Topline is absolute best! If you get into a tricky spot, they have all the right trucks, gear and just general know how that an average tow company does not. My truck was pretty far off akin a ditch in deep snow wedged between some trees. Wade the driver worked his magic and safely recovered my vehicle without causing further damage. Wade is very experienced and came with a good game plan and even changed my flat tire for me!Also, big thank to I believe her name was Nicole in dispatch, she was very friendly and kept us updated promptly. All and all they are the best in my book.

The driver, Beau, showed before AAA could even get me an eta for his arrival and then made a point to be careful with my vehicle. It was an excellent experience in a very inconvenient situation.

First experience with a towing company, from the time i called to the time my jeep was loaded up less than a hour, great people and the driver that came to haul me out after i broke was an awesome individual, if i breakdown in their area again im calling them up first without hesitation.

Great service! My son ran his truck into a very deep ditch and they came out within a half hour and got it out. Randy and Beau are very professional and put me at ease immediately with their confidence, expertise and kind demeanor. Dispatch was equally patient and professional. Our Ford SUV died on Foster Rd and 212 in Damascus a couple weeks ago and we were sitting ducks in the left turn lane...Luckily TOPLINE TOWING (AAA) rescued us and towed us safely back to Estacada. We surely appreciate their service. BTW... Jeremy is a very compassionate & professional tow guy. Thank You.

I had the misfortune of having my alternator die at Timberline Lodge. I called triple A and the dispatcher tells me that "there's no way anyone will go up there. it's too much of a liability. I have people in Bend that have been stuck for 4 days because no one will go get them." Well, great! What now? I call around and finally get in touch with Topline Towing. LeeAnn, the dispatcher was incredibly nice and helpful. She said, of course, they would come up there! Randy, our driver was awesome. He got us down with no problems, all while regaling us with incredible stories from his days as a tow truck driver. Thanks so much, Randy and LeeAnn, you gave us a lot of reassurance during what could have been a stressful evening. And Randy - you should definitely try to write a book!Service: Car towing

The owner of this company is incredible! I'd give them 20 stars if I could!!! We had been waiting for over five hrs thru roadside assistance for anyone to come tow us at Timber Park and Topline Towing came as soon as they got the call! He even waited after the park even closed for us to leave, get our truck, and head back to get our new Ford Mustang Mach E towed because of a 12 volt battery notification that made our car immovable. Keep in mind, our car still had 80% battery life when towed. Some kind of glitch in Ford software... Anyways, he was so knowledgeable about towing of all vehicles, including an all electric car! Trust me, most towing companies have no idea how to tow an electric car! I recommend this company so highly to anyone and to make this your FIRST call if u need assistance, don't even bother with Ford Pass Roadside Assistance for help. Thanks again for everything Topline Towing!!!

Our truck was stuck in a field, We had called other tow truck companies and asked for help getting us out, they said they couldn't help us. Called Topline towing and they said no problem. Wade was here faster than expected and did a great job of assessing the situation and pulled our 3/4 ton truck out. I highly recommend Topline Towing!! I'm sooo relieved.

Wade saved us! I wish I knew her name but also the woman we spoke with was incredible as well. When no one else would rescue us, Topline did at a fair price that my insurance company will reimburse. Wade was obviously extremely skilled and confident. It took a little maneuvering for him to get our car unstuck from the snow but I trusted him right away and he did it in the most professional way with great communication. Highly recommended!

Went out floating yesterday which was not the float we anticipated. Went from mciver to Barton and put into the water at about 1pm. When we arrived at Barton at almost 9pm we had to go up to get my friends keys from my car at mciver park. The park technically closes at 9 and apparently they call a towing company to come get all cars left there after 9pm. When we got back down to Barton park they had her car just hooked up. Wheels still on the ground and we told them the situation. The guy said this is a million dollar company we don t make money by just letting them go. We can let it down but it s going to be $150 to take it down and $359 once we get it to the shop. Zero sympathy. So while my friend was calling trying to get the money to pay it I called the tow truck companies phone number. Explained the situation and she said let me call my driver. He immediately changed his tune and said oh just let it down to the other driver. Apparently the first guy is a jerk with something to prove because his parents own the company. Maybe once you guys pass on the company you should literally pass it on to anyone else unless you want your company to go belly up. Thank you to the lady that called off that dog of a man. And shame on him. Customer service is the center for any business. You should teach that to your son. The other driver and the lady were very nice and professional. But it didn t save the whole experience we had with dealing with that guy. we were 2 women and I feel like he may have also been trying to take advantage of that. What a horrible experience.

I got connected with Topline Towing through AAA when our car's alternator failed late at night. Brandon was our driver that saved us late at night. It was amazing how fast he got there. He got our car secured efficiently and drove very well the whole time. He had a great attitude the whole hundred mile tow and was good fun to talk to. I doubt many people would have done as good a job as him, especially so late at night and at the end of his shift!Service: Car towing

10/10 would recommend using this company. My husband and I got stuck up at the Timberline Lodge without the right gear for our car and knew we would need a tow to get off the mountain safely. The woman on the phone was kind and let us know what to expect which was helpful since neither one of us had been towed before. The owner himself came to tow us and he was efficient, friendly, and kept our safety in mind when it looked like the weather had worsened since we originally called, and took us down a little further where it was safer to drive.Wonderful locally owned company.Service: Car towing

Engine in motorhome overheated leaving me stranded on Mt Hood. This was only company willing to come to my rescue and tow back to Milwaukie. I am not someone that often writes reviews, but in the case of Topline, I MUST make an exception. My PHEV was stuck at a trailhead accessed via forest roads. I lifted the hood & saw nothing that looked familiar. New age, new vehicles. I received a ride to Zig Zag, the nearest town, where cell service was available. I called AAA and, rather surprisingly, they would not respond as the vehicle was stuck at a trailhead. They did, however, recommend Topline to get the job done. It was a fantastic recommendation. They were helpful, professional and we were at the trailhead in less than hour. (Wade picked me in Zig Zag.) What really blew me away, was that Wade had done a quick Google on my PHEV before leaving, as he knew that there would be no signal at the trailhead. I was certain I would have to be towed, but he seemed pretty certain that he could jumpstart the vehicle. And so it was!! His homework paid off and he knew exactly how to do it. In no time, I was on my way home, with Wade following to make sure I got out safely. I cannot say enough good things about these folks and WILL carry their card in my vehicle, alongside my AAA card!! I go with my 5 kids for a lazy ride fromMcIver to Barton. It's a beautiful section of water and easy to navigate. Fun for the entire family. I pay for a day parking at Barton. Well in the middle of the ride, one of the tube got cut by a rock . And we reached a long water in the rocks. We decided to get out for safety reasons. We walk and walk till we reached all the way to Barton. Well our car was gone. For one hour they charge me 520$ . A single mother. They are not humans THEY ARE DEVILS THAT PRAY ON PEOPLE'S LIFES.

I was literally in tears broken down on the highway a mile from Government Camp, the driver Thomas called to make sure he had an accurate location and then arrived quickly and worked very efficiently, and was also very kind. This was the best experience I could have possibly hoped for in the situation and I will forever recommend Topline Towing to anyone in an unfortunate automotive situation within their service area.Thank you so much for saving the day!Service: Car towing

I was towed tonight by a young man named Thomas Harkness. Absolutely a wonderful human being. Very knowledgeable of his tow service. I have a very low profile car and I had to pull off of the road into a muddy grassy area. Thomas was willing to answer all my questions. I would give a higher score if I could. We were stranded on highway 26 after an accident with our wheel. AAA contacted several towing companies and Topline Towing was the only company that was willing to come get us. Our towing person was very professional and extremely efficient. He was extremely friendly and made the drive back home comfortable and pleasant. He drove us the 73 miles back to Portland. The overall experience was fantastic outside of our unfortunate event. I would 10/10 times recommend Topline Towing to friends and family. Thank you so very much.Service: Car towing

Topline was dispatched via AAA and the driver arrived quickly to tow my vehicle. Once we arrived at the destination he was very patient while we figured out the crazy parking situation at the dealership. He also made sure that my ride home had arrived before he left. AAA connected me with Topline Towing to have one of my cars transported from Portland to Long Beach, Washington since I am moving to a new house and can t find the keys to one of my cars. Randy showed up on time and right from the beginning he took excellent care of my car! He was cautious not to drag the back bumper since it s lowered, and he even carefully chose what straps to use as restraints in order to protect the paint. It was clear that he really treated my car as if it was his own. He was polite and personable and made the experience very pleasant!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Whilst driving home on HWY 26 after a weekend in Bend, my left rear wheel separated from my axel and I came to a screeching halt as my drum brake dug into my rim. While truly terrifying, and entirely the fault of the mechanic that failed to torque my lug nuts after a recent brake service, I couldn t have been more fortunate that Randy at Topline Towing heeded the call from AAA. Not only were they the only company that would drive out on a Sunday night, but the owner himself did so after assisting 14 other patrons that particular day. Randy was exceptional in finding our vehicle (without cell service, mind you) and then sprang into action immediately to get us out of harms way. We had a delightful conversation on the nearly 75 mile ride back to Portland and one thing was immediately clear, he is a kind hearted soul that really takes joy in helping others and the broader community. Words cannot express how thankful my girlfriend and I (and our two dogs w/ us) are for getting us off the side of the highway and safely home. I will never use another service, I can assure you, there are none better.

BEST TOWING EXPERIENCE EVER!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Topline owner (Randy) drove 50 miles last Saturday afternoon to pick up our broken down Jeep on side of Mt Hood. He was on-time, fast, professional, helpful and courteous. When there was a problem at the drop-off end (due to the workshop where we wanted it delivered) he resolved the issue in a creative thoughtful helpful way. Brothers car was stolen, ended up at topline after it was found. Called and they said they're open 24hrs. Go to get his car at 2pm, and won't let us see it while the tow truck driver is out. Been waiting over 30 minutes. Horrible customer service.Service: Car towingService: Car towing
