Mike does great and honest work. Don't let these one stars tell you differently. Invoices broke down what he did. Mike has gone the extra to not only put the right tires but he's very communicative. I will only take my bike here whenever I need it worked on.

I rarely review any company/person as I feel a experience can be appreciated or disputed in person as an individuals experiences vary depending on the situation. That being said as time goes on I am realizing the importance of sharing information and your experiences to further help others when deciding on a service/product. I have called several garages this past year in need of help on my bike from tire replacement to carb syncing. To find individuals so flooded with projects they loose that sense of customer service..of quality and pride in what they have built. My experience with every local shop in Eugene has been a hassle. I recently contacted Mike about some work I needed done he promptly informed me to bring it over and he would be happy to help. Mike was super quick to repair my bike and contact me back before most shops even open. He has a very organized shop..very experienced..and tons of patience to not only explain what he did or may need to do but to develop trust as two individuals. It was a pleasure and I can't recommend him enough. The quality of work and extremely fair labor rates...you will not find another local motorcycle garage better than 541.

I own two Victory Motorcycles! Ever since the Victory Shop closed here in Eugene I ve had to take them up to Salem for maintenance and repairs. I m very OCD when it comes to my bikes, but after a business acquaintance suggested Mic I thought I would give him a try . I took one of my bikes Betty , to him for an oil change and a minor repair. I was, to say the least, pleasantly surprised at the quality of his work and professionalism. I have used him ever since for all my routine maintenance and major repairs on both of my bikes. He s honest and keeps me apprised of the work he s doing and the cost associated with it. Almost completely guessed my issue before he even looked at our TaoTao 150cc. Got us in and out within two days for a reasonable price. He guaranteed his work, said if we have any issues to bring it back in. Awesome experience overall.

Mic has been so helpful to me. He has come and picked up my scooter and done repairs in a timely manner. He repaired electrical issues and replaced tires. He also came to my place to fix my wheelchair lift in my van. It was stuck out in the open and I was unable to drive anywhere. His prices are very reasonable and his work is thorough. Mike did an awesome job with my vintage CB 750, rebuilding motor, carbs, and a few electrical things as well. He always goes the extra and fixes what is wrong and no more. Always have and will continue to use for all my motorcycle needs.

I am eternally grateful to have found this place, Mike the owner is an absolute god send. I just moved to this area and I had called around to severall other shops before I landed on this one. They all either didnt answer their phones, didnt return calls or had wait times of wayy to long to get my bike in. Mike has been my go to for all over my repair needs, from, oil change, sprockets, tires, adjustments. He is extremely knowledgeable down to earth and 100% knows what he's talking about. He's never let me down with timing and expectations on how long I should wait to change things due to safety. He is just on point. Thank you Mike for all your hard work and for truly owning it in your area of expertise.

I brought my V star here for repair and maintenance and Mike did a good job. Had tires changed, carbs cleaned and brake service among other things. He sent updates periodically to keep me informed which was nice and the pick up and drop off service was really helpful. Place is fairly detail oriented and they let you know any additional things that need work as they come up. There are not many shops around here so Im glad I found this place. Bike is running smooth now and would come back here.

I have taking my Honda CTX motorcycle here for 2 years now, since when I was doing side (and on occasion full-time) deliveries with the bike I needed prompt servicing. Michael is certainly prompt with notice, as well as straightforward and upfront about cost estimates and explaining any problems that one sees or detects. He will suggest areas needing watch or potential work down the road but does not push anything, and I highly appreciate this. Nothing but 5 stars for this business. I have taken him some really sad projects that I tried to fix or the kids have run into the ground and he went the through them all and found every single thing wrong and fixed it. He is honest, priced well and I trust him with all my work. He also leaves with suggestions and recommendations on how we should care for the equipment in the future.
