The crew at Waterdog - the best! Paul Willman in sales was extremely knowledgeable, and a no pressure salesman, the goal, to find the perfect TT fit for my needs. Shawn - helpful with all the last minute needs to pull off the lot and Brandy - made the financial transaction seamless. Thank you, we can t wait to go play!

Sherri the sales lady was very good, she let us just look around without any sales pressure.When we were ready to talk , she answered any questions we had.Financing had a couple hickups that we weren't used to, but they worked with us , and made it happen.Sean the maintenance technician did our walk thru, it was the best we have ever had."we have had several".Overall very enjoyable experience and friendly people.

Highly recomend!! Great place to shop or buy and RV. Friendly no preasure sales team, financing was quick and easy. Jack the tech. person helped us learn about our new trailer and walked us through the process of using the RV and pulling a RV, our first trailer. He even helped us figure out a problem by phone with a fuse that blue on the hitch on our first trip.Outstanding group of people that made our first RV buying expereince a great one.

LOVED working Tom Eddy at Waterdog RV. We never felt rushed and we never felt pressured. Including new and previously owned RVs there was a wide variety to choose from. Shawn Stephenson did an expert walk through, answered all our questions and also gave us some tip bits for being new Trailer owners that had some other different things to learn that the previous motorhomes we have had. I HIGHLY recommend Waterdog RV for anyone looking for their getaway RV.

If I could give this business less than one star I would.We went here to purchase a specific trailer that they had in stock. They must have had an end of the month quota to fill because they rushed us to buy and sign, and THEN told us that we would have to bring it back another time to have the awning replaced, after they knew we lived over 4 hours away.We specifically asked them to check the wheel bearings before we picked it up. We are now spending almost $2 000 to replace ALL of the wheel bearings after it nearly fell apart on us in the middle of nowhere. We got very lucky as something catastrophic could have happened. After limping to a repair place, they told us that the wheel bearings and brakes had not been maintenanced/replaced in a VERY long time. Our battery charger also has never worked, so they clearly did not check that either before rushing us to pick up the trailer.It is unacceptable that Waterdog RV would risk its customers safety just to fulfill their monthly quote of sales. They have cost us a lot of time and money and jeopardized our safety just to make money quickly. I would not in good faith recommend that anybody purchase anything from this business, unless they want to risk their family's safety.

As a first time travel trailer buyer, I was made to feel totally relaxed and at ease at Waterdog RV.I had never spent a single moment inside of an RV before going there, and when I made the decision of what to buy, I had no idea what to do from that point on.The staff at Waterdog helped me through every part of the process and showed me how to do everything. They even rode with me once I had it hooked up to my truck and they gave me the advice that I needed about how to pull a trailer.Honestly, going to Waterdog was a blessing. I would compare it to having a good friend show you everything you need to know about an RV purchase. I highly recommend this place and everybody that works there.

It was a great experience! They listened to what we were looking for and Tom was very informational and didn t rush or pressure us into something we didn t want nor deter us from what we were looking for. Everyone was great from financial to signing the papers and giving us a break down on everything and taking the time to explain everything to us and letting us decide what to do. Everyone was informational and personable. Even when we went to pickup our trailer the service department was very informational in how to take care and maintains our trailer for the long term! I would recommend WaterDog RV to anyone compared to the other places we went to that were just tying to make a sale everyone treated us like family! Definitely will be coming back again!!!

Excellent experience from start to finish! Tom, Raul and the team in the service department are all top notch. They were fair, efficient, and professional. The team practiced social distancing, sanitized the trailer and I felt like a part of their family even though we could not shake hands. I highly recommend this dealer and am so happy with my 2020 wildwood and they even threw in free installation on a couple things I bought in their store. Fair & professional is hard to find these days but not at waterdog! Thanks guys!

I was surprised at how very friendly and helpful the staff was. I got the part I needed to fix an issue in my RV and was given some phenomenal advise about a few others that ended up saving me a bunch of money. I'll most definitely will return and very much recomend this business!!

We asked the great folks at Waterdog RV to keep an eye out for a really clean, used Arctic Fox travel trailer. A few weeks later they called to say they had found exactly what we wanted, so we drove up from Brookings and we were not disappointed. They made it so easy to move items from our trade-in to the new RV. They made adjustments to our hitch to accommodate the new trailer. The customer service was very professional as were the sales staff. We definingly recommend this RV dealership to those looking for a great RV deal from great people who understand the lifestyle.

To start the ball rolling, Sherri was very helpful on the phone a couple of times.Tom Eddy did an outstanding job showing us what we wanted without trying to push us into something else. We very much appreciated that quality in him.He is a very professional sales representative. After our purchase he followed up with a return call to answer a question for which he did not have the answer.Shane did an excellent job giving us the walk through without trying to hurry even though his daughter was about to have a baby.Thanks to all staff that was so helpful......we found the company to be very honest with us.Thank you.Ralph and Dixie

I tried Lazy Days and other RV dealers around Portland and felt like I was annoying them. Went to Waterdog and it was a whole different world. Tom was super professional, yet comfortable to talk to. He listened to me and what I was searching for and led me right to the models that fit my criteria. He was very knowledgeable about all the rv's. Raul was awesome at getting everything lined out and making sure that the whole experience was easy and fun!! The service department bent over backwards to get my truck ready and other little items for my new RV. They made Jax feel comfortable and that was huge to me!! Great guys, great team, great experience. Thanks All!!!HIGHLY recommend these guys if you're looking!!!

This review will be removed if my issue is resolved. I spent $40K on a used fifth wheel which I was told several times we do a 150 point inspections and ensure everything is in working order.I am pretty sure the black and grey water drain system is part of this. There are a few more items that may have been overlooked. As long as they are fixed to honor what was promised to me.

My husband Kristopher and I just bought our first camper! Tom was such an amazing help and very knowledgeable and met all of our specific needs. We also enjoyed the help from Raul as well, he was very quick but thorough during our visit. And lastly, Mike the mechanic was funny and sociable, and we very much enjoyed his help, company, and instructions through our final walkthrough of our camper. This facility is very professional and makes you feel like family. We'll definitely be back again!

Helpful and friendly. Had propane tanks filled there.I saw another post complaining that they messed with the screw on the tanks and that they didn't know what they were doing. That screw is an air bleed screw and has to be opened when filling the tank. If you don't remove the air, you can't completely fill the tank.

We were coming from Portland after looking at RV's there and made a wrong turn which turned out to be a right turn for us...We pulled into Water Dog RV. The salesman John was very helpful in helping us choose the perfect RV for us... Everyone there was very knowledgeable and friendly...I highly recommend this dealership if your looking for a RV

The Hours displayed online clearly show your establishment is open on Sundays. It would be very very very helpful if when you decide to change your hours THAT YOU UPDATE your hours online as well. Suuuuuper frustrating to get all the way over here with my two, VERY LARGE, propane tanks, only to find YOU ARE CLOSED!

Love these guys & gals. They always do their best & work hard. Props & Thank you to the gentlemen working by his self on Thur. the 22nd You are a rock star! You worked hard & did it all to help customers with filling propane tanks. There were so many people trying to prepare for the countrywide ice storm. Idk, but the way it looked was.... The 2 people inside couldn't or wouldn't lift a finger to help you out. Still, you stayed the course & you should be applauded

Wife's gone in here a couple times to look at toy haulers. Received no greeting at all on both visits. Her and my daughter went to go find someone on second trip and found a lady in her late 60s and shoulder length blonde hair gave a abrasive remark.. " most of them are open" remark. Ok. I went there to get propane tanks filled and got a bit of attitude myself. Shopping for another and I think we're going to Bischs or Funtime rv, maybe Curtis. Better people. Hell, our heartland fuel we bought from the bacteria/weasels (yes, I said bacteria weasels) at Camping World Gresham we're nicer. I'll pay more for propane at Fred Meyer in Newberg. Costs marginally more but guys are nicer and they tighten the valve better. Yes, water dog did not tighten screw valve(overflow) all the way. Noticed faint hiss.easy fix but still...go here your choice. Hope this helps

We get propane here, and every single time they mess with the tank. And I swear more propane leaks out of the connections than actually gets into the tank. The propane price is okay, and that is the only reason we go back. But it is frustrating that they always mess with the little screw on the tank and they seem to not have anyone knowledgeable about actually filling propane.

Great people to deal with all were very friendly and helpful. For being our first experience with purchasing a rv it went very smoothly and we would recommend anyone wanting to buy a new or used rv this is the place they should go. Thank you all very much

We purchased a new travel trailer there recently. The whole process from start to finish was great. The staff we're very friendly knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of our questions related to the trailer. Maintenence technician walked us in detail through the trailer and verified all the functions worked properly and made sure we understood how to use them before we took possession. I definitely recommend them.

We purchased an Arctic Fox 27-5L from Waterdog RV. We cannot say enough good things. The entire staff was fantastic and were very helpful throughout the entire purchase. We highly recommend this company. A special thanks to Mike, Raul and Tom.

Thank you Waterdog! You hooked me up! While traveling in our RV (that I purchased a very long ways from here) and staying at Olde Stone Village (down the street a few miles) when I went to head home I had no trailer brakes. I couldn t with any good conscience drive any distance with precious cargo (my family) without brakes. Waterdog Jeremy and Troy were able to get me into service with only an hours notice and resolved my problem for a nominal charge. They were honest and so helpful. They could have charged me much more (wasn t like I had any other options) and they could have told me it was something much more difficult to repair. They were so accommodating, honest and all around great folks to work with. Hunter (detail guy) was a good dude to talk to too. I will be back here and spend my hard earned money with Waterdog in the future. Thanks again!P.S. I think they ve got a great selection of trailers. Rockwood rigs are good looking inside and out.

They installed a new electric lift on our old trailer and installed a couple other items to make towing the trailer safer. These guys are experts. Very pleased with the serviceman s work and his helpful suggestions for safe towing
