I have relied on Better and Paint for my car repairs for over a decade. They always do amazing work and are friendly and knowledgeable. If there was a place to put an additional star I would use it!

Great customer service. The results of the body work was exceptional. My car looked brand new. It took awhile to schedule but that's because they are very busy & their calendar was booked out about 4 to 6 weeks.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I was involved in a rear end accident. I was able to get into their shop within a month, every other body shop was 2 to 3 months out. As soon as they had my car they updated me every step of the way which kept my mind at ease knowing that my car was being worked on and moving forward towards completion. My car was done 2 days prior to their promised date which was super nice. The communication, the quality, the kindness of the employees will definitely bring me back if ever I have another unfortunate event in my vehicle. We had a tire blow, and the tread beat up the fender as it came apart. This shop was busy, but they communicated well. The car was repaired back to pre accident condition. I would recommend Better Body & Paint if you need work done.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My initial contact was great with the owner. Every contact afterward was less than pleasant with front desk person. I was told 1 week and it was 2. I got my vehicle and had to take it back again because the rear seal wasn't on correctly. I was given no apology for the delay until I physically drove there and complained to the owner. I still have to take it in for the seal to be replaced and they agreed to provide me with a rental to "make it right" since it wasn't done correctly. I am highly disappointed given their high reviews. I don't ever want to do business with them again and they are allegedly the highest rated in the area.Service: Body & Trim

Repair took longer than originally quoted. Shop could work on communicating delays better. That being said, everyone is extremely friendly and professional. Repairs done were impeccable and my car was given back to me detailed which I really appreciated. Keegen and Better Body and Paint staff were amazing. They got my car in as scheduled and got it back to me early enough to avoid holiday and work schedule issues. The repairs and detail work were top notch and they communicated consistently with me while they were being done. Keegen is just a genuine, down to earth, honest, empathetic and upfront business owner which is SO RARE NOW. Took car in for a very simple bumper replacement after a minor crack to front bumper. Waited months to get it fixed, took a week to replace the bumper. Picked up vehicle and there was still damage on the bumper to a foglight but what's worse is that the car now has a very loud rattle from something in the repair area that was not tightened properly. I was really shocked to pick it up like this, this is the first shop in my nearly 50 years that did not show the attention to detail you'd expect to see. My vision isn't great but I can see the obvious crack that was still in the plastic housing for the light which they missed...? Communication with the shop has been radio silence on their end. I'm calling my insurance company and demanding another shop handle the repairs on the repairs they made here.Service: Body & Trim

Seriously the best place!!! My Tahoe got hit by a drunk driver and it was so bad. They replace and fixed everything. My Tahoe looks brand new!!! They were so nice with all the calls I was making to see how and when it ll be done. Very good at communicating with me with everything they did. The folks at Better Body and Paint repaired our car months before we expected! They were booked through the end of the year but they were able to replace our broken window and troubleshoot the electrical issues we were having in one afternoon. Better Body and Paint kept me informed of any changes that came up that needed my approval. While fixing the dent from the accident, they offered to fix a rusting dent that was near but not part of the accident for a reasonable price. I deer collided with my vehicle and popped out the fender. After looking at the damage which was extremely minor but ruined the silhouette of the vehicle, I was given an estimate of cost and length of repair time. The item ordered was only $12.00 but the expensive part was the actual work. To my utter joy the fender did not need the part and the time to repair ended up being quite a bit less. These people are skilled at what they do. They are privately owned which means they represent their work. Better Body and Paint is worth having the work done by them. The repair is unnoticeable.

Farmers Insurance told me these guys were good and that I should consider using them for my car that was damaged from a deer. I agreed to use them because they were close to my office. I had no idea that when I picked the car up they would have it all cleaned up inside and out. Their service was top notch... all along the way I received emails with progress reports- no need to call and bother. Showed up and the car looked amazing. Very please with these guys! I brought my car in for an estimate from an auto accident, they were very professional and friendly and gave me an estimate and even said could get me in following week. I was extremely happy to hear this. Their original time frame to complete was two weeks, however to my surprise they were done prior to this. I am extremely happy with their work and efficiency getting the job completed! I will definitely recommend them in the future!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I hit a deer in my brand new Toyota 4Runner and did a pretty good amount of damage to my driver's side. I went to Better Body and Paint to get it fixed. They worked with my insurance company (Allstate) and it went really smooth. They dealt with the insurance directly and I didn't have to worry about anything. They were quick and efficient at getting my car fixed, and they did a great job.
