Took our car in to have a stereo system installed and Eli did a phenomenal job! He even pointed out a potential problem with a door hinge that we didn't know about, something a lot of places wouldn't do. Great service at a fair price; I would highly recommend Eli and Audioworx to anyone, any day!

The work Eli did was good.I prepaid a couple hundred dollars in advance for some speakers to be installed. He ordered them and told me he was going to call me as soon as they came in.I waited quite awhile before calling to see what was going on. He said they had come in. (He was supposed to call me when they got there) He said that he would try and shuffle some scheduling things to get me in as soon as possible. Again, he said he would call me.A week and a half later still no call. I drove by his shop and saw that he was there so I called him up.Mind you, when we started the project, my goal was to have the bulk of the work done by Christmas and that is why I prepaid for stuff to get done in hopes of getting things expedited.The day before Christmas eve I called Eli and said, "So is this going to be done before the holidays?"Enthusiastically he said yes. He needed to move an install that wasn't urgent and then he would call me back. Redemption!I called into work and took the rest of the day off, took off to get to the shop asap so he could get to it. I get to the shop and there is nobody there. Well hey, no big deal, I got time to spare, I just took the rest of the day off. About a half hour later some dude that he has helping him out shows up and seems surprised I was waiting. He called Eli. Eli said he was running around doing errands and that he would see me at the shop in 20 minutes.So I waited around.Eli's helper comes out and says to me that Eli was not going to be able to get to me that day.I tell helper dude, "Look man, I know Eli is trying to run this business by himself and he can be really busy with different things, but this really sucks. He just needs to call me and nail something down in stone. I blew off work to try and get here to be a convenient as I possibly can for him. He was supposed to call me. If I don't hear from him soon, I'm going to ask for a refund and go somewhere else."That was December 23rd and it is currently January 12th and I have not been able to reach Eli by phone. He has not called me. I have no idea what he is thinking.I like spending my money on local guys that are doing good. Eli is a nice guy, make no mistakes about that. The problem is he is obviously a stereo installer and not a businessman. He is precariously juggling a family and his business. Maybe I am the only person this has happened to and this is just a one off event, but he dropped the ball pretty badly.PRO: Good Work, Nice GuyCONS: Bad Reliability, Poor Schedule Management, Horrible Communication

Hello , My name is Charity.I'm a single mom with a low to a no budget. I was experiencing some issues with my sound system in my car. So I attempted to fix the issue myself what a joke I definitely made it worse. I got in touch with Audioworx. I'm extremely happy with my experience! .Very professional, honest at a low cost .I highly recommend making an appointment.Thank you

I knew the owner from when he worked at The Stereo Store.....should've known what I was getting into after that experience, but still gave the benefit of the doubt.Brought my car to Audioworx to have my sound system completed (speaker/crossover install, amp installation). When I dropped my car off, I was told not to worry about the items in the car....BAD mistake! I returned to see my cigarette lighter cover broken off (of course I was told, "It was like that already"). I get home and realize my Sol Republic headphones are missing from my trunk. I was lied to about replacing the broken piece in the car and not one word about my headphones being stolen (other than, "No one here would do something like that"). He never called to give me updates on the piece he said he ordered...I had to continue chasing him down just to get a response. One time I was told the part was ordered from the dealer and it's just taking awhile to get the part in. Next time I was told he called the dealer and the piece was too much for him to pay, so he'd get it from the junk yard. Yeah....I'm still waiting on that piece.I will never recommend this shop to anyone. The absolute WORST customer service and business dealings I've had in a long time. Furthermore, a small claims court suit is being pursued for the reimbursement of my headphones and the piece broken off in my car.

Mr.Eli had everything we needed to install the sound equipment we just got off of a marketplace page. He was even able to tell us the stock speaker size of the truck without having to remove the door panels first which helped save money on those door panel clips, he also had tips and pointers on how to keep our installation looking clean and Pro looking. Audiowerks has all kinds of gadgets and gizmos to customize vehicles and tune your vehicle sound to your liking! I will definitely go back there for my sound system needs.

My car was transported to Eugene from another state. After the transport my car was running fine but my remote key was messed up which was strange. I was referred to Eli and went to his shop as a walk in. In about an hour he diagnosed the problem, made the programming fixes, and in my opinion UNDERcharged me. My experience was very positive.

I own Sunshine Limo service and Eli at audioworx does all of of our work. Extremely professional and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I'm was in a near fatal motorcycle accident, and was barely out of a wheelchair when I found eli....And after an install for a back up camera, I was left my trunk trunk broken. The button on my remote and on vehicle didn't work. He refused to repair it after multiple calls and attempts.Taking advantage of someone who shattered a femur, shattered a T-7 vertebrae, broken radius, dual pelvic fractures, and more...Since then Eli could care less I'm injuring my back everytime I got to open my trunk via emergency handle ,that's inside of trunk.I would not recommend this business to anyone!

Steph and The guys at Audioworx were great! They gave me a killer deal on all my tint and even removed some of my old bubbles tint. It looks great, they also came and picked up my car from work and then brought it back to me. It couldn't have gone better! Thanks Steph.

Terrible communication, doesnt return phone calls and Eli was supposed to call me 3 weeks ago about an inferior product he installed in my truck. Unhappy about the customer service.
