Action Automotive was awesome! They communicated with me every step of the way and were just over all good people. Got a part in my car replaced the same day and haven t had any issues since! I recommend if you re reading this and looking for someone to even just call for questions these guys will be there.

I heartily recommend having your car repairs and diagnostics done by Action Automotive. Craig (the owner) has the greatest integrity and cares about his customers. They back their repairs and work to find the best economical solution. If it's a situation that cannot be handled by Action, I know I can trust Craig or Johnny's referrals. I recommend this garage every chance I get.

I've been to action automotive twice now in the past couple of years. I live about 3 hours away and will continue to make the drive just to have them look at my car and make any necessary corrections. In that 2 years I've been to 8 other mechanics and this one was by far the best as far as efficiency, communication, and bedside manners go. They were even able to correct things that weren't done right from previous mechanics and are fair in prices as well. I am highly recommending them to all my friends and will do so to others as well who inquire about a good mechanic.

I've got a SMART car, and I've been to Action Automotive two times now. Both times, the folks were prompt and efficient, gave a clear idea of the time it would take to inspect/service my car, and stuck to that timeline. And this time, I had a discount, so my oil change was about half price, which was great. I'd recommend them to any SMART driver looking for service.

ACTION AUTO is totally professional and delivered the best service I have ever had for my 2009 Prius. Dealerships don t even come close in terms of honesty, timeliness, and doing their best to help make repairs affordable. They will be my new go to !!

I highly recommend Action Automotive. I worked with Ben on the customer service side and he was very patient and clear and an excellent communicator. That means a lot to me because I am out of my depth when it comes to mechanical things. On the auto service side, I was so grateful that they could install the part in one day because I needed to leave town the very next day. I'm very pleased with all of the service I received at AA and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for honest , timely and quality car repair as well as excellent customer service.

Action Automotive worked really hard diagnosing my old multifunctional lever (finding the gremlins who were making my wipers do crazy things) and let me know quickly that I needed a new one. I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment (like my old shop/mechanics). They had me come in the day after I called, quickly installed the new lever in a few hours and now my wipers are working perfectly. Everyone there was outgoing and communicable. I can't wait to go back to Action whenever I need something else fixed. They did a GREAT job and I'm super happy I found them! Thank you Action Automotive.

I needed a fuel gauge sending unit in the fuel tank replaced. I dropped my truck off in the morning, and it was repaired and ready to pick up in the afternoon. The final price for the repair came in well under the initial estimate.I've used Action Automotive for a much larger repair in the past. They do quality work, and they stand behind it.

As a female, it s important to me to feel respected when I take my vehicle in for service. I ve been to shops that talk down to women. Action Automotive staff were kind, professional, and respectful. There was one issue that I had to take my vehicle back in for that wasn t fixed as it should have been, but they got right on it and took care of the issue and I m a happy camper. They eve arranged to have an Uber take me home after dropping my vehicle off. I gave them a laundry list of things to fix and they tackled every one, quickly! It easily could have taken weeks to fix all the things. I m grateful for how quickly everything was fixed, even though one thing had to be redone.I highly recommend Action Automotive!

These guys are amazing. I called so many places that told me it would be at least 6 weeks before they could even look at my truck. I got in an accident Monday the 15th. They took my truck in that Friday night and it was ready for pick up Monday afternoon. So kind and patient. It was under my deductible, so I didn't even need to use insurance. Thank you guys so much!!!!Highly recommend.

Have been having coolant leak problems for months. Took it to two shops both told me they couldn't find a leak, although one did replace a part but it didn't fix the leak. Took it to Action Action Automotive and found that the water pump was leaking. Very impressed with the service and how quickly they were able to addresse the problem. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Employees go out of their way to be help. Very reasonable when it comes to getting an appointment time even when they are busy. Always courteous and willing to answer your questions about the repair work before and after the service. Great automotive shop.

Friendly, fast and reasonable priced. I've had my car there twice, they fix a home garage headlight mess (thank you previous owner) and recharged my AC. I'm going back for 60,000 scheduled work. I really trust these guys.

As you can read below, Action Auto has taken stellar care of both my 1993 Ford Bronco (Dolly), and my 1999 Ford F350 4x4 Dually (Big Bertha).I ve had several vehicles cared for by Action Auto and the time came to have the gents at Action Auto take care of Pandora (1968 Dodge Charger R/T). I trust these guys emphatically and it pleased me to have a friend take his F150 over to them on my recommendation for repairs. They fixed his truck and got him back on the road quickly and now he is a loyal customerThank you for being honest ppl who do great work. In my best Schwarzenegger impersonation - I will be back!!! Thank you for fixing my Charger and its electrical woes.The time has come that I needed to introduce "Big Bertha" ( F350 Dually) to the crew at Action Auto.Been experiencing some intermittent starting issues and called and got an appointment slot the next day (your results may vary) and realized that I was lucky. Action Auto has taken amazing care of my Bronco and F350 and I have ZERO reservations taking my vehicles or referring my friends to them.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

New to Eugene and felt stressed about finding a new mechanic I can trust. At Action Automotive they were able to diagnose the issue with my transmission and correct the problem promptly and overall did a great job. Stellar business model. It s clear customer satisfaction is a top priority. I bought a used car in a hurry and when that decision backfired on me, Action Auto was there to help. Had me safely back on the road in 2 days. Would not hesitate to recommend Johnny and his team. Don t walk, run!

Paid my labor bill through a third party and was warned that it could run a little more if the shop had any trouble installing my parts for whatever reasons that could come up. I totally expected an extra something, somewhere, like always at a repair shop. Much to my surprise, nothing extra! And done within the time promised and they did an exceptional job. The mechanic must have been a perfectionist. Can't stand to watch them work but we appreciate the final product. Hahaha. Thanks Action! I think I have found a new place to get my rigs fixed. And I have a fleet of them. Lol. Thanks again guys, yours truly, Bill and Jan Show!!

I've been to Action Automotive a few times in the last year and a half. They are always really kind and professional. They thoroughly inspect and let me know what I need to take care of now and what will need to be done soon. They always get my car into the shop promptly and fix my car on schedule. Complimentary Uber if your rig will be in the shop awhile, which was great during work hours so I could stay productive since they have no Wi-Fi; comfy chairs though. Their inspection report app (tekmetric) is really cool too. I love the details it provides and it's super easy to reject / approve the individual services (some with pictures) you want and signing on screen is a breeze.I was pleasantly surprised at how little maintenance my 2017 Corolla actually needed at 90k miles, and this also made it immediately clear that they weren't trying to ding me for every little thing they could. Great integrity and honesty. Prices are quite reasonable too. Only a little over $200 for a transmission flush and fluid change.

Allayed my fears about my neglected truck. I gave them ample opportunity to find something that needed fixing and they said "it's a clean truck." I felt that the charge was reasonable, the work was thorough, and it was all done way earlier than expected. Craig was great to work with; good listener and communicator. Stayed in touch as the truck was being worked on. Great service.
