Dropped my car with front bumper damage and it came out looking brand new. I have that difficult pearl color paint with a slight glitter to match and they matched it perfect too. Car was even washed and cleaner than when I dropped it off. I appreciate how easy the process was and the staff were great. Highly recommend.

I ve not only had my car repaired once, but in total three times I ve been to this location and they have done amazing quality work and they ensure every time my vehicle leaves, it looks new! They understand the difficulties with insurance companies and always share a laugh with me and provide updates on my vehicle s progress so I never have to worry about what s going on. Overall a great place to take your car for repairs, and a great team that will help your day get better! Thanks guys!

I was rear ended in November and had a few recommendations to bring my Tahoe here for the repairs from being hit. And when I say they are top notch!!! They not only did an amazing job on the work, but they kept me informed and communicated with me every step of the way, and sent text messages and called me if needed. I had a concern about the frame of the vehicle, and they didn t push me off and made sure to check it out. They went over things and paid such close attention to detail, details I would not have ever thought of. To top it all off, they cleaned the inside of my car! It was freshly vacuumed and looked amazing! Finally, they have a two year warranty on their work and that s very impressive to me. I will always recommend A&M to anyone needing collision or autobody service, they did a stand up job!

A&M is amazing. They have super friendly staff and the car looks fantastic, good as new. They gave a realistic time estimate and got the work done early. I received regular text messages letting me know how they were progressing and they gave estimated dates of completion. I would absolutely recommend them and take any future vehicles there.

All staff worked with were exceptional. The secretary worked with our schedule to ensure we were not going to be inconvenienced in any way. We were continually updated with the progress and A&M even was able to get finished with the repairs early. The weather has not allowed us a full inspection of the finished work but based on the care and respect A&M shows for their customers and what we can see so far, we expect nothing less than an exceptional job.

Second visit to A & M in the last 3 years, and while you never wanna find yourself needing autobody work, if you do, A & M should be your first call. In my experience, the customer service and quality of the work was A+. As importantly, the turn around time and pricing beat the other places I looked.My only regret, bringing my own coffee - they're brewing theirs regularly and offering it with a wide selection of sugars and creamers.Seriously, if you need collision repair, call em up. Tell Julie I sent ya.

The folks at A&M are kind, considerate and efficient. My car looks amazing. They not only fixed the damage beautifully, but also they washed the car inside and out. I highly recommend this body shop.

Quick repairs. Worked with me in a unique cash pay situation. Went above and beyond with the little details like wiping down interior and cleaning spots in engine bay. Very satisfied and would recommend or use them again!

A&M body shop were very friendly and professional when dealing with me . This was a very stress situation for me since I was a travel nurse and very far from where the accident occurred. August & Joey are very professional and nice. They are holding my belongings until I get back up to Northern Ca. So I could drive to shop. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work

Came in originally for a front bumper and grill. Was then given excellent service and got my car back within a week or so and paint matched perfectly. Come a week the paint started just peeling off and and few days later lost a bumper vent. I went in and they told me they would order a vent and plan to fix the paint because obviously it was not right. A month later I go back in because I maybe thought they forgot about me, they did. A week later I get my car back fixed and painted beautiful again but have lost my 2 year warranty since I ve scuffed the bottom of the bumper. Didn t get a call to come it up after and no one to talk to about it. I asked for a receipt since I wasn t given one. They can match colors and do the work right when poked at but can t seem to do it the first time.Had to come back to change me review from 2 star to 1 star because now you can add theft to this shop. Stole my radar from my car and since I signed papers it s on me. Great honor on these guys.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST AUTO AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I VE EVER HAD!!! Jeremy at A&M Autobody provided the best service to repair my car after getting rear ended that resulted in smashing in the entire back end of my SUV. Every auto shop in town told me they had a 2-4 month wait for autopsy repairs but Jeremy got my car in the very next day after I called him and got it back to me very quickly. Jeremy handled all needs with my car insurance so I didn t have to stress about a single thing. I just bought my SUV in July and had it fully inspected twice by a major national dealership shop. A&M did such an awesome job inspecting my entire car they discovered the other dealership ripped me off in fees and did not notify me of very obvious (to mechanics) extremely unsafe frame issues (that had nothing to do with getting rear ended) and was required by law to tell me it was not safe and NOT to buy the vehicle. Jeremy ensured he would support me with the entire process of dealing with that, no matter how long it takes. They went well above and beyond just fixing my recent accident issues to make sure my car is so much safer for me and my kids. I can t say enough great things about A&M Autobody and Jeremy. He is very professional, friendly and communicated so well and took the time to listen to any concerns or questions I had. I will never use a different auto shop than A&M if I need to again. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

Service was slow. Communication was only initiated by me. The repairs were subpar at best. All repairs were not done. I had to end up ordering my own spare tire cover because of the inability of the technician handling this repair. I would sadly not refer anyone here. I did reach out prior to this review and shortly after my vehicle was finished and have yet to receive a response from anyone.

I would 100% recommend this shop. After the ice storm they got our car in asap. They not only dealt with our insurance multiple times but Manny went out of his way to communicate with us and our insurance. We will 100% give this shop our future business!

Excellent customer service! They went above and beyond my expectations, and were very helpful in dealing with the insurance company. The body work appears to be perfect. I will definitely return, should their services ever be required in the future.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at A&M Auto Body, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Joseph, my assigned technician, demonstrated outstanding skill and attention to detail in restoring my vehicle. The entire repair process was efficient, and the staff at A&M Auto Body were both professional and courteous. The facility itself was well-maintained, and they kept me informed about the progress of the repairs. I highly recommend A&M Auto Body, especially if you have the opportunity to work with technician Joseph.

I was always treated politely, which isn t always the norm for women in car repair shops. They did a beautiful repair on my vehicle, and even finished a day earlier than the estimate. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them.

It was difficult to get a slot for an estimate but once they were able to accommodate me A and M was very helpful; they communicated frequently in keeping me apprised of the status of my car and the subsequent insurance steps that needed to be taken

They did a terrific job on our Prius. The work was completed three days earlier than they estimated. The car was cleaned inside and out. The staff was great to work with and kept us apprised through the process. We noticed there was a small problem switching on the bright lights and they fixed it quickly the next day. I absolutely LOVE this place! Not only do they do excellent work, they have a great system for staying in communication. Staff are friendly and care about the customers! Shout out to their receptionist for giving me good info on car rental companies. I have used A&M since I was 16. I have never and will never take my automobiles anywhere else!

My wife and I live in Ohio, and our son is a Univ. of Oregon student who had some hail damage to his vehicle. We connected with A&M Autobody through our insurance provider and made an appointment for our son to take his vehicle in. He was met by a professional team who assessed the damage. We were given an honest estimate for our claim that was followed up by a trustworthy recommendation by Joseph at A&M. Although the damage was purely cosmetic and not worth our moving ahead with the repair, we were so pleased to make the connection with A&M. Joseph clearly understood the challenges of our being so far away from our son's school, and left us with the assurance that A&M would be available to work with us for any work on our son's vehicle as long as he is in Eugene. What a relief to have found an honest and responsive shop like A&M Autobody, and we are pleased to recommend them to others.

Outstanding!! If I could give them more stars, I would! Manny and his team took amazing care of me and my car. They got me in much sooner than another company and the estimate covered what needed to be repaired so no surprises. The staff are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They texted updates regularly and were easy to get ahold of with questions. Great shop and the repair looks like OEM! Thanks to A and M!

I was told it could take up to 2 days for the repair. They had my work taken care of in a little over a half of one day. I was able to drop off and pick up my repaired car in the same day. Nice job!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
