I'll go to this Advanced Auto Parts from time to time since it's right down the road from my work. The employees are always friendly and help me out with my needs. I've always been satisfied with my experience, and I've always gotten the products that I've needed.

Awesome help, couldn t find something on the shelf and was assisted even while store was super busy. Received m�ltiple recommendations for alternatives as well. Will definitely be shopping here again

Usually I get pretty good service when getting parts from here. But more recently I ordered an AC compressor kit. That didn't come with the adapters that it was supposed to I had to come back and I ordered the adapters that it was supposed to come with and was told they would arrive the next morning and would be called. I never got a call by noon. So I called at 2:30. And was told that it was coming from Portland and would be there by 3:30 I waited till 4. Still never got a call called back to have. Someone finally find it after it had been delivered earlier. And nobody had ever called me. I explained that I was waiting on this part to finish the vehicle I was working on but they could care less.

Great staff and prices, always have what I need and friendly, helpful service. Original (by honest mistake) gave me incompatible brake pads, but when I returned for the right ones, they hooked me up with some much nicer pads for no additional cost, as there were none of what I had originally gotten in stock. Would and will recommend to anyone.

Typically a good parts shop . I had a time here recently that the guy on the phone really didn't know what part I wanted(transmission oil cooler).Then when he did finally know the part, the price and availability was too high and a week + wait time . Was a no go for me.I still give them 4 stars . They've been good in the past, just watch the new guys on the phone team.

Had a defective battery that management refused to return. Bought lots of parts from here without an issue, and now have to eat $190 that I cannot get back. Very disappointed.

Friendly staff and very efficient. Always have fair prices and a bug variety of just about anything you could want or a store close by has it and they can usually have the part the same day. Definitely recommend these guys

Drive over 30min to come to this location staff goes beyond for hard and little things never fell like they are trying to up sale they find the cheapest options every time and never seem to be put out with putting things on the car

First time going to this store. It was a little dirty there was hardly anything on the shelves. They had no bags for me to put my purchased items that were way over priced by the way. But I was acknowledged by one of the workers the other three countinued on with there personal conversation. Needless to say I should of went with my first instinct and went elsewhere

I went to advance auto parts and they had the parts I needed in stock witch another parts store had to order the part. So I was able to finish the job, and they matched the price of the other store , served with a smile and a wish for quick repair as I was walking away part in hand and money still in my pocket.

Ordered parts online came at 725pm to pick them up and the store was closed. There was a sign saying temporary hours due to staffing. I come in when they are open and there's a bunch of people working here. I'll never come back to advance auto. This is the second time this has happened and the second store.

My boyfriend went in, i stayed in the car. Its an okay auto supplies store, I suppose I will be shopping there again. I'm not sure they have the best prices, but they are the only auto parts store in the 4 corners area.

Before I shopped here for a replacement headlight bulb, I had no loyalty to Advance Auto Parts. Now this location on HWY 99 will be by go-to store. Don Kuykendall went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and even installed the bulb for me. He brought out a full cart of tools and patiently put in my new headlight bulb. He saved me money, notified me that I needed an important part to hold the hood of my car up, and helped me install the two parts I bought. I felt taken care of and appreciate the excellent service from Don. Advance Auto Parts superb service combined with their long store hours mean you can get the parts you need to drive safely and comfortably and not interrupt your work schedule.

It says online Advanced Auto Parts was open until 9pm, but I drove to their Hwy 99 Store and it was closed. They should change the times online.

carquest Auto parts or in my case was Advance Auto parts there's a good place to find stuff that you might not otherwise find that other auto parts stores. So if you're looking for something specific and you can't find it check them out there's a good chance they will.

Always have good prices plus online coupons to save even more. Employees are friendly and store have pretty much what is needed at the moment.

I was referred to them, called ahead to see if they had what I needed. I was told over the phone they did. I drove over and when I went up to counter and asked for what I needed, I was told they didn't have what I needed. I told him I had called and spoke to someone that told me different and he just sat there and said no we don't have that. That is ok but to not look in the computer or ask his Co-workers was not customer service.

It's not a huge store, but it seems the stock they carry is adequate quality, so they will likely have the thing you expect and it will be a decent one. I've gotten tire chains, wiper blades, trailer hitch supplies, etc.

I am very impressed with Advance Auto Parts they have everything that I need almost every time that I call for a very reasonable price it's hard to get any parts place that has what you need anymore without having to order it and be a day or two out satisfied customer
