After calling around different places, I found Batteries + Bulbs online. The online site said, I could get 10% off my purchase. I badly & urgently needed a battery for my 2013 Kia Soul! today, because I was stranded & had to get my vehicle jump started. After comparing prices, speaking to different places, Batteries + Bulbs was the best in price & even installed it for me too. The battery installation in my vehicle isn't easy either. They also honored the online 10% discount, even though I was a drive in. Some of the other best things too were, that they carried my battery, had only one left, set it aside for me & they are open until 8pm. Everyone else closed at 5pm, or didn't carry my battery at all, or were higher priced. I will gladly recommend them to everyone! Alex was my technician & he stayed pleasant the whole time, during the extremely difficult installation, of my new battery! Thank you Alex & Thank you Batteries + Bulbs!!

Extremely poor customer service. We tried to call for days no answer. We had to take the phone back twice. The only way to reach them was by calling the other store location. This is my first review of any location but I hope to save someone a lot of trouble in the future.

Purchased the life time batteries for my key fobs. The batteries died after about 6 weeks while I was getting out of my vehicle leaving all my belongings locked in including my dog. Had the batteries replaced only to have the same thing happen again with no warning that the battery was low, leaving me stranded again. Their guarantee is to give me yet another set of batteries! NO THANKS

Super expensive, won t honor warranty, sell you batteries with old manufactured date stickers. Make sure you check manufactured date sticker when you buy.Been a customer for many many years, will be looking elsewhere for my battery needs.

I absolutely, unequivocally adore this place. Every time I go there, I receive exceptional customer service! They have changed the battery for my car, they have repaired a well-loved old Gameboy Advanced cartidge for me (Pokemon Crystal), and my last two visits have been nothing short of exceptional. Always for extremely reasonable prices. Recently, I brought my phone in to get the destroyed screen replaced, and the gentleman who did the turn-in process for me spent lots of time answering my questions and helping me try out the various flashlights that they had in stock. I ended up purchasing a Nebo flashlight for my maintenance job :) Great service. But my last experience took the cake! The phone screen replacement ended up not working - my phone kept showing a screen asking if I wanted to download the default operating system, while the buttons hardly worked - and they ended up not charging me at all!! I was SOOO happy, because things have been kind of tight lately. I really, really, really appreciated it! I will ALWAYS come here for my electronics needs, whether that be batteries, repairs, or general questions about accessories and the like. In fact, I will going there again soon for help in finding the right charger cable for my waterproof speaker :) Thank you folks so much!

Excellent service! I was told my battery needed to be replaced (by another battery store, they didn't have my battery model so I came here) but they double checked before taking it out to be sure. The guy cleaned up my very corroded terminal and completely replaced the terminal ring with a corrosion-resistant ring for no extra charge (just a few bucks for the ring itself). They offer options for warranties at different price points and there was no extra charge for installation. Can't recommend this place enough!

I ve been coming here for a while and they have always had what I needed. Today, I asked for a battery for my key fob (which I have done many times before) and they said ok, took the fob, popped it open, and then tried to sell me a lifetime warranty or charge me a service fee. Mind you none of this was disclosed prior. I politely said I wasn t interested and purchased just the battery and installed it into the key fob myself. There was no need for the deceptive approach or subsequent attitude and it really left a poor taste in my mouth.

My keyfob quit working even though its battery was good. Tommi was great to check the fob for signal. She then reprogrammed the fob and it works great. Saved me money that I would've had to spend on a new keyfob. Great service, awesome value!

We have been to the store multiple times and always get what we need there with a friendly face and helpfulness. We have bought batteries for our car, camp trailer, lawnmower, household batteries, and we have had them put in batteries and new screens for our iPhones and iPads. Very quick service, always have what we need in stock and professional!

I had an amazing experience with this company. I had them change my battery on my Tag watch. And there was a mishap that happened with it. I went to them and told them of what happened and they took full accountability for it and listened to my concern and followed up and made sure my watch worked perfectly. I was so impressed by their professionalism and follow up. It was one of the top best customer service experiences I ve had with a company in so long. I highly recommend them. Such a well run business that really cares about their customers.

Strange experience with this place - Had great service when I had to have a battery replaced in my IPhone (although I did not get a call back when it was done - but no biggie). Went in today to get a KeyFob made and the attitude of the clerk was horrible, he was very unfriendly, uncommunicative, and made me pay 100% ($189.00) up front for a "special order" key and programming (which I will not receive until the key comes in). When I asked him if it was normal to pay for services up front that I had not received, I got a "yep" as a response. When given the receipt I got a condescending "Okay Partner" as I walked out the door. I just about cancelled the order and walked out, but didn't. Just goes to show, a bad employee can ruin an experience very quickly.

I bought a car battery at BPB a couple of years ago. The car I installed it in had not been driven for two months so the battery had completely lost its charge. I took the battery to BPB and they fully recharged it at no cost. Now that is what I call standing behind what you sell !!!

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff, online coupon code discount, email updates when my order was delayed, and great hours at the Coburg store. Got the right key and fob quickly for my obscure car, and the staff even went above and beyond to figure out a solution that ended up working perfectly when my old key was too worn to copy.

Service person was helpful, attentive, intelligent, and quick. I wish I remembered his name so I could commend him. In and out with no hiccups. No waiting in line. iPhone SE 2020 screen replaced and works perfectly. A little more expensive than some other places, but it was really easy to get it taken care of and looks/works great, so I am happy.

Customer service always exceeds my expectations. Good selection. Excellent warranty coverage. Better than ordering online from other vendors because of no wait and no dependence on mail service. Great local store for Eugene. Small parking lot but easy to maneuver.

Just got a battery replacement from this store. Really love how they serve me. Just only one thing that there is a guy told me to have another $10 off (beside the coupon for scheduled online) for letting me wait due to out of stock that day for my model (since my sim card on my phone and they can t contact me). But at least I got a new battery so still 5 stars for me

Very pleasant and professional staff helped me. Easy, quick service provided. Also asked if I needed other supplies and named a few suggestions. Discovered they have AA and AAA batteries that have a 12 year shelf life, so I gladly purchased those to replace the cheap, no good batteries in my drawer. Found out they also sell car & truck batteries!

Bought my car battery online and scheduled an installation for 12pm. I walked in at 11:50am, told them I had an appointment and walked out with a new installed battery at 12:03pm. You cannot beat that anywhere! Great customer servive and a great battery at a good price!

This is a great store to have in my neighborhood. I can drop off my old batteries and light bulbs, have a battery installed in my key bob, and bought a light bulb that runs on a battery--valuable for the next lights-out storm. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I needed an iPad battery replaced. I came in and got it checked out and then returned at a later date to order the battery for replacement. They ordered it and said it should be in in a few days. I didn't get notified despite having provided my information. I called in and spoke with two different people who were sympathetic to the situation and said the battery was there but didn't have any indicator for whom to contact. Data entry errors happen. They offered to expedite the shipping when I brought the device in. I brought it in the next day only to find out that they couldn't have it repaired because they can't send the battery they ordered to the repair place. They ordered a battery they couldn't send to have the device repaired with. Up until the end the service was pleasant, unfortunately it meant a runaround for me. Oh well. I suppose my recommendation is show up with everything you need the day you intend on doing business here and make sure it's all handled in person. Despite two people assuring me it would be fixed it was unfortunately not. Going to CPR to hopefully get some help.

Buyer beware! Supplimental sevice fees. Went to get a battery for my car fob. The guy helping me said that he could change the fob battery for 13.99 or a lifetime charge of 23.99. I asked why the the price of the battery was so high, and he said there was an installation fee associated with putting the battery in the fab. So to get this straight, for 2 or 3 minutes of work he was going to charge me an excess fee that I feel should just come along with the service. This is not the kind of place that I will go to again.Lets call it what it is.... Finding additional revenue streams for profit. People go there for help with electronics. If you want to charge people for your services/fees, let them know up front. Be transparent.

Ordered a key fob online, picked it up in store and when I got it open not only was it the wrong fob but it was broken. I took the fob back to the store the next day and not only did they sell me the right fob for the same price as the one I bought originally, they fixed the internal parts of my old key fob that they were putting inside the new shell! Love these guys and would totally buy from them again!

Very disappointed. They broke a screw on my phone and acted like it wasn t a big deal. I have an iPhone XS, so it s not cheap. The first screen they installed on my phone didn t work. I had to come back 2 times for them to fix it. And the screen protector on my phone broke within 24 hours and I didn t even drop it. Poor quality. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Attention to detail and quality service is not their passion.

Yes they have what you need with good service. Price's are very high and I am always able to find it online about 30 to 50 percent cheaper. Bought a top of the line motorcycle battery with a 12 month warranty. 13 months later the battery had a internal short and left me stranded out in the middle of nowhere. They offered me 10 percent off of my next purchase and I told them no thank you and moved on. That is not customer service.

Pulled in and had a new battery installed in our car within minutes. The previous battery from this place lasted 7 years, which we were told is longer than usual expected life. Great quality and service.
