A great experience. I added a canopy, Bed Rug, bed extension, to my truck. Guys said the canopy would not be in until June. It is April and I got the call it was all in. Happy with the results.

I bought my second canopy from Eugene All American almost five years ago for a new Tundra. Leer had pretty good reviews online I had one installed. After a year, the back window wouldn t close, mounting hardware was inadequate and coming loose and it leaked in the rain at all four corners. All American made it right after trying to charge me for initial improper install. Now at the end of five year warranty period the following problems exist - back window doesn t close, four corners leak in rain, mounting hardware rusting, paint on handle gone, paint rubbed off tailgate where back window makes contact, lock dropped out, interior light not working, hinge came apart on back window and pistons no longer lift back window all the way open. Shop blamed previous owners, again. Said only part under warranty was pistons! Promised to call me when they arrived, never did. You d think after spending almost two grand for a molded piece of fiberglass with a window in it you d get the product you were promised - boy was I wrong! Never again will I buy at All American. Hope they get lots of new/naive customers. Repeat customers are few and far between.

i hate to leave bad reviews. but these guys are not worth it. i got my shocks in about 3 weeks which is good! but from there i ve done nothing but fight to get simple minor parts for the literal last year from them. the last set of people to work there slacked bad. i came in to a new set of employees that promised me i wouldn t wait more than 2 weeks ever again. here I am another month and a half into waiting to still have heard nothing from them. all i need are shock mounts and retaining clips. again. it s been an entire year just to get these simple parts.

Tried twice to get service from this company for a canopy for my truck. I spoke with a salesman who went over possible options and he said we would call me the following Monday. After no call, I called again and spoke with the store manager who took over my order. He put me onto several options and said he had contacted one of their distributors for a quote. I had followed up on this myself for several days before I took it upon myself to contact the distributor myself, for I had taken a new job and wanted this ASAP. I immediately put 5000 down on a 8000 dollar purchase. It s now been over a month and this company has never reached out to me.

Just got my lift done today on my Dodge.No complaints at all. You guys were on point with your time frame. Helped me out with actually showing what I needed to complete my lift. Overall from the shop guys to the manger himself y'all are good people and I will be coming back soon for my dual steering stabilizer setup. Thank you again!!

Extraordinary service. Shopped around for truck lift and canopy all over. Glad i found all American truck canopy. These gentlemen provided me with the best service anyone can find out here.Josh, the manager there has the best customer service you won't find anywhere else. I recommend them 100% I give Josh and his crew two thumbs up. And highly recommend them to anyone looking for parts foe your truck or SUV.

We live 200 mi from this business and needed a canopy for our truck. The manager, Josh and sales guy Kyle took time to help us make decisions, get the correct info to order, communicated the process from order to delivery all with professionalism and friendliness. When the canopy showed up earlier than later we were ver excited . Made appointment convenient for us, drove up and were treated the same with installment taking about an hour by Steve. They are the closest dealer near us but didn't mind all the driving due to the exceptional service rendered. Josh even saved us a couple hundred dollars with a coupon.

They said they would help me locate parts for my truck, but didn't. It wasn't just parts but also install. It was likely that I was going to need custom brackets (which I did need and I found on my own). I called and asked again because I was referred by a friend and would like to shop local..... no call back. I spent my money elsewhere. I guess when you aren't spending more than $1000 they just don't bother with you.

Josh (Manager) and Steve (Mechanic) are great. I needed my Snugtop removed so I could address a leak in the back window of my truck.. seriously took ten minutes to remove and ten minutes to re-mount. They were extremely helpful, extremely affordable and are truly nice guys. They will get more business from me!!

I bought a canopy off Craigslist, and needed a new lock for it. I called this location to order a lock through them, and gave them the serial number to my canopy and all pertinent information for ordering the right lock. They told me the lock for this canopy will be $20, but then got a call back a little later telling me sorry but the lock that s needed will actually be $40 plus their install fee. That didn t deter me since I needed the lock, and told them that s fine. They made the order and told me it will be a week and a half.2 weeks go by and I call and ask for the status of my lock, so they called the manufacturer to ask and said they ll have it on a truck by tomorrow and will be here in a couple days. Finally a week later the lock gets here, but turns out they ordered the wrong lock. So they look for the right lock on the computer, and during this time, the manager (I m assuming) was talking to the employee in a condescending tone and talking down on him for asking him a question, which is unprofessional to talk shop or belittle employees in front of customers.Another 2 weeks go by, they called me telling me my lock was in, and we scheduled appointment for install a couple days later. Turns out the wrong lock came again, but this time they threw the manufacturer under the bus saying they sent the wrong lock. They order the lock again, and this time while waiting, I got $1800 in tools taken from the back of my truck. So another 2 weeks goes by and I call and ask for a status on the lock. They put me on hold, and got back to me and said it hasn t even been sent yet and it will be here in a couple days. They call me a couple days later with my lock and asked if I can come in Saturday for install. I told them I will be out of town Saturday, can t you just squeeze me in since I ve had to wait two months (I felt like my situation didn t call for scheduling, but maybe I m crazy). The guy on the phone snapped back at me telling me there are other people scheduled, but then subsided after I was put on hold (when I showed up they were all standing around, with only 1 customer in the building).I finally get my lock installed after 2 months of waiting, but in the end I still had to pay full price. I did not receive any sort of deal or discount for my inconvenience, even though I ve had to take time off work on multiple occasions, gotten $1800 worth of tools stolen during my wait, or just the fact that I was jerked around for 2 months! After all the times I went in there it was like I was never in there before; they never recognized me once, or remembered my situation until I explained it to them. When a customer has waited for 2 months to get something done, they should be put on high priority which was never the case. The staff was unkept and unprofessional, leaving their vaporizers on the counter for customers to see, and even blowing vape smoke into my truck while installing my lock. Needless to say, my experience with this dealer was less than pleasurable, and I would advise sticking to amazon.

Love these guys. I drive from Corvallis to see them on the regular for my needs as opposed to a local shop here after getting a canopy through them. I am by no means well-versed when it comes to lifting a truck, and when I returned to them needing help with this they bent over backwards to help, and I have never felt taken advantage of in light of my lack of knowledge. In the course of getting my lift installed, my finicky truck probably needed an extra 10-12 hours of extra work beyond what I was originally quoted, and I was only charged the original quoted price at the end. I was even given a ride back home to Corvallis by one of their employees as they needed my truck to stay overnight. They have helped immensely in trouble-shooting my Tundra from hell, and now that everything is sorted out my truck looks and runs exactly how I imagined.

I pulled in with my company pest control truck and needed new handles on my canopy. We are in the back of our trucks constantly every day and i was not looking forward to having multiple keys for the handles, these guys went above and beyond to install and customize all 3 matching handles for me. Will gladly use them again. Thank you so much!!!

I bought a folding Tonneau cover for my new truck. They were very knowledgeable and took time to explain different options. Great job with installation. Very happy with the product and the service. Great experience overall.

Do not buy a Snugtop Canopy Cover. Snugtop does not support warranty repairs. Needed a new drop down window, leaked after first rain storm, it rains in Oregon. Dealer ordered new window Oct 2021, available no later than mid Nov per salesman. As of Mar 2022 no window. Called Snugtop and Local Dealer multiple times, excuses: Covid, holiday, moved, needed to make new molds, lost 50% of staff. Not sure if company is in LA or Mexico. All American Truck and SUV still sales new Snugtops, knowing warranty items are not being shipped or supplied. Was talked out of a Leer by local salesman. If the canopy was defective would replace the whole canopy, will not refund money. A leaking window is not a defect even though parts are not available. No refund, will seal window with caulk to stop leak, no compensation for defective canopy. They get a one star because they keep selling a product with known warranty problems. The customer gets screwed.

I had gone to Salem and Springfield location in Oregon for multiple, multiple times, I had a Prinsu Rack installed at Salem location and they absolutely left my car dirty, inside and out. Then for many many many months my car was leaking on the roof and I kept going in and they couldn't figure it out. Finally, on a whim, I decided to go to Eugene location and there was a very kind lady that assured me that they will take care of it. They discussed it with the team as I waited inside and it took a long 20minutes for them to examine why it was leaking. They came in to discuss with me that they will REMOVE THE INSTALLED ITEMS and that she knows her team very well and will make sure it is done correctly. I was so worried for my new Rav4 2020 and the leaking roof. After testing it when it rained cats and dogs, there was NO MORE LEAKING!!! Inclusively, a technician said he liked my bull bar and that THEY FIXED IT BECAUSE THE SALEM LOCATION INSTALLED IT INCORRECTLY LEAVING DAMAGE TO MY CAR!!! THANK YOU so much for the Eugene location, will definitely be referring people to you!

After driving 600 miles with the truck bed full my tonneau decided it didn t want to open, I stopped in praying someone would be able to help me get it open so I could unload everything. The 2 men working were incredibly helpful and immediately went to work get the tonneau open and the adjusted the latches for me! I am so thankful for such amazing customer service and I will definitely be going there for all our future needs! A+

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had, if you don't count the guy who is still in jail for fraud.Took more than 6 weeks, including a delay after the wrong part was delivered, to get the part they repeatedly told me would be here in a week and a half. Only after it was installed did the boy tell me I owed another $159 because they quoted me the wrong price to begin with. When I objected he stuck his chin out and told me he could "go out and take it off right now." Attempts at intimidation should not be tolerated by an employer or customers. I was robbed by a man with what I could only describe as he had a hook and hooves. I was very scared he sounded like Ferb from Phineas and ferb and looked like Richard Ramirez, never going back and I have to buy a new coin purse so now I have to live the hell of having 74 cents clinging around in my pocket. I called all American truck & SUV to get quotes on a leveling kit for my 86 bronco 2, A gentleman named Kevin answered the phone quickly and answered all of my questions and was really informative. He answered every question I had quickly and I will definantly be coming back to the hwy 99 store

Very bad,I drove up from Medford after Nic assured me they had the canopy that fit my truck, oops we don't have it after I drove for 3 hours, they did offer me one for $1,100. dollars more that fit. No discount on that unit either. No offer for a little fuel or a lunch on them, just drive back to medford.

Wonderful place. They are reasonably priced, and 'great' location. Right off I-5, and while you wait for installation there are alot of places to eat in walking distance. The Mall is also right there. They are very pleasant and many options while you wait.

I had an issue with a brand new leer and it took a little time to get hashed out but it was and I can't thank Devin and his crew enough for making a bad situation right and appreciate all the help you guys were. And this is for the Eugene store not Springfield store just wanted to let everybody know very helpful staff knowledgeable we went over discuss different canopies order the canopy I was told 3 to 4 weeks the canopy came in little over 2 weeks was installed also they install mud flaps on my truck quality work and friendly staff don't go anywhere else have your truck outfitted here

Staff is great. Upper management is terrible. Their employee don't seem to have a High level of respect for the owners son who manages the stores. Pretty unprofessional to have people working and talking bad about higher management in front of customers. Done in poor taste.
