I experienced a serious brake failure while on a road trip near Enterprise OR. After limping into the shop on a busy Monday, I was given a quick review by Chip. He found parts quickly, and working with Cody, I was out the door is a few short hours the same day! Third level of service does not happen typically in an isolated place like this. The entire crew bent over backwards to insure my repair was complete, and done with great attention to all the details. THANKS!

I came in just after closing, but the team here put on new tires and made sure my car was safe to drive home in the winter storm that rolled in. Could not ask for better service. The shop here truly lives up the mission of doing the right thing.

We caught a rusty screw in our front right tire on the way to Wallowa Lake yesterday and the staff was so incredibly fast and friendly with their repair. From the front desk to the tire mechanic, it was easy company at zero charge. It costs nothing to be kind and their staff delivered that message loud and clear.HUGE Thank you from Alx, Kathleen and Teddy the yorkie

Wow! We were on vacation when we got a screw in our tire. They had us on the road in an hour. Thanks Toby for great service. I m buying all my tires from Les Schwab in the future!

They sold me some new shoes for my car with good explanations on what set would be best for me going through the smooth and rough triage in our area. Got a set of SUV with some teeth to them. They feel smoother and quieter than the previous set of snow tires and Street.The staff was super helpful and got me in and out as fast as they possibly could.

My wife and I were on vacation in nearby Joseph and woke up to our rear driver s side tire completely flat. Once we were able to install our spare we headed into Enterprise to seek help from the folks at this Les Schwab location. Dan and everyone else on the crew got us in immediately and checked out our damages/flat tire. Even though they were very busy they got to our tire in just a couple of hours and completely patched up our tire, checked the torque and refilled the air on all of our tires (even the spare). Hands down the best and friendliest service we ve seen at any automative/tire center. These folks provide the beat service. Thanks guys

Les Schwab has always provided top notch service here in Enterprise. I had a couple front tires that kept going flat, and they came to my place twice to fill them up at no charge. I just had them come fill them up again, and I took it into their shop to get new ones, expecting to pay at least $200. Instead, they repaired both tires, which both had faulty valves, and luckily enough, it turns out they are Les Schwab tires so there was no charge! I am so happy and impressed with their service. Thanks Evan, you made my day...5 star service....

Thank you all for squeezing me in inbetween appointments on Tuesday July 6, you were so busy after the holiday. I had an 800 mile drive to California & got here safe & sound! Everyone was super kind &got the job done right. Thanks again.

Thanks to this team for saving our family vacation when we got it one but TWO flat trailer tires in Enterprise. We were lucky enough to have Abby help us and she had our problem solved and us on our way very quickly. Thank you Abby! We had a great 18 day trip with no other issues thanks to your help! Oh, and my girls loves the popcorn. :)

We are visitors who had a nail in a tire, this Les Schwab was awesome. They were incredibly busy but no one was cranky with us, Abby was very helpful when my husband had questions about checking the brakes. Great place!

After camping in the Eagle Cap Wilderness for a week, something popped a hole in a tire of my rental car on the way out. The team at Les Schwab in Enterprise got us fixed promptly for a reasonable price. Thanks for the great service.

Traveling in the area and my rental vehicle (which came with one worn out tire!) got a flat. I was afraid to drive the spare all the way back to the airport so I stopped by here to see if my flat could be repaired. The employee who handled my situation was extremely friendly and got me fixed up 100%. When it came time to pay the tab, it was free! Wow! One of the best experiences I've had with any business. Highly reccomend.

Les Schwab tires have been the best tire shop I've been to, this store has been the best of the Les Schwab. Had two flats helped me get the truck to the shop for tires and we're very friendly and fast. Thanks to you all and keep up the great work.

I absolutely love Les Schwab. Last summer I bought a new set of tires from them in Boise for a really decent price. The warranty covered a replacement tire for partial cost and was only $33, and it was honored by a completely separate location way out near Wallowa Lake, Oregon. Excellent customer service experiences every time I'm there.

After losing my tire on my road trip these gentlemen were able to get me in quickly and on my way. Very polite courteous and professional. I don't usually write reviews but I had to because you don't see this kind of service anymore. Thank you

I just need to say what a great help these guys have been! We travel across a steep pass/ravine to get to Enterprise by car. This last time the tires were making a strange noise so I dropped by Les Schwab on the way into town. So glad that I did!! They found that the dealership that had rotated my tires had not put the lug nuts on tightly and had sheared, causing the tire to be unstable. They fixed in short order. A particular shout out to the young man that came out of the shop when I arrived asking how he could help; he rode with me in the car to diagnose the problem, and was the one to find the problem.

Wonderfully kind people. They went beyond just putting air in the tire, to finding out it had a nail & fixed it for free. So grateful I was directed to these God sent helpers, while I was on vacation.

Very nice honest folks working at the Enterprise Les Schwab. I had a flat due to faulty maintenance from Toyota of Corvallis, and the folks in here diagnosed the tread separation issue and helped communicate to Toyota of Corvallis about the problem and severe safety concern, to get it fixed and compensated correctly. Unfortunately Toyota of Corvallis is falsifying work and possibly under trained and not qualified, and Toyota's main office would only believe Toyota of Corvallis, but Enterprise Les Schwab is doing just fine with knowledge and should have been the trusted source. Even though Toyota of Corvallis did not come thru on their end of the maintenance agreement, Les Schwab did a great job fixing me up and I was back on vacation. Luckily Enterprise Les Schwab is looking out for my families safety, because Toyota of Corvallis specifically said they don't care about it. Thanks Enterprise Les Schwab!!!

My car quit in a car wash. Less Schwab had someone there within 5 minutes of my call. Rescued me, and all the cars in line behind me were able to use the car wash

Amazing service! Had a flat on our trailer out hunting and fixed it in few minutes. Just good ole fashioned hospitality you only find in small towns. :)

Here I sit on my day off at Les Schwab in Reno waiting for parts. The Les Schwab workers in Enterprise stripped 3 lug nuts on my Subaru messing up the sensors for the all wheel drive. This isn't the first time they have stripped them and not informed me Very disappointed in their service!
