Great personable service. The gentleman that opened the store let us in early so we could purchase some very much needed Def fluid. Very kind man and we appreciated his assistance when we came upon him prior to opening. Great little store too!!!

My son and his family live here, and each visit I have made to see them, finds us in the local Napa store. I have found them to be both kind AND neighborly! The " gruff" guy at the counter is complemented perfectly by the wonderfully nice young lady working beside him. This store is perfect in my opinion! My dad always said you can tell alot about a place, by who goes in it. I've seen every farmer, farm hand and old men in coveralls there, each treated with warm welcome. That's my kind of store! 5 stars!

I live in Elgin, and this is the closest Auto Parts store by 20+ miles. The service is hit-or-miss. The people working there appear kind of gruff or disinterested but have proven helpful in a pinch. Prices are 'Napa Normal' but they do get parts in when they say the will.
