My significant other Dan, and I have stayed here many times over the years. With friends who are WorldMark owners. We love the indoor pool, and the indoor hot tub. We re excited to be coming back soon.Because it s been a year, or two. Since we ve been back. The front desk person. I think her name is Sherry. She knows our one friend that we come with the most. Who is the WorldMark owner. She knows Dan, and I too.Wondering if the janitor guy that had a side business as a clown performer is still working there. I forgot his name. But, he was always nice to us, and went out of his way at times. For us.Dan, and I love the resort also because of the amazing view we get from our condo, and I love sitting out on the patio in the morning. Watching the sunrise, and drinking my coffee.I don t get that kind of view at home.

The place was beautiful and the rooms were fantastic. The problem was the terrible customer service! When we arrived our room wasn't ready but they said it wouldn't be long and they would call us when it was ready. After nearly 2 hours I called them back and they had clearly just forgotten to call because our room was "just ready". We were told if we needed anything the best way was to text so we did several times and received an automated response thanking us for the text but never received a response to our question. 7 hours later when I called the front desk and asked the same question I was rudely told I should have called earlier. I explained I had sent several texts and hadn't gotten a response. She didn't apologize or try to rectify the situation she just replied "oh I'll tell someone". Overall the location and rooms are fantastic the terrible service truly impacted our stay however.

The location is completely amazing. We had a ground level room literally within steps of cliffside ocean views. The ocean could be seen from the room as well. On site are 3 pools, 2 hot tubs and a 'baby' pool that was about a foot deep.The staff were very friendly. We were able to get extra room supplies easily.My sister tried to book a room here for years. I'm so glad she finally got a room for us!!

Awesome location! Situated on the side of a small cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The water is so close you can almost touch it. Amazing views, and you can feel the power of the ocean. I bet during a heavy storm swell the waves have to be amazing to watch! Definitely worth the price to stay at this property. Clean rooms, the only down side is the damage caused by the salt air. All of the doors to the back stick or are hard to open. Other than that, this is an amazing place.

Stayed for a week thru our timeshare. Beautiful room with awesome views of the ocean.Walkability: There was a walkway just above the ocean with an awesome view. Close to restaurants and shops. A bit of a drive to grocery store or Walmart.

High tides and angry ocean were a delight to watch. Too choppy for whale watching.Rooms: All condos have an ocean view and have a fully equipped kitchen.

I've stayed at a number of timeshare locations, but this was my favorite. The room felt like I was on a cruise ship with the ocean view from the couch. The rooms are a little dated, but not bad.August was great. We saw whales every morning from the room. It was amazing when they came into the bay next to the room one morning while I was drinking my coffee. I'll be back.

I love this resort but, the one thing I wish they would change though is the pushy sales people. We were told that we could set our timer for 60 minutes and get up and walk out no questions asked, that we didn't have to be or feel obligated to buy anything. The 2 that made us feel like we were tagged teamed were Mario and Canada John made us feel very uncomfortable and they were pushy and got John got kinda rude at the end after we were already there for more than 2 hours saying No. Had me hurry up and sign a paper as I was leaving after my husband because he was not feeling well, as he has health issues and I was worried about him. I now feel very uncomfortable with the paper I signed because I was not able to read it or even think straight but that was their strategy. Which I feel is very wrong. I love this resort but hate feeling sick after being pressured the first day of my vacation. That's awful of them. It horrible . We still have not received the 1,000 credits into our account as of yet either that we were promised for going to this meeting. We were told that they would be put into our account right away and then when asked them about it now they say it will take 2-3 weeks to show up. I sure hope that they do.

The room are pretty typical time share. This particular did not have any success like the other one that I was at earlier this year. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and it was very nice and we had a great view of the ocean.. all the units have kitchens stocked with everything. This unit has a fireplace which was in the dining room. Which I thought was strange. All in all it was a great stay.

The rooms are very nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo that overlooked Pirates Cove and it was amazing. We will come again and again. It is also within walking distance to Depoe Bay. If you do stay here make sure you walk to the cliffs across from the condos. Watching the waves crash from there is absolutely amazing.
