Mike was wonderfully helpful when we found ourselves over heating out of Reedsport. Checking on all the parts, as we were trouble shooting, calling a local friend to see if he could help get the issue fixed. Once we made it to the store he had the part waiting. Even checked on us a bit after closing to make sure we were good!

Mike and Jason are great. Super helpful and friendly. We came in a little over-whelmed with the project we were working on and they gave us great suggestions that eased our worry and made sure we had what we needed to do the job. Will definitely come again

Great resource for auto parts far from other stores. Great if you happen to be passing through or live in the area. And the staff are friendly and helpful. Recently, my car battery went dead and the staff gave me a portable charger which got my car started nicely - and they didn't charge me for the charger!

Broke down on a trip to Eugene from crescent City CA and happened to be a block away from napa. The staff was amazing, they treated me fairly and didn't leave me feeling treated differently for being a woman. They had the part and tools I needed and went above and beyond for me. Thank you napa staff!

Let me just say that I have been around for many years and whenever and wherever I am Napa Auto Parts is the top of my list. Not only do they have the best assortment of parts but the people have awesome knowledge of their products. Thank you Napa for all the years of helping me get my projects done.

Stopped to pick up a 50/30 electrical RV adapter and this store had everything you could want. Exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly counter man helped me find what I needed. Thanks.

They have quick service,can order new rebuilt part next day service of not in stock.price reasonable for poor Drain.Town nolonger has court judge bad now if you get ticket you have to see judge in reedsport,or.some60away unless OSP pull you over the your have to go to glendell or. Beleave me that judge ain't going to give.u owe u pay full.Really best to obey then go to court.

Napa has a very friendly and experienced staff. Was a very good knowledge of domestic vehicles and foreign vehicles including trucks and heavy equipment
