Last month, on a multi-day road trip, the part of the murphy bed drive assembly in my RV came loose from where it was screwed to the bed platform and, when I lowered the bed one night, this piece, which looks like a large roll up window shade, ended up on an angle, with one end wedged between the wall cabinet and the bed platform and the other end down under the bed. I was able to free it where it was jammed into the cabinet and got it to fall all the way down through to the floor so I could put the bed back up and retract the slide for travel. I called no less than 5 Winnebago service centers near me and along my path as well as a number of RV mobile techs/independent techs to inspect the bed to see if I could safely lower and raise it to sleep on the bed. None of the Winnebago service centers would help me because I had not purchased my unit at their stores, and only one independent tech, was able to help me - ABC Mobile RV Repair in Eugene, OR. Rafe was able to squeeze me within 2 days after arriving in Eugene. He removed the fallen shade type unit and inspected the rest of the drive unit. With his inspection and evaluation I was able to continue my stay in OR and continue traveling, knowing that the bed would lower and raise as needed, even though a bit more work would be needed to fully repair it. I found Rafe to be well informed, professional, helpful, thorough and pleasant. I highly recommend him!!

Rafe is absolutely amazing! We had an electrical/solar issue and he fit us in and fixed us up. We are so grateful. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough, helping us with our warranty on the damaged piece. We will only utilize his services from now on.

We had an electrical issue with our furnace. I called Rafe and made an appt for a couple days later. He showed up on time. Chased and fixed a couple of issues and had us working again. Really happy with the service. Rafe was really thorough. Very affordable.

Diagnosed my issue over the phone, showed up on time, got right to work changing the check valve on my water heater. Didn't waste anyone's time and finished in an hour instead of the quoted 2 hours and charged me accordingly. He even showed me the broken valve and explained why it caused my issue. Love that! He was also the only mobile repair to call me back out of the three we called. I'm happy as heck with this company, will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Rafe fixed my water heater and did a straightforward job, although he seemed quite uninterested and cold the entire time. Next time I needed him for an electrical issue. He came, assessed the situation, gave me a quote, said he would figure out a time, and then ghosted me. I called and left multiple messages and he never got back - left me without power in my RV going into winter! It was really unprofessional and still have not heard from him to this day. Since then, have heard a few more cautionary tales about this guy... seems like the service is pretty hit or miss. Would advise going elsewhere, there are better mobile repairmen in the eugene/springfield area who will communicate with you and be up front if they don't want to take a job.

Absolutely thrilled with the service and repair we received. Preparing for a cross country trip and discovered some things that needed repair and Rafe discovered some things that needed repair. He was extremely knowledgeable, encouraged us to get a 2nd opinion and his rates were comparable with everybody's. I know there are 1 stars on here but I can't understand why. But know in advance this is a mobile business and he's coming to you which you are going to pay for. It's very convenient and you don't have to take your rv somewhere. Thank you Rafe for everything.

Fixed my blown electrical converter from a miswired home 30 amp circuit the *next* day. No BS, no fancy baloney, just a honest job at a fair price. This is the guy to call, for sure, unless you need a cup of coffee, free popcorn and a counseling session. I rate this service 5 stars.

WARNING! So I am so enraged with Rafe (ABC Mobile Rv repair) that I had to create a profile to leave my first yelp review. My RV trailer has water damage in two places because Rafe decided to cut corners and not seal the roof of my trailer when I paid him to "re-seal" my trailer, about a year ago. At the time of re-sealing my trailer he decided after the seals on the sides of my trailer took too long to scrape out, and that he under bid the job, the roof didn't need to be sealed. After about a year or so since I had him re-seal the trailer and I noticed a leak in the roof and he quickly came out to do a patch seal (60 days ago) I was pretty irritated that he had not sealed the roof originally when he agreed he would re seal the trailer and that I was experiencing damage which was the whole point of paying to come out and re-seal anyway.....so I just realized that I have damage in another location where the old seal has apparently cracked.(60 days from last leak) I contacted a couple business's who do RV servicing and they claimed that when you typically re-seal a trailer the roof is the first part to be concerned about and should be included in a re seal unless specified before the job was started, not after, like I had assumed. I contacted Rafe and explained the situation and that I was frustrated I was having damage now and that I would accept for him to properly seal the trailer like should have been done the first time and not put off and wait until I realize the roof wasn't sealed to tell me the roof wasn't included in the bid. He told me he wouldn't do it for free that it would be over $700 and to have someone else do it. I let him know I would be back charging him for the proper repair, my attorney fees, and also for the damage that has taken place. Don't let this happen to you or your RV. -David

Called me, and I tried to described the problem with my electric. Did not know what an inverter/charger was or that all a/c went through the unit and transferred DC power to ac when ac not present. Said we were still not on same page and I should find someone else, and I agreed. He hung up on me!

AVOID !!Awful experience , this company tried to hold my RV hostage because they could not fix it and needed more time. I finally got my RV and had to have it repaired elsewhere.
