We were out of town visiting family and were having some auto problems. John C at autozone off Barger Is the kindest most generous helpful & knowledgeable person. Don't ever let him go. He was off the clock and helped us for 30 minutes. So happy Thank you.

Everyone is so friendly at this location! Pete, the store manager is awesome! All I purchased was a $4 part, and he spent 20 minutes, if not longer, helping me rewire my break lights that were hardwired in. Amazing customer service. Definitely will be spending my money here when I need more parts.

I went in to buy ramps I only needed once and your store on Barger didn't have any that would work. But Brian C was super awesome and went the extra mile. He is what customer service is all about! We already shop there but now we are forever loyal! Thank you for having an awesome team!

I have huge shout out for pete. This gentleman and complete stranger has gone above and beyond. Pete was so kind and very knowledgeable, as a matter of fact prior to me I witnessed pete help an elderly couple and whatever he did they were praising him. Pete definitely deserve a medal in my books,very eager kind and compassionate with me and with his elders. If I could give him a 10 I would. Pete will always be the parts guy I go to. I highly recommend Pete for your parts guy .Kellee Clark

Always helpful staff! My favorite auto store after decades of working on cars! Have borrowed tools from them and received help many times throughout the years and cars i have had! If they don't have it I go online.

Incredible customer service at this Autozone location!! They were super fast and so helpful. I needed my battery replaced and new wiper fluid - they took care of everything for me right away, gave me tips and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back for any future car needs. Thank you!!

The employees I encountered today were awesome! One of the employees even brought out a cool hot wheels case with cars in it and had my grandson pick one to keep! The other employee was so kind and helpful with my battery exchange and even carried it out to my car. I felt so happy being there.Thank you both for your awesome customer service.

I needed a brake light bulb for my Armada. Devan quickly found it for me and put it in and made all my lights work. She was extremely helpful and I need more things for another car and because of Devan, I will be doing all my future shopping at this location.

I worked with Angie today to replace some brake/tail lights on my car. She was incredibly friendly, and offered to come outside in the blazing heat to install these for me. Thank you Angie, I appreciate you SO much!!

I came in for a diagnostic at store #4131, helped by Leon M. He was terrific! He was not only knowledgeable, but also friendly & courteous!! He graciously answered all my questions & then volunteered to manually check the other items that were giving me fits. He was worthy of positive comments. I will definitely recommend Leon & the store in the future!

Typical parts counter with undertrained people and high turnover. Of tou know what you need, they are good. I was told the part I needed for my truck wasn't for my truck. I was holding it in my hand and took it off the truck. I told them it was a 350 crate motor with HEI but they could only look up stock parts due to very limited knowledge about automotive mechanics. If it's listed in the computer for your vehicle, great. If not, if it's custome, not stock, maybe try elsewhere.

Every time I shop@ Auto Zone & buy a part for my car, they always take such excellent care of us the customers. Superb service. They go the extra mile & install my purchase. I'm so thankful they always have the parts available to purchase when all the other competitiers are sold out of the parts that I need. I can count on Auto zone to have exactly what I need. Friendly & knowledgeable & very helpful for all my Auto needs. That's why I keep coming back. I can count on them. Thank you Auto Zone. Another satisfied customer.

Big thanks to Felicity for assisting in the looking up of an alternator and providing the basic tools needed to change it out. Everything was fairly priced and she was super helpful throughout the entire process, for your local auto parts needs, look no further!

I was there a few hours ago and needed a new license plate cover and screws and needed help. Chris the manager came out to put a new one on. He went out of the way and didn t charge me. A few months back I purchased a new car battery and also had great customer service. Thank you.

Unless the store manager Pete is there, do not bother asking for assistance with motorcycle parts as tonight s closing manager seems to think that AutoZone doesn t carry any parts for them. He refused to help the young lady that was helping me because he refused to learn the catalog look up for motorcycle parts. Went to the west 11th store and got all the information I wanted in 5 minutes.

Alex helped me and not only did he help me get a money-saving deal that I wouldn't have known about but he also did an awesome job of explaining to me what my next step should be based on the codes my check engine light was throwing. Hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Great employee.

Wow! Stellar customer service! I needed a brake fuse for my car, but I had no idea what kind or what fuses even look like. I asked the employee at the front counter, and he put the correct fuse in my hand in less than 5 minutes. These guys are good, and are super willing to help!

Helpful staff knows what you need and if they don't they will put in the effort to find out. Honest answers about quality vs price were appreciated. I bought a battery for my truck here last time. It's my go to place for all l auto parts. If they don't have what you need they can get it delivered next day usually.

I was in earlier this evening and asked to have my error code checked on my car a Very nice young man whom was very knowledgeable, checked it and told me all that was wrong was my gas caps seal had gone bad , I bought a new cap , he put it on and cleared the code, that was all that was wrong! I'm glad I went to you guys instead of a mechanic that would have charged me a fortune when this was all that was wrong!!! Thank you guys!!! I appreciate all of you ! Thanks for being there!
