I broke down in a tricky spot but Billy was able to quote me a very fair price, show up fast and get me and my car home quick! Very nice, efficient, super smooth process and it s clear Billy knew exactly what he was doing. After a stressful situation it was a relief that getting my car home was easy and fast. Our toddler accidentally got locked in our car in our garage, the dispatch staff was so friendly and the driver that came out was so prompt and kind! Our windows are super tinted and another driver came out to assist and was just as helpful. They are very reasonably priced and have amazing customer service! 1000/10 recommend Alpha Towing!

Great customer service from first call to drop off at Oregon Auto. Billy was pleasant, professional, and not afraid to do what it takes to load my beast. (had to block the road)

I called, not fully confident a towing company could help me, I had put my excavator in a tough spot, sloped hill with a tough angle to back it out. Matt and Gabe came out and were confident they could get me out and they did just that. Timely, professional and on a Sunday night! I would recommend Alpha Towing! Thank you both!

The towing driver was knowlegeable and very courteous and friendly. The truck arrived within 10 minutes and the hookup was great and security of the tow was great.They made my bad situation almost enjoyable. My vehicle was placed in my driveway exactly where I wanted it.Hopefully, I won't need towed again but if I do, Alpha is my go-to company from now on. Great, honest and fair-priced towing company. 5 stars!!!

What a fantastic company! I needed a quick tow to the mechanic after scratching my head trying to fix my car. Their office picked up immediately and Sarah got me scheduled and picked up within an hour! Their joyous (and hilarious) driver Chase had me to my appointment on time literally to the minute. I cannot recommend these folks enough!

Incredible service, prompt answer on the call and ability to quickly get to our technicians stranded vehicle on the highway.Our tech said the ride in the tow truck was like a limo experience. Very nice rig!Would definitely recommend.

Billie was so helpful! He very expertly got my SUV set up in a busy post office parking lot and helped me keep my cool. He gave me a lift to the mechanic and was easy to talk to. The receptionist when I first called was super nice and helpful too!

Billy was such a great guy. Saved me from the side of the interstate. The service was quick and easy. They were recommended to me by Stadium automotive, where he took my broken down truck. He gives tow company's a good name. Keep doing great work and being an awesome person!

Phenomenal performance.Clayton, Sharon and Jason (and the Beast) were great.Jason writhed in the mud and muck for 30 minutes to rig my 40,000 lb motor home for a backward pull.Never once had anything negative to say- and even stayed behind me when I was underway for a few miles to ensure that all was good.If you re ever stuck in a heavy vehicle, and need an extraction, look no further.These people are courteous, professional, understanding, and above all- HONEST.Thanks guys, all the local tow companies could learn from you. Y all are ROCKSTARS!!As for the other ten companies that I spoke with? Good luck fellas- you re going to need it.

My car broke down on the road and was a potential traffic hazard, which had me very worried. I called Alpha, they answered immediately, and they dispatched a driver within a minute of talking to them. The driver, Billy, arrived after ~15 minutes and got my car loaded up quickly. He was very kind and personable on the drive home, and made the experience far less stressful than it could have been. Thank you, Billy! You did amazing :D

My motorhome battery died, and with the cold weather approaching I had an appointment to have it winterized. I called Alpha and they were there when they said they would be. Prior to their arrival, the technician called to let me know he was on his way. He was on time. Quick to find the problem and solution. Gave me great advice. He was very professional and polite. And, he was very clean considering the work they do. I'm very pleased. I highly recommend using Alpha Towing for your needs.

Alpha came out on a cold, rainy, nasty night to tow our van and get us off the highway. My son was driving and lost all power on the Beltline. Found a small spot where we could squeeze out of the travel lanes. Called Alpha, and Chase was just a couple miles away with his rig. He got there, made quick (and safe) work of loading the van, and took us to a shop in Eugene. If you have a breakdown and want quick, professional help, call Alpha.

Just place is the worst Cho yard. I've ever dealt with in my entire experiences. I have dealt with several other ones in town. In the amazing, these people are so cold-hearted. They don't care about their customers. They give you the run around you. They don't make sure that you're lean. Paperwork is sent to you. So you don't even know what's going? How about your vehicle? Until it's too late to do anything about it. They're a joke, all they're out to do is just get money and screw people over. This company is the worst. Do not take your money here. Do not go here and I really hope to. Dear God, your car never gets towed by. These people cause they are awful. They won't do anything they can to get your vehicle and all your belongings and s**** y** out of everything when it's all you have.

I had an appointment to get my car worked on at a local shop, and on the day of the appointment my car failed to start. Called Alpha at the recommendation of the shop, and they got Steffanie to me within the hour! She was kind, efficient, and knew exactly what she was doing. On top of that, the tow was affordable. I'll definitely be recommending Alpha to anyone in Eugene who needs a tow!

Called due to my large truck being stuck in mud and regular pick up trucks not doing the job. Jason was dispatched to tow us out and I couldn t be happier with the service he provided, Jason was very knowledgeable, friendly, and overall very helpful as he stayed a little extra longer to ensure we were back on solid ground. Will absolutely call Alpha again should this scenario ever happen again! Thanks Jason!!

Jason made me laugh when I felt like crying. Other tow companies told me it would be a 3 to 4 hour wait but he got to me fast, fixed my problem and was on my way in under an hour. Thank you Jason & Alpha Towing for a job well done!

Spence was absolutely amazing! I cannot express how thoughtful and efficient he was. Took the time and consideration to explain what was going to happen and when my vehicle was dropped off. He took my 1970 beetle and called me later to let me know that he dropped it off safe and sound. He also took the time to call me and let me know that it was safe because he knew how much it meant to me. Will defiantly recommend him to all my friends!10 out of 10 would recommend!

Billy is a legend. Hes relatable and professional and made me have a laugh or two which eased some tension. He got the job done super quick and clean. And he arrived far earlier than the estimated time i was given by my insurance company which was amazing because time is money and it saved me alot of time from having to wait. Amazing company.

The folks at Alpha Towing are some of the nicest people!! At first I thought they were just a small operation but boy was I wrong -- I was surprised to learn about the fleet of trucks they have and the extensive training their drivers go through. If they've got the chops to tow giant equipment, I know they can tow my cars and RV. Highly recommend!

Alpha towing wrongfully towed my fianc� s truck away from our home. I rushed out of the house asking the two guys what was going on and why. One responded that the owner of the truck called it in for routine maintenance. Well, this was actually an illegal impound. I told him I needed to get my kids car seats and personal belongings in there as well as my husband's firearm. One of them responded yes, that I can get our belongings. I told them to give me a second to set the baby down and put some clothes on (I was only wearing a long t-shirt) and the guy said okay. I went inside to do so and they just took off. We are completely current on every single payment. This was an illegal impound/tow out of retaliation from the person we were buying the truck from and Alpha towing knew this. Under Oregon law, a tow company must allow you to get children s car seats out of a vehicle as well as a firearm and they refused. Alpha won t even return a civil phone call. There are personal belongings and papers in that truck that have still not been returned to us. A complaint with the better business bureau has also been made.

My daughter's car broke down in a commercial parking lot on a Sunday afternoon and Jason at Alpha Towing suggested speaking with management to allow the car to be parked there until the next morning so it could be picked up and delivered to a garage under normal working hours and saving her some money. He also was basically able to diagnose the problem and advised the situation ahead of time. Excellent service!Service: Car towing
