My front Axle got stuck in a funny position. I called the trailer guys just by luck because they were close. Matt was awesome. They got it fixed in about 5 minutes and didn't charge a dime. Matt was great and is super knowledgeable when it comes to trailers. Highly recommended and I'll be back for trailer maintenance.

Great customer service and support! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Repair was performed fast and with outmost quality! Mobile tech service is very convenient! Tony, the RV Repair technician was kind enough to work with our extended warranty.

Hands down the best service I ve had in a long time. Called one other place in Newberg to look at my trailer and they couldn t look at it for a week.. So I called That trailer guy (Matt) and he had me fixed in one day. I was happy with the price and even happier he jumped right on it and fixed so quickly. He even gave me a spare wheel. You won t get this kind of service anywhere else in town. Thanks again Matt, I ll be back with any issues in the future.

Read the reviews and gave them a shot to fix an axle on my beast. Matt is a solid guy and will take great care of you. Very fair pricing and quick work. Highly recommend!

5 years ago we got a recommendation to see That Trailer Guy. Well we accidentally called That RV guy and got ripped off. So I was extremely hesitant to call Matt a few weeks ago because I wasn t sure I wasn t making the same mistake again. But finally made the call. Glad I did. We took our Class C motorhome in last week with a laundry list of items that we ve discovered in the year we ve owned it. He was a straight shooter and explained easy fixes where I know other places would have wrongly recommended replacement just to make a buck.Matt is honest, fast, and worth every penny. Highly recommend! And definitely will not hesitate to see him again if new items pop up.

I've had electrical work for my camper done here as well as a random weld job and a trailer axle/suspension replacement. These guys do great work and I've yet to be disappointed. Quick turnaround time as well!

Very satisfied with the service on our horse trailer! Fixed breaks/wiring and a new plug put on along with a few other small things ! My mom has had nothing but great experiences with That Trailer Guy. I provide shuttle service out there when my mom needs her Roadtrek worked on. Other outfits try to gouge older customers (or maybe they just want to sell RVs and aren't interested in fixing them), but not That Trailer Guy. He's always great explaining things and doing a great job at a reasonable cost. Many businesses could learn a thing or two from That Trailer Guy. It's definitely worth the drive.Service: Electrical

We took our motorhome in because of some water leaks that other places couldn't find or fix and a few other things that needed done. Matt and his staff were extremely helpful and knew what they was doing. He found and fixed all the leaks and also took care of a bunch of other stuff we asked him to fix. We were very happy with all the work and will be using him in the future. Plus he introduced us to his goats! :)Service: Electrical

Communication issues. Won t let you talk. Knows everything and nothing at the same time. Entitled.Arrogant, thinks he knows exactly what s wrong and hasn t even bother to look at or seen the issue. Argues with what he knows and has seen in his years with what is actual.

Quick, reasonably priced, and thorough. They are in demand, so expect to book an appointment a ways out. Being busy just means they must be doing something right.Little bit of a drive from Beaverton area, but it was worth it.

I came in on an appointment (that scheduled less than a week out) and the team fixed my issue by replacing my water pump while I waited. They also addressed two other honey-do items on my list. Very happy! Next day I experienced a different issue with my electrical box. I returned to their shop and they fixed me up again while I waited. I lucked out by having simple issues, and by finding That Trailer Guy to fix them for me on a timely basis at a fair price. Thanks Matt!

I have been Using Matt "The Trailer Guy" for many years for my RV repairs and i could not be happier. Honest and trust worthy man, great staff. They do not try to over sell you as all the Big RV repair places that I have been to in the past. You wont regret the service....

I needed an electric trailer jack installed and there was a fitting problem with the bottom plate - the hole was smaller than the hole in the top plate. Yesterday, Matt had me leave my trailer and said he couldn t get to it right then as he was slammed, but he would get to it either that afternoon or the next day. He called later and said it was ready to be picked up. AMAZING service!! I will definitely be going back for all of my travel trailer needs! Great guy!

We brought our trailer to Matt @ "That RV Guy" to renovate our new to us, 1995 Airstream Trailer. We wanted him to check all systems, both electrical and plumbing in the RV and redo the floors. They did a great job and even had it professional washed for us on the exterior. What we really like about him is we are able to call him multiple times for questions. He has $137 p/Hr posted in his window, but we know what it is like owning a business especially in Oregon. Now we are just about ready to take this to Montana. Just like with any other business make a list and check it off. We would recommend him.

Im traveling from Pennsylvania and staying down the road at Olde Stone Village RV park for a few days before heading to Crater Lake and CA. My class A was having strange electrical issues. I called The Trailer Guy and explained the issues. I drove to his shop the same day and he located the problem (loose house battery connection) and sent me on my way. Saved the rest of our trip. Cost was very reasonable and less than expected. Very happy with the service and highly recommend.Service: Electrical

Had a shower leak on our first trip with our new camper while in McMinnville which we discovered on a Sunday 2 days before heading off to more remote locations on the coast. Got a return phone call to our message within hours from the owner even though the shop was closed that day and they were able to get us on the road again on time even though it required a special order part. Fantastic service, highly recommended if you're in a jam.

They replaced a leaking water heater for me. Did a great job, explained everything and even told me about putting a zinc rod into the water heater. Pleased with their work. Love their service. Their pricing is fair. You can find cheaper elsewhere, but I think the customer service is worth a little bit more money. I would highly recommend them for your RV work. RV's can be a money pit, so you need to have good advice on what to do, and what not to do.

Great service, reasonable price. I appreciate their attention to detail in our conversation prior to work and in the work they performed on the trailer. They completed all tasks requested and provided details and a walk around before & after service.Knowledgeable & helpful. Absolutely will recommend to family and friends!

We have gone without a heater for 4 years because our heater had been worked on twice by an Airstream dealer and NOT fixed. Matt recognized right away the 2 simple issues and now we have a HEATER! Matt and his team have TONS trailer knowledge and skills. From now on this is where our little Airstream will come when it needs repaired. We couldn't be happier with the service at "That Trailer Guy" !!!

They are trustworthy!The shower in my camper had leaked and caused the wood underneath to start to peal. I thought they'd need to replace all the wood but it turned out it was just superficial. They gave me some special tape to seal it and sent me on my way. Had they replaced the wood it would have cost about $1500.00.

Had an electrical and water heater problem with our Keystone Cougar. My wife and I are first time RVers....say no more!! Set an appointment with the dealer two weeks out. Happened to drive by That Trailer Guy, formerly in Newberg. Called in, spoke to Melinda. Got us in the next day. Within two hours for diagnosing the situation, had our trailer done. Amazing, to say the least.We highly recommend Matt and his crew. They are top notch!! Wouldn t go anywhere else!!Great Job!!Thanks!!
