I received great service on Thursday 2/8. My tow truck driver communicated his eta and arrived on time which I appreciated as a lone woman waiting in the dark. He introduced himself, was very kind and reassuring. He was careful with my car and drove me to my mechanic of choice. I was/am very grateful. Alll in all, a positive experience (save for having a dead car!)

I work for a mid-large trucking company in the breakdown department. We needed a winch out and called AE towing out of Eugene and was told they would get there in 60-90 minutes. They did not make it, so we called and they said there was an accident and we were next but it would be 2 more hours. After that we called again for an update and was told we were next and it it would be 2 more hours. This went on all day and we kept getting the same response. They then told our night shift that there was 7 jobs ahead of ours and they were on the last one and we were next but it would be 3 more hours. 24 hours after the initial call I called a competitor that told me it would be a few hours but would get to us. The competitor actually arrived a lot sooner than that and had our driver running in no time. I understand accidents happen and they take priority, but just be honest and do not string along a company whose driver relies on moving.AE has made our DO NOT USE list permanently. I will call the other company that made the honest effort.They even got short tempered with our night crew when he was only following up doing his job.

Corey was very professional on Saturday evening and was able to get a picture for me of what had broke on my car. Thank you Spencer provided professional service as well on Monday morning. Made sure my buick got to Les Schwab safely. Very happy with my service with your company. Drivers are nice, and accommodating. They also stayed in communication with me about their eta. Called when they arrived. Thank you again!!!

Considering there had been an ice storm, the driver arrived fairly quickly - in about 2.5 hours after I called!Two other companies estimated at least 6 hours and a couple other 24 hour companies wouldn't even answer my call.The driver was very helpful and got me back on the ice covered road fairly quickly.

My driver showed up quickly and had the vehicle back to my house in less than 30 min. He was able to back it in to the driveway and leave it perfectly placed. Very friendly and efficient.

Our driver Spencer absolutely saved the day. Not only was he quick, he was beyond kind to us out of towners. He made sure we safely made it with our rental to the shop. Cannot recommend enough.

Was not expecting my car to have problems and I was pretty stressed. AE towing was able to help me and was super kind and considerate. They towed my car, kept me informed, and even gave me a hand warmer since it was cold. The best service ever especially for such a stressful situation. 10/10.

Professional service, easy to work with, and quick. Couldn't ask for more when in need of towing service. Daniel took the time to make sure our car transported without any issues. We'll definitely use their service the next time we need a tow

My car s alternator stopped working while driving home at midnight, so I immediately panicked and called my State Farm roadside assistance to get it towed. It was a really great experience, and the tow person Raul was amazing. He was very accommodating and assured me that everything was going to be okay. Being stuck on the side of the road was very nerve racking, but once the tow person got there everything went smoothly. For being in the middle of the night, the tow person was very friendly and kind, and it made me feel like they were there to help me! This service was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a tow! 10/10 rating

Rick was professional and friendly when he showed up to tow my car. The person that called me (sorry I forgot his name) was polite and informative. The wait time was less than I had anticipated and my car was well taken care of.

Great communication, driver was friendly, knowledgeable about my vehicle, and suggested (correctly) that my engine might not be a very heavy paperweight now. I'm grateful they helped reduce my stress by suggesting other explanations for the symptoms without talking down to me. Definitely above and beyond for a tow service. If I have the misfortune to need another tow, I'll definitely be calling them again.

I could not jump start my flat battery in my F150. But got a really fast response from AE towing! GEICO said 90 minutes, they were here in 30. Whipped out a high-powered battery charger and my engine gunned right up! Awesome!

My starter went out at at gas station in the middle of the night. They showed up quick ,like 20 minutes when though it was an expected 45 minute response time. It was a weekend. The tower guy,He was nice and did the job well.Thanks A and E.

The driver and dispatch were organized, coordinated, and professional. They called and updated me several times during the 30 minutes between my calling for a tow and the drivers arrival. Everyone was easy to talk to and very nice.

Zach was really wonderful and made the towing experience an excellent one. He came onto the scene of my accident very quickly (less than 10 min) after I was told 35-60mins ETA. His years of experience showed as he expertly put my car up onto the towing ramp in cold 38 degree weather and pouring rain in a matter of minutes.He was very professional with his greeting as he was calm, polite and made sure to even put me in the truck first so I could get warm while he did his thing. When we arrived to our destination he put my car in a great spot. With his expertise he was able to manuever the awkward angle and tight fit effortlessly. He was quite impressive!He then again immediately began to start unloading my vehicle in the rain, double checked everything, and then thoughtfully made sure I had all my belongings out of the truck before he went on his way. I would highly recommend AE Towing, for a great high quality experience. Thanks Zach!

The man that towed and delivered my vehicle was extremely kind, knowledgeable and punctual. He had great communication skills and worked well with my daughter to get my vehicle into its handicapped parking spot. I am very pleased with the service he provided!

Don't use them. They are owned by the criminal who owns Lou Glutz Motors(named and entirely based off the car dealership that defrauds the Lampoons in National Lampoon Vacation)that defrauds people for a living like me. There is no place on this planet for criminal scumbags like them

Called for road side assistance and was able to get a tow in less than 30 minutes. Driver was very nice and communicated about the issues that I was having with my vehicle to me help narrow down the problem. Honestly the quickest tow I ve gotten. Lovely experience. Would highly recommend.

We had a very positive experience with AE Towing. They towed my son's truck that wasn't driveable and not running to & from a local shop. The drivers were efficient and friendly. I applaud them for their professional work.

These guys straight up rescued me and my car. They TOWED MY CAR SIDEWAYS out of a ditch. How is that even possible?! And they were really nice and respectful towards me. It was as good an experience as possible given the circumstances

Once we put in the request for a tow, we were quickly contacted by a dispatcher. Then the driver contacted us with an ETA. The driver was courtesy and patient with our needs. We hope to never have to call again but will breathe a sigh of relief if we do. Thank you.

Excellent & very professional service, well within the window of time my insurance quoted me as an ETA. Got a flat tire on the way to work, driver with AE Towing was kind & quick, no issues whatsoever. Thanks again for getting me back on the road.

Zach was the driver who came to pick up my car. He was very polite and professional. Called me 5 minutes before he arrived so I could be ready. Absolutely no complaints and I would choose this business again.

I have needed assistance twice this month and both times AE towing has come to the rescue! The first time was when my alternator went out and the second time I had locked myself out of my car.On both occasions the driver arrived a lot quicker than the estimated wait time I was told by the dispatcher and that was amazing. I definitely felt like I was in good hands because both drivers seemed very experienced and both would explain each step as they were doing it. That is excellent customer service in my book because I felt they really cared about me as a person and the anxiety I was having and not just there to do another job. Both drivers were fast but careful and treated my car as if it was their own. Hands down the best customer service EVER! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I only wish I could remember each drivers name because I would love to give them both the recognition they deserve! Kudos to AE towing, your company and employees are amazing!With gratitude,Tonya Newman

My moms car broke down , Rick was out to us within a half hour . He was courteous , knowledgeable, kind and got the car towed for us right away ! Highly recommend these guys :)
