Meh.You go one day, get okay service.The next day, I waited 15 minutes while this girl was looking for my thermostat housing gasket.....when she asked for help, the guy whistled at her like a dog and just pointed.It was very awkward to witnessed. I think the manager needs to focus on training staff better.

Not impressed. My husband went in a few days ago looking for a part. He asked to borrow a phillips head screwdriver. The gal at the counter was brand new, and didn't even know what a Philips screwdriver was, or looked like. When she tried asking for help from her co-workers, they were too busy talking to each other, and waved towards a random direction where the loaners might be. Neither of them came up to help her, and my husband, directly. My husband hates going here as it is and usually will drive to Sandy or Gresham for a Napa instead. This just proved once again that the men that 'work' there are a waste of space. I would NOT recommend this place.

They seem helpful. The most issue I have is with the ordering. I ve been called to pick up a part that I had paid for when I showed up they couldn t find it and kinda shrugged It off. I was never reimbursed. Keep your receipts!Also they don t always warranty parts even if it s under your phone number...keep the receipt! Double check you are getting the correct parts before you leave. Make sure the spark plug wires are not the ones you gotta build, because that is a waste of time. Also I ordered a kit that was supposed to be in Monday. It wasn t even ordered. Tried again and half of the wrong kit arrived a week later. Very frustrating.

Wouldn't accept return because a zip tie had been cut from packaging. Dishonest and greedy practice. I expect better from our town's business owners.

They usually have everything that I want they are a little more expensive but that's because they are available in the boonies great service great service and locally owned

Nice people but out of 6 parts I ordered 2 we're for the wrong vehicle and one was sent to the wrong store. They need a little more attention to detail... Will try again but hopefully I won't need them anytime soon

They were super efficient and quick.They had to order from the wharehouse due to bieng out of stock. They called the next morning at 8:30am and had my brakepads ready to go. They are on top of there game and it shows. Thank you Napa

The people seemed like younger people.One person didn't know what I was talking about. But she went above and beyond to find what I was looking for. They were all very helpful

No masks being worn during a pandemic, chit chatting amongst themselves completely ignored my friend who needed a bulb for a headlight for her car. Snubbed us both. Very poor customer service! Big guy at the desk was a real jerk. NAPA used to be great not anymore.

Very nice but didn't give me everything I needed to replace my thermostat. I asked for all the gaskets I would need and he gave me a black round grommet for the thermostat but no gasket for the block and by the time I figured that out.. The store was closed. So yeah...a little disappointed.

The only thing they know how to do is try to sell you tools you don't need. Multiple times I have ordered parts in and have been given a day and a time for it to arrive only to wait multiple days to actually get my parts. I am not sure if it is incompetence or if they just intentionally mis lead to get your sale. I have never had any issues like this with any other Napa store.

I sat in the car while my boyfriend went in to pick up a radiator cap. He was in & out quickly & didn't buy anything extra. I count that as a good thing. Always have what he needs here, too.

Good guy Mike at this store really saved the day. We needed to make an emergency repair and he came through with parts and expertise. We're really grateful our equipment failure happened so close to someone who could help us out. Thanks Mike.

The staff here absolutely amazing! I'm always come in with questions about my truck and they always seem to have the answer and the parts on hand ready for me to pick up. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Helpful people. my plug for my trailer lights broke off in transit. They gladly lent me the wire crimper needed to fix my car. Thanks guys!

They've helped save me a couple of times when it comes to needing parts. A little more expensive than some other places but the parts are good quality

Not much change from the last time I was there. Still had to order parts in. But counter person called to check if another place had it and put a hold on it.

They seemed serious about masking and had large plexiglass screens at the counter. Even so several customers were not wearing masks so I asked for my items to be brought outside which they happily did.

I use Napa a lot but they require a mask so now my company will go elsewhere. Steve is an awesome guy though.
