Dropped car at tire center; they told me one and a half hour wait. I went shopping. Found everything easily or was directed by very helpful and polite customer service representatives. Tires were placed in indicated time frame. Great job! They should create carts with a front panel that drops down into a seat so you could wait outside and have a seat available.Noticed that some plants in the Garden Center we're looking parched.

Nobody had a car battery on hand for my vehicle, but Walmart did. Was quoted 1 hr and was out of there in half that time. Great and friendly service.

They were great. Fast and friendly. Had a screw in my tire and they fixed and got me back on the road quickly.

Had to get a new battery and since they do not charge for installation had them do that too. They got it done faster than I expected and I was on my way in no time.

They drained my transmission oil instead of my oil but couldn't replace it. They did pay for it to be towed and the services to all be done on it... but it was a HUGE inconvenience. But props to them for doing right by the customer after they messed up.If you simply don't want to mess with doing something yourself and need it done cheaply like gambling... they are good for that. Don't expect much in the way of technical knowledge and advice.

Great place for an oil change. About half of what Jiffy Lube charges. Never had a problem. Take all my vehicles here for general maintenance.

I have been a customer of Les schwab in salem for over 20 years. I got a flat tire and took it straight to them.. It turned out I needed all 4 new tires and so I got a quote. I drive alot so I wanted their best tires for my type of vehicle. I was quoted closed to $1200, including an alignment. I thought it sounded expensive so I had them put my spare on and left to Firestone. They quoted me almost $1000 for their best tires and the equivalent to les schwabs. They were getting ready to leave and asked me to come back another day, so I left irritated cause I didn't want to drive with a spare. Finally I start driving home and I noticed the Walmart in Dallas has a tire center so I said "why not?"I stopped by and immediately I was greeted by a very nice technician (I don't recall his name but this was 7-18-22 at 6:15pm)Not only did he find the right tires for me, but he also made sure they were equivalent to the high end tires from les schwab and firestone, he also educated me on what was being sold to me, he explained the difference in all tires, price differences and the warranties. They also stayed 50 minutes after they were off to accommodate my needs and to make sure I didn't continue driving with a spare. They treated and made me feel like a valued customer! And I saved almost $600 by switching to Walmart. I highly recommend to all my family and friends. Thanks guys.

Got new tires which are amazing but when my father was quoted at a certain price for 4 regular new tires then it turned out they only had 3 of the proper size for my car in stock. The excuse was when they quoted us they had all 4 but someone happened to purchase one while we were in the midst purchasing. That's fine an dandy but shouldn't it have popped up in the computer during checkout that there was only now 3 tires for this size available? Instead we were sent on our way to shop and 15 or so min, then intercom-ed to return to tire and auto care. They then explained the situation, where they attempted to up-sale the more expensive tires for all 4 to "match". Me being me asked why cant I have the 3 lesser tires and one more expensive. I got a beat around the bush answer until one the actual mechanic gentleman overheard and stated the reason why and the best solution for me would be to purchase 2 of the cheaper and 2 of the higher end so they would ride smoother and more even. So that's what I decided to do even though the "boys" were obviously upset he had mentioned the cheaper option. Basically I would love to give 5 stars for the gentleman who was more concerned with the guests well being more so than the up-sale, and a 1 by the pushy younger kids at the register who thought I didn't know what questions to ask and could make a quick commission sale off of me. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he was there on Dec 31 working around 3 pm. Either way they gave my father a 25 gift card because he called them out on the quoted price, which he shouldn't have had to do it should have been offered regardless for the imposition, but I thought the costumer service should be brought up, not to mention the other mechanic,who was working with the knowledgeable gentleman, seemed irritated by me asking questions about my oil/ transmission leak. To him it was a sign this, that I told you about it and am not liable nor my company, not any type of helpful advice on the matter, thankfully the other gentleman was extremely more helpful with the questions I did have. Hence give that guy a raise and a new title because at least he knows what he is talking about and actually cares about the costumer not the sale, that gentleman is the only reason Ill ever be back to service my car there again.....aloha.

I wish wal mart would let you schedule a appointment for oil changes. I waited 3 hours at the Dallas Oregon Auto center. My car sat in the bay with hood open for over 45 minutes. Nobody touched it.

Got new tires installed and mounted on 3/24/2021. Great price, very good service. In and out in less than an hour. Nobody in town can compete with that kind of service. Not to mention their professionalism.

The wait was hours and hours after I called and was told there was no wait. They were rude and I ended up just leaving and doing it myself.

I showed up later than I'd have liked to, they still accommodated me and got my oil changed. I wanted non standard oil and filter and it wasn't any problem. The price was a lot less than I'd have been paying at one of the drive through lube places.

Not thrilled about the service. I came in with a receipt for the battery that got from a Wal-Mart in Reno NV. My battery was dead and it wasn't even a year old. I had to deal with three different people before I got my battery exchanged. The service manager they called was nice, and exchanged it for a better battery. But the fact that it took 3 people for a battery exchange is kind of ridiculous.

Quick, courteous and friendly. Robert really pulled it out for me when I pulled in on a road trip right before closing with a rapidly deflating tire. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I'm a greatly satisfied customer.

Need an Oil Change Ladies? The Awesome Automotive Department located on the left side of Walmart is the best! Ken was very polite and nice is this 90+ degree weather. And K Man at the register went above and beyond to help answer my additional questions! Show the love to your car or truck or golf buggy whatever you own so you can avoid car payments today! And for a little extra money they vacuum, nice. Drive Safe and Be Good Humans!

I went to Walmart tire center in Dallas to get two tires. After an hour I was called back and told that the lug nuts were threaded wrong and that I needed to take the car elsewhere to get that fixed. I was told "Oh but don't worry, the tires are on there really good. It's completely safe to drive until you get it fixed." Leaving the tire center there was a loud pounding noise but knowing nothing about cars and being told it was safe to drive I ignored the noise. Three days later after driving the car from Independence to Salem and back, on the freeway and in town with my son in the car, I had a day off and took the car to Les Schwab. I was told by Les Schwab that the loud noise was caused from a severely loose tire that Walmart didn't tighten. I immediately called Walmart tire center and spoke to someone claiming to be a manager. He stated that he remembered me and that he was the person who told me the car was safe to drive. He stated he was "going to look at the films from that day and call me back." That was a week ago and I have yet to get a call back. I do not recommend taking your car in to the Walmart tire center in Dallas, OR. If I could have rated 0 stars I would have.

It was fairly quick, and they remembered the sticker this time. Cost was $5 more than listed since the oil change doesn't include enough oil to fill a Subaru (6 quarts) but I didn't have to do it so I guess it was worth it

While my son got new tires mounted on a one ton dully Dodge, one of the old tires was ruined and got instructions to mount an old good tire on the rim for a spare. What they did was mount the ruined tire on the rim as a spare which is totally useless and disposed of the old good tire. The manager refused to correct their mistake and blamed my son. He and all our family and friends will NOT do any business with Walmart regarding tires. We will contact everyone we can to steer clear of Walmart tires. This review will not allow a no star rating so I had to give a single star. Back to Les Swabs.

Overall not bad except they replaced my bullet casing valve stem covers with ordinary one's and I couldn't get a hold of anyone to ask them why they kept them.

This service center changed my.oil and filter in my truck. They didnt however bother to properly tighten my filter, so I was losing oil all over my driveway, the street and any other place I happened to go. Changing the.oil and filter us the most basic of auto jobs, but these guys couldn't seem to get it right. You decide for yourself what you would think of a garage incapable of even tjr.most basic job. Will I go back? ABSOLUTELY NO WAY IN HE**

Great service at this center, they are quick and take care of any issues immediately. I had a tire with less than 1,000 miles on it go flat and they replaced it free, fast and were apologetic.

The auto shop did a great and quick job in changing the oil and mounting four new tires. Attitude was great also. Will go back again

Service was fast and courteous, tires and an oil change took about 1.5 hours. Best to get in first thing in the morning to save yourself a several hour wait.

I love that our walmart still has the tire and lube center. I just wish like everuone else that we had a Super Wal-Mart that was open later then 10pm. I mean come on!?!?! My dead grandmother stays up later then 10pm. Jk

Bought Uniroyal Tiger Paw tires for my car at a great price and they mounted them in under an hour! GREAT PRICE! QUICK SERVICE!

I bought my tires online and I had been told previously if I buy the tires from Walmart they install them for free but apparently they don't include the balance in with the installation so it's an extra 11$ per tire just to balance them not to mention they try to install new valve stems when not necessary

Ended up getting a bad battery. Alex tested it and found it needed to be replaced. He was very helpful.
