Most unhelpful staff talked and laughed about themselves while I waited for assistance. All parts for a simple break job were wrong even after being told they were ordered 3 trips to pick up wrong parts. Return accepted but was made to go to 2 locations for return. O Riley's fixed their mistakes.

Really close to my house but not always good on prices. Reasonably good on having what parts your needing at the time your there, but have inventory at 5 other locations in town, ESP warehouse for others and Portland for really hard to get. If you know what your doing and have time I strongly recommend to buy online, you'll find same parts for 50% or more less than Auto Zone.

I was in today for new windshield wipers and an employee named Damien helped me. He was super knowledgeable and even helped with installing them for me. Great customer service!

False advertising. I took some oil in containers to be recycled free, I was asked for my personal information before they would take it, I told them NO, the clerk at AutoZone informed me that they couldn't take my recyclable oil. AutoZone claims "Free oil recycling", but they fail to tell you AutoZone wants your personal information. I was able to recycle oil before but not now. This is false advertising. Very poor service. The River Road AutoZone 97404 staff very rude and wouldn't take my old oil for recycling.

My personal favorite local auto parts store. I buy all kinds of car parts all the time. While a lot of my stuff comes from online sources, when that goes wrong (which it does) I need a top quality brick and mortar to keep my business going. These guys generally have more in stock than the others, and can get the rest in a little quicker. Friendly knowledgeable counter help, a nice clean store, conveniently located. Just install the duralast alternator from them the other day. They had the correct, better grade part in stock, and availability for others next day.

I went to this location yesterday with my son to buy a battery for my Chrysler 200. Damien G. deserves a raise! He was SO helpful, installed the battery on a rainy day and was honestly the nicest guy. 10/10 I would highly recommend this location. Running errands with a 4 y/o in tow can be tricky and Damien and the crew there made it so much easier. Thank you!

My daughter was backed into by an auto zone truck, and all of the employees working that day came out and were extremely rude, and intimidating. They even tried to lie on the accident report. I m highly disappointed in this group of men and I m actually glad I wasn t there for this as I would not have been so patient with them. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. No dignity. No accountability. Just a few boys who can t handle a stressful situation.

I have been going to Autozone for the last 6 years and the staff have turned over more than I would have liked, but ALL the staff at this store have been helpful and friendly, no matter what stupid question I asked.

Staff has been super helpful and extremely kind every time I have gone there.I have purchased my windshield wipers here for years, and a few weeks ago I went in to get replacements and was having trouble getting the new ones on.I can't remember the gentleman's name that helped me, but both him and his manager were kind and helpful throughout.

Jesus went above and beyond with just a single pair of windshield wipers. Had trouble with the fit for first pair which he said he would put on. They did not fit. He ran back inside and tried again to no avail. He tried.

Drove out of my way first time at this store to look for a part that I needed walked in. There was no one else in store yet parking lot was full I spent 15 minutes in store. I finally walked out, why should I even recommend, or even spend money there.Within that time no one acknowledged or asked if I needed any help yet there were several people behind the counter some guy who was more concerned about a co-worker a young female then making a sale.Will never again go back. Then you wonder why stores are closing and you don't have a job

I have been a life long fan of Autozone. But the hard truth is, the district manager of Eugene's Autozone is just BAD. Tried to take my car to two different locations for a battery change, and the staff directed us to go to other locations, talked about how difficult it was. This was for a very standard car.Avoid AutoZone in Eugene area, even if you have had better experiences elsewhere. I don't blame the staff, I blame the training and standards set by them.

I have visited Autozone over the years whenever I feel I should be able to handle a repair on my own. Recently, I had an issue requiring management's intervention. While they would have been within their rights to tell me to go pound sand, Nic took the time to resolve the issue for me. It was excellent customer service and very much appreciated :)

This is by far my favorite AutoZone location. Employees are always nice, friendly, and helpful. And when I'm in a hurry service is always prompt and very professional. Highly recommend this store it has become my go-to ever since Brooks Auto parts shut down.

I arrived there when they opened I needed A driver side windshield wiper. It took 3 people and 35 minutes to get it installed . Needless to say I was so late for my appointment , so crazy auto zone can t install a windshield wiper. They tried and broke 4 wipers really

Keith and Preston are awesome. They didn't treat me like a woman who has no auto knowledge. They were so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I bought windshield wiper blades and they actually installed them for me. My new favorite auto parts store.

My teenage daughter went to autozone on River Road to grab a part for her car. She felt like she was in trusted hands to get help with her vehicle. Until she was backing out of the parking lot and a autozone truck backed into her vehicle. Although we never got the drivers name as requested in her experience he was intimidating and visibly annoyed when getting out of the car to address the situation. When the crew came out to handle the situation nobody handled it with professionalism or empathy. I got on the phone with the manager and asked him to please email me their information and I would promptly reply with ours. My daughter was so shaken up by the situation and energy involved she was having a hard time handling it. The email never came. Instead they gave the kids the Autozone store number and phone number handwritten on a piece of paper (no business cards?) along with an expired insurance card while proceeding to use words like hit and run and prosecution. They left the scene without obtaining the card before the kids did and never sent the email to me so I could also send the information to them. So, the kids left thinking the adults in the situation had it handled. Reminder she was in a panic because of the intimidating energy the Autozone driver had when addressing the situation and was having trouble finding her temp insurance ID card (new to her car.) Turns out the Autozone manager wasn t allowed to email externally after agreeing to it and instead chose to try to place blame on the kids when I followed up trying to email over the ID card. Their insurance claim specialist called the next day and said there were discrepancies between the paper report they filed and their statement via telephone.They continued to be unprofessional with me personally on the phone and talk about how she s at fault.I m happy to say their insurance is covering liability because she indeed was not at fault.We don t leave reviews like this with careful consideration.
