We had the best car buying experience ever at Eugene Audi. From the very start with positive contact from Heath, a follow up video of the car we were interested in from Gabe and finally Dominic closed the deal with his friendly, laid back personality! We spent most of the time getting the paperwork filled out laughing and interacting with almost every staff member in the store. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and thorough. We searched everywhere to find the right car for us and were happy our search landed us at Eugene Audi. We highly recommend them for all you car buying needs!

After several trips around town to different car dealerships with either annoying or blase sales people, we were thrilled to find Gabe at Audi Eugene! He was extremely professional and down to earth as was everyone we met in the company. We were shopping for a used car, not even a brand they normally represented, but you would have thought we were buying a top of the line Audi by the way we were treated. I would highly recommend this place for anyone shopping for new or used regardless of price.

I went to all of the major Audi dealerships in the northwest region but we found the vehicle and the deal I was looking for here at this new Eugene location. The staff was very friendly, no high pressure but provided all the information we needed. The people I interacted with was a major reason why I decided to buy here. Our sales person, Dominic was exactly the right person to work with. Several communications well after I bought the car to answer additional questions. He also spent a lot of time with my wife to make sure the car was set up exactly the way she wanted and made sure she understood all of the functions in the car. This is our new go to dealership for all of our future Audi vehicles. This is my 6th new Audi and we love the brand.

We just leased an Audi Q3. This is our first lease. Dominick did a great job explaining how the lease works. He is very knowledgeable, he listened to us, and he answered all of our questions. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. Our was a great experience and we love our car. We look forward to a long relationship with Audi of Eugene.

I had the best experience here with Heath, Gabe, and Scott. They didn t make me feel pressured into anything I didn t want and they were happy to show me multiple options until we finally landed on the perfect car that was in my budget but still new enough for me to finance! I had no idea what I was doing going into this but they were all so helpful and were great at walking me through everything in terms that I understand. I was excited we finally got an Audi dealership in Eugene. However, this dealer does provide a very good experience:-I can't believe they have a 3% surcharge on credit cards.-No loaners-No exterior wash (yes, it was drizzly out but it would have been nice to get some of the dirt off)-To replace a valve cover gasket they quoted $1,800I'll be heading back to Bend or Willsonville for my next service.

Just bought an Audi Q5, my first ever luxury vehicle. I m both excited and probably a little intimidated. Dominick Pantle did a fantastic job explaining our options within the Audi line. He listened to us and did brilliant work accommodating questions and concerns. Brock, his manager, did equally impressive work. These young men are very very impressive at what they do and I look forward to a long relationship with them and Audi.

After my experience with this dealership, it gave the vibes of a shady Facebook marketplace deal than that of a reputable dealer.My family & I flew in from NorCal to purchase a used truck and drive it back home. Our salesman was super accommodating through the whole process and picked us up from the airport.We took the truck for a test drive and upon returning to the dealership, the engine seized up and left us stuck in the middle of the road struggling to get it restarted. We limped it back to the dealership while they ran it for codes and said it was good to go. On the second test drive immediately upon leaving the lot the truck started shaking before struggling to pull over to the side of the road. There is no way they did not know there was an issue with the truck considering on there normal test drive route it died twice.After obviously deciding not to buy the truck. I asked for a loaner vehicle to at least explore the city and make the most of the trip with my wife and 1 yr old son. This was denied by the manager. As well as any compensation for my trip, for a vehicle that never should of been up for sale.Upon the salesman telling his manager what had happened, there was no apologies or any form of remorse. Hell the manager never even came out of his office which was 10 feet away from where I was sitting.As an active duty military member, I can say that the leadership at this dealership operate WITHOUT ANY INTEGRITY or care for the customer. I would question the quality of any vehicle purchased from this horrible place.The Audi standard seemed to SKIP over this dealership.

The Audi technician said they couldn t fix my car which was incorrect. They also said they would take my car for free since they couldn t fix it. We asked how much they give us for the car they said nothing then I asked for my keys that they lost . Which pissed me off and I went to the one in Wilsonville they took my car did diagnostic and fixed the problem. Which shows me that technician was inexperienced enough or tried ripping off since the part that was discontinued wasn t at all. Also not even the right part for what was wrong with the car. So as suggestion please stay away from here. The guy that was at Volkswagen working on Audi s now works here and was the one who worked on it. If you wondered what the car was in for it was for check engine. Which the Audi technician said it was tiptronic circuit board. Which wasn t the problem the problem was a simple transmission switch that the Audi in Wilsonville fixed. Which the people in Wilsonville were the best love them hands down. But here worst customer service and technician ever.

First impressions are worth a lot, only reason I would visit is to get a recall done unless you want to get charged double and harassed with the same question multiple times. No means no
