I had never needed auto body work before and was referred to Auto Craft. Everything about their shop, people, down to every detail of how they handled my repairs, and even my rental car was professional, friendly, and accurate! In these times it is just exceptionally impressive!

They did a great job fixing my car and keeping me updated on the progress! Kaitlynn was fabulous in the office. They worked with my insurance and car rental, made it very easy. They even detailed my car afterwards!

Well someone hit my mustang. My precious beauty with $10k in extra RGBW interior and exterior lighting and the very best sound available.Who saved the day? Auto Craft! Every person who helped me there was kind and at the top of their game. They even found shoddy work from a previous repair and made it right!I could not be happier and I really see no reason to go anywhere else in Eugene.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Auto Craft is a first class body shop and business in general. Customer service was excellent. They told me when to bring the car in after they were assured that all the parts were available and had the car finished when they promised it. I never had to call for any information. They always called me promptly with updates. I d recommend Auto Craft to all that were looking for a top quality bobyshop.Service: Body & Trim

The worst experience I have ever had! They had my car for almost 2 months. Did nothing! The only work done was from the mechanic they sent my car to. My engine has mice droppings and mice food on it because it sat in their uncovered backlot. Not ONE thing was done from 1/3/2022 to 2/21/2022 by Autocraft. Spent more money on a rental car than the cost of repairs. They acted like I was an inconvenience to them. Horrible customer service! They continued to tell me that parts were ordered but lost or back-ordered. It was all lip service. I only used them because my Insurance company recommended them. Never again!!! The tire was blown out and the same rim and spare are on it. They couldn't even wash it. Same bumper from the accident. I received texts every Monday that it would be done on Friday and that never happened. Taking my car somewhere else!

Had my bumper replaced with them. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable! We had a little trouble with the insurance I was working with but Dana was able to get things resolved quickly. Dropped my car off Monday and had it back by Thursday! My car looked brand new when I got it back, they had washed it and polished the inside! Thank you!!Service: Body & Trim

We took our EV6 to Auto Craft after getting a run around with another company who gave us an estimate and said parts were being ordered. 6 months later after many calls to check progress we called back and they said they couldn't do it now so we got referred to Auto Craft by Kiefer KIA. They got us in for and estimate appointment and had that back to us the next day. In just a couple days they had everything work through with the insurance company and a few days later they ordered parts and had us scheduled. It took them a week to fix my car. It looks amazing and they did a fantastic job! The ladies at the front were polite and friendly as well! Thank you Auto Craft for the amazing service!Service: Body & Trim

They ve done excellent auto body repair work on three of our vehicles, were friendly, and communicated very well with us throughout the process each time they repaired our vehicles. We never have had any issues with the repairs they completed. Great place for Auto Body work!!

I don't know if I've ever had a better customer service experience in my life. I came in right before closing to see if they had time for an estimate, and I ended up leaving in less than 20 mins with my paint scratches buffed out and license plate attached. FOR FREE. Everyone was super friendly. I will absolutely be coming here exclusively for any car needs in the future. :)

My mechanic recommended AutoCraft (for the replacement of my Active Grill Shutter), and the whole experience was perfect. AutoCraft has great service and the cost was reasonable. I really appreciate (and was MORE than satisfied with) their location, facilities, availability, professionalism, staff, friendliness, systems, and most importantly, their capable repair technicians (who I never met but seem to have done a great job). They even (unexpectedly) cleaned the car (interior and exterior), so it was perfectly washed, vacuumed, and shiny when I picked it up. THANKS AutoCraft!

Did an awesome job repairing my truck after a branch fell on it my truck came back looking perfect and fully detailed I will definitely use them again if I ever need more work done in the future I highly reccomend.

I have been here twice over the last 4 years with two different cars. My wifes car was T-Boned in her Nissan Sentra and I thought the car was totaled. But they were amazing and did the work within two weeks and it looked brand new again. Paint job was flawless! Then a couple weeks ago a homeless guy threw his bike into traffic and it smashed my bumper, hood, shattered my windshield and dented my roof on my brand new Kia K5. I called three other popular shops in town and they all told me 2 months before I could even drop it off. Then I called Auto Craft and my car was there within a week and fixed three weeks later. It looks amazing. I can't find a single flaw in any of the work. They are kind and professional. Dana at the front office is amazing and proactive and the communication was stellar. This is by far the best place anywhere in Eugene or Springfield to get body work and paint done. Thank you to all at Auto Craft for all the hard work and honesty!!

My car was keyed on both sides, from front to the back and it was deep. When I picked up my car you couldn't tell that anything had even happened to it. They matched the color perfectly. I can't say enough good things about this company! Dana and the entire staff are amazing. They fixed my car as good as new. They anticipated my needs and helped me get through a trying time. Plus they only charged about half of what I was expecting! I wish I could give them more than five stars!

It took a few weeks of waiting cause of car s parts in back order because of Covid-19 but the wait was worth it. They really did a great and awesome job with my Honda Civid. My car looks same as when I bought it. I m thankful and happy to have been choose Auto Craft to repair my car. Thank you so much Auto Craft Team! I recently had my front end replaced on my Hyundai SUV due to a parking mishap. Long story, but the entire staff at AutoCraft are top-notch!They made a very awkward situation surprisingly easy, and my time without my vehicle was minimal. I highly recommend AutoCraft for ANY service they offer.A+++

Amazing auto shop. I was in a predicament where my car was in a wreck and I did not have full coverage. I was trying to get my car fixed the cheapest way possible, which meant my cars body parts would have different colors. However, they took the time out of their day to get my car looking the same color plus getting my bumper put back together. It truly meant the world to me. Excellent work done and they don t charge for estimate. They got us in fast when other places told us it would be months. Definitely my go to for body, paint, repair work.
