This place is amazing. Multi tiered front Rv spots so multiple rows of Rv spots have an oceanfront view. Pet friendly, family friendly, close and great beach, close proximity to establishments. The property managers were great! Park is clean and hospitable. Fire wood and basic needs at the camp store.Tip, bring your leveling blocks as some spots are a little sloped.

My wife and I recently stayed at Sea and Sand for six nights. We were greeted by the new park managers, Alicia and Brett, upon our arrival. Alicia and Brett are awesome folks. They are very personable, friendly, pleasant, respectful, and gave us advice on what to see and do in the area. The entire park is well maintained and very clean, including the bathroom. We enjoyed our site overlooking the ocean so much that we will be returning again next year for a longer stay. Kudos to the owners and managers, Alicia and Brett!

AMAZING!!! Fabulous campground. We stopped on a whim and Alicia was able to get us a wonderful ocean view on the 2nd tier, #98 with full hookups. Brett arranged a mobile RV repair for us on site. Free and clean large showers, laundry with free dryer on site, well stocked store for supplies and VERY well maintained property. Brett and Alicia are the new managers and obviously take pride in what they do. Super sweet and great hosts with lots of information to share about the area. So fun to chat with. Beautiful walking beach with stunning sunsets. We ultimately stayed 3 nights because it was so nice and welcoming. Brandon literally hand delivered our tags to us in the morning. We will definitely be back. Thank you Brett and Alicia! You are the best!

First time here, it won't be our last. Dog friendly, site, park, and bathrooms were immaculately clean, beautiful view from our space, easy beach access, & full hookup. Park staff was very professional and friendly. On Christmas morning they brought us a sweet treat. We are planning our next stay here.Walkability: Nice steps to the beach.Noteworthy details: Poop bag dispenser and disposal stations in multiple locations.

Best RV park I've been to in my 2 years of driving all over the country.- Staff and management are just lovely people. Everything is super clean and well maintained and beautiful. You can tell how much they love the park, and it's contagious.- Oceanfront sites look incredible. I stayed in the Forest for a week, which I loved -- nice private sites, no road noise from 101, and the beach is still steps away.- Yooooo the location. Incredible beach to walk or run -- don't miss the views from Fishing Rock, which is only about a mile down the beach.- Famous Otis Cafe is only a 10 minute drive up 101... nice hiking all around... and a delicious little French cafe next door (101 has a safe sidewalk here).

Loved the stay. Quiet and peaceful. Short walk to ocean. Friendly staff. Clean park. Would recommend site 57 and 46 if you don't want ocean front and prefer more privacy.

Love coming here. We've stayed in the Forest, up in the side rv spots and in the very front row for the best view of the ocean. Beautiful! The staff are super friendly and the facilities very clean. We always meet great people here whenever we visit which is at least twice a year. You have shopping either in Lincoln City or Depoe Bay/Newport. If you haven't visited, make this your next stay!

Nice RV Park. Spaces ARE close together, concrete fire ring at each site is located at one end of each site vs IN the site cuz the spaces are small. The BEST spaces are above the beach, a terraced area, 3 levels, with INCREDIBLE ocean views. The attached sunset pic was taken from there. Our goal is to get one of those sites next visit.Nice, central location to Lincoln City, Depot Bay (MUST eat at Tidal Raves! No reservations, and pricey, but SO good!), and Newport.Between the park and Depot Bay is Mossy Creek Pottery and Alder House Glass Blowing. There are signs on the road. Nice side trips. Also Devils Punchbowl, Cape Foul Weather, Otter Crest Loop are south of Depot Bay.At Alder House we watched Treasure (yes, his given name) create a custom glass pumpkin for me. Also watched him make a seashell. Very interesting and educational. NOTE: Items custom made need a day to "cool down" so be sure you'll still be around to pick up.Really can't go wrong visiting this area of OR.

Edit. In response to your response. You could maintain a quiet atmosphere and still not exclude families. Just because we have a family larger than 6 people does not mean we are crazy chaotic people. We just have more than 4 children ;) Sadly we were not able to find a spot on Depot Bay, but we were in Newport.Discriminatory rules. Not family friendly. You are only allowed to have 6 people in your spot. So if you have a family larger than that, you are not welcome. I have never ever experienced such discriminatory rules. But after reading all of the negative reviews and the sarcastic answers they received I m thinking the discriminatory rules were a blessing in disguise.

Wow! Such a beautiful location. Although I did not have an Ocean View (booked too late) I did get site 74 and it was a short walking distance to the ocean. There is also a small cafe around the corner that is a short walk(very delicious). I have a truck camper and had no issues backing into the campsite. Showers were nice and clean. Campground overall is very well kept and the office ladies were very friendly. Will be back again.

You ll want to stay here!!!! This is our favourite RV park from our recent trip. We booked a spot with beach views and full hookups. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves feels so good. They also have public washrooms which are very clean. If you want to come and stay during the busy months, make sure you book way in advance. We highly recommend this park and definitely want to come back!

Beautiful RV park!! Only planned on one night but the ocean views were so good we stayed another. Lower section near the beach is not big rig friendly. Watched a lot of people struggle navigating and trying to get level. If you are over 30' or you are a rookie don't attempt. The upper level of the park is gorgeous in the trees with a quick 1 minute walk to the beach. Charlene in the office is great. We will return!@homemadepizzafridaynight

This is a very nice RV park, excellent staff and amenities. The bathroom was closed for repair, but the Porta potty was available and I found it was very clean considering. There are lots of different things for sale in the office, so that was very convenient. The shower facility was very nice and well kept. I would definitely recommend this RV park.

1%ers welcome.Bikers are encouraged. West Coast Sturgis! This place is a rip-off.The owners are squeezing every nickel they can to support their "flamboyant " children's lifestyle.

For a weekend getaway with two adults and two dogs, this place is absolutely amazing. We happened to snatch an ocean view spot, but I suspect we would have been equally as happy in one of their "forested" spots. The restrooms were immaculate! The whole campground was kept clean; you can tell they expect nothing less from guests (signs posted everywhere about picking up after dogs, etc.), which I appreciate. There's a set of stairs leading down to the beach, or you can take a less steep trail down. Upon check-in, I was expecting to provide evidence of our GoodSam membership, but they had already confirmed directly with GoodSam and automatically issued the discount. Perfect proximity to both Lincoln City and Depoe Bay or just chill out on the beach right at the RV Park. We loved our stay so much, we are looking at snagging another weekend this year.

We had an amazing stay at Sea & Sand!We arrived last minute with our camper an and all the campgrounds were booked for the weekend. Charlene helped over the phone and let us know which site were available for us to checkin after hours. While we didn t have direct view over the ocean we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset thanks to benches facing directly the ocean. The beach access was very convenient. Our little dog made a lot of 4 legged friends :)Toilets and showers were really clean. Finally Charlene gave us great recommendation about places to check around.I wish we were staying more than just the night we ve spent. Definitively want to come back

Love Sea And Sand RV Park and we return frequently, but my goodness, the wifi is a 2/10... like a 300 baud dialup phone line from the year 2000... when it's working. Pro tip: Make sure to walk over to Caf C'est La Vie on Bella Beach Dr for breakfast and grab an almond croissant... and bring a good cell phone data plan for internet

This place is terrible! Who wants a beautiful ocean view. Watching the sunset from your campsite is highly overrated. Plus the public restroom is way too clean, it's just not natural. I especially hated having WiFi service and easy beach access. We will return again, but only because we are glutens for punishment

We had a really great experience here, loved the grounds and access to the beach plus we were able to get a good spot last minute. Not to mention our favorite French cafe is within walking distance.

The most amazing camp ground! I cannot wait to go back - hopefully with our little one. My husband and I went as a little getaway and it sure was! You are RIGHT ON THE OCEAN! It is beautiful and especially to wake up to. The staff in the office were amazing and gave us complimentary salt water taffy.

My kids and I had the amazing opportunity to stay at Sea and Sand in early May. I wish that I could give additional stars! The facilities were clean, well managed, and the staff a joy to work with. But that all pales to the beauty of the sea facing sites. My kids and I parked our RV on one of the sites that overlook the ocean. The sunsets were beautiful, access to the beach was right outside the RV door. My children and I loved chasing the tide and enjoying the beach. I cannot thank sea and sand enough for continuing to provide access to this memorable area for those of us who enjoy traveling by RV!
