.

Fair prices for used tires . Go see Jason and he'll take care of you. They do things other tire stores won't. Switch out a single tire? No problem! Just need front tires? No problem mix and match is no problem.

Excellent customer service, and always very welcoming with the friendly greetings you get when you first walk in. To go with the great customer service, is their awesome deals and prices that they have to offer. I highly recommend going here for your next set of tires and or wheels , you won't be disappointed!

10-17-23. I would like to thank Big B Tires in Glenwood ( Eugene ) for the helpful, courteous experience this afternoon with the 20 inch used tires for my truck. I called a day ago and got lied to over the phone told me a used tire was $65 show up 20 minutes early before you guys opened! said they had 1 used tire for $110 .. NEVER COMING BACK!!!!! Good job you lost a customer

I went there as a walk in today. I was able to get 2 tires for my vehicle. Tires were put on professionally and I am very pleased with their service & affordability for like new tires. The competetors charge double what I paid! Excellent service here!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is despicable and should not be allowed to be a business.I bought four tires 6-7 months ago. One of the four tires blew out and looks like this(pictures provided) and they told me it was my fault!Two of the tires are fine, the dates on them are 2017. But the 2 front tires I got, I could not find a date at first but the guy assured me they were fine.ALWAYS CHECK THE DATES ON YOUR TIRES.Here I am 7 months later, one minute I'm waiting at stop light to turn left onto Garfield from west 11th, next thing I know I start to turn and suddenly im driving on rim. When I pulled over, my tire was not on completely flat, but the valve stem was detached from the tire. My rim was clearly visible.When someone from Big B Tires called me back after I left a polite message explaining my situation, the person tried to tell me that age had nothing to do with the tire defecting.They claimed that the fact the the tire was anywhere from 24 to 34 years old, (according the the date on it) had nothing to do with it, that I must have run over or hit something.This place shouldn't be allowed to be in business, they are scam artists and crooks and don't care about your safety at all. Dangerous. I will NEVER give them my money or business again and I will advise any and everyone to avoid them as well.

Tire fell completly off the rim the day after i got 4 "new" tires, then they tried to blame it on me saying I hit something which is not what happened at all. Was in the drive thru and my tire pressure gauge came on, when I pulled away there was a thump thump like a flat tire. I immediately pulled into a parking spot and saw the tire was off the rim.

I have been buying my tires here for over 10 years. Why pay $1200 or more for tires from the "other tire place" when Big B Tire has a great selection of tires for great prices?They offer a senior discount, staff are fast and friendly and HONEST.Remember.. Reduce Reuse Recycle, your helping environment and saving money buying used tires, and they have new also if your squimish about "used tires".

They helped with good price on tires and install on our X5 and saved us hundreds of dollars on tires but they cost me $300 in wheel refinishing after there installation scratched wheels not sure it was worth the savings on tires to have damaged wheels

If you got anything done to your tires here, you need to check your lugnuts! Finger tight is not good enough. I was able to take my lugnuts off with fingers after get my front two tires replaced! This is an unsafe business.

I couldn't afford new 33's for my lifted but they had a set of used ones that has at least 80% good tread. And for only $400. They look great and feels so much better going down the road. Thank you big b tires.

I called them the day before I got tires to make sure they had what I needed in stock. They had several sets so I had a choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They got my car in right away and my tires were installed in an hour. The price was great and my tires look and perform awesome. I'll definitely be going back here for my tire needs.
